@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Yes they have after “hours” on the phone and then they charged me £40 it’s an insult. @bt_uk got it wrong I’m disabled recovering from cancer I’ve no window on the world other this mobile my life is shut down! I’ve got to wait till 27 Oct! And I told you Oct 3 it was happening !

Can someone @btsportmotogp please tell me when the Oz @MotoGP qualifying replay will be available, It finished over 10 hours ago, yet there is nothing available to watch! The presenters are the best in the business, yet your @btsport app and lack of replays are poor #motogp
