@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk hi team! I set up my new router today and it was flashing orange for over 15’ - what else can we do? I’ve also tried to turn it off and on again and it continued to flash orange. Pls help as I need to wfh tomorrow!

@bt_uk had an engineer come fit my fibre yesterday, left before it was working, called yesterday and was told it will activate at midnight. It hasn’t. And my old internet has been switched off. I have exams this week that I need to revise for, my 4G signal is poor at my (1/2)

@bt_uk I switched to you + said keep my number. You changed it. Asked you to switch back. 3 weeks gone you closed the complaint but you haven’t changed my number although said would be done by ystday. Every agent makes up a diff reason why is failing. 100% problems so far!
