@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@bt_uk are there issues with the broadband service in Edinburgh? Usually get speeds of around 28mbps and it keeps dropping to around 2mbps. It's painful - shows constantly buffering since this afternoon.
