Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

@bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

@bt_uk I’m a new tv and broadband customer, set up my tv box last night and seemed okay. But this eve it’s saying tv signal is week and my internet doesn’t seem to be working either...any known problems?

@bt_uk But if different providers are on a line (vodaphone) that we are moving to and not set a move in motion the order gets rejected and if our buyers place an order (Plusnet) on our line, our services are set to cancel and we are blocked from moving them....(Sky).

@defiaye @bt_uk The key word here is "aim". I had problems at a previous house, and had to take 4 days off work over a month before it was fixed.

Happy to report that the @BTCare engineers working down our road for about 50 years now remain on form. Have cut broadband to half the area and gone home for tea. 👏 Second time in 6 weeks. Happily it's not like anyone is wfh or anything. OH WAIT.

@bt_uk I've had such a bad experience, with bt. Regarding my orders and aerials and a lady on the phone refusing to give me the head office complaints number. Shambles of a company. I've been with bt for 9 months and 9 months of hell. I will be taking this further

@bt_uk I’ve had non stop problems with my WiFi connection today and just been cut off waiting to speak to customer service! Complete nightmare of a service!
