@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Hi BT, any update on the broadband outage in PO22? All morning your service status page gave an estimated fix time of 13.02, now it's changed to say you can't provide a fix date. My elderly dad relies on the internet but you give no indication of what the problem is.

@bt_uk I joined #bt_uk in May & quickly found my wifi signal was weak especially on the mobile. I am now told to improve this by taking out a new account with EE, which costs more. Is this good business?
