    @SohoPRGirl @bt_uk I’m so appalled that I just want to cry at this point 😪 I’ve now had all the prep work carried out by my own builders/electricians and @bt_uk literally has to connect a 60cm length of cable but hey, it’s easier to just cancel the order… 💩

    @bt_uk my elderly and infirm in-laws have been experiencing problems with their new Digital Voice service since 23 July - they are unable to receive any calls as they divert to another number! Fault raised several times but still not sorted: what more can be done v unsatisfactory

    @bt_uk on-going broadband outage issues in Brookfield, Renfrewshire. 5 days in past two weeks - entire days without broadband. Again today and estimated completion time 19.30. Terrible service.

    Considering @EE Mobile to get #BTSport for premier league & serie A season - DONT! Dad upgraded, THREE DAYS arguing about 20 people, account fine before now locked. He’s stressed, upset, tired & his Parkinsons is terrible 🤬 Worst #customerservice EVER #EE

    @bt_uk Yeah reported the fault I got told its the area where I live WiFi is down . I don’t feel safe with my ring devices being offline and unable to record
