@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Appalling service from @bt_uk elderly relatives phone line down for around two weeks with no expected date of resolution. Her Life Line is inoperative so if she has a fall or needs help it's not available to her. Spoken to '150' they say it's not BT but another 'fault'.

Wow...it's 2022 and still @SkyUK's #skybroadband has a complete meltdown during a storm. I NEVER had these issues with @bt_uk. I'll deffo be back there when my contract ends with sky

@bt_uk Broadband still not working and no fix date can be provided according to the service checker. This is just unacceptable. Have ran the tests via text service and it says estimated fix date was yesterday.
