@bt_uk Yes you’re team have been excellent. The issue has been a clear error mixing up plot numbers with house numbers but it’s taken three weeks for this to come to light and I can’t get some from Openreach to acknowledge this and confirm action to address.

@OpenreachHelp I have done, it's @bt_uk but I'll be honest, I have little confidence it will be quick. They moved in 3 weeks ago and it should have been done from day 1. God forbid anything happens to them and they need to contact emergency services. They literally have zero means of contact

@ViewOfTheKop_ @SkySports @btsport No chance with SKY the only reason they kicked up such a fuss since Sunday was because if there was a watered down version of the PL nobody would subscribe they’ve already lost the rights to the CL they’d be in financial meltdown

@bt_uk we’re still waiting on our new hub that was promised twice over the past 3 weeks. To be lied to once is bad enough, but twice? We’re paying for a service that is practically non-existent.

@WolfSkullJack @bt_uk Tbh all the big ISPs seem to have spotty engineering coverage. When I first moved to Virgin, it took them ~3 weeks to fix constant service drops. At least it's been perfect since then.

@bt_uk Fibre straight to my house so why is it not possible to just do the decent thing and switch it back on ? What do I do about work and what about my children ? They have missed enough college with covid !! This is disgraceful customer service

@WolfSkullJack @bt_uk Were you guys able to shake down the seller/listing agent to cover (at least some of) those unexpected repair costs? Hopefully you were able to get some financial relief from them. 🤞🏼
