    @bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

    Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

    I really woke up at 8am to wait in all day for my internet providers engineer to fix my garbage wifi for them to put on their notes that they came and fixed the issue but no one came ??? LMFAOOO I HATE U @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Gareth - thank you, yes. A minihub arrived today but unfortunately it doesn't get strong enough signal to work so we're abit stuck. Is there anything else that can be done?

    @bt_uk Are your phone lines not open, every time I call about my internet you send me a text and the phone ends. In the contract J signed up to speak to a British person not a SMS service!

    Ey up @BTCare, if I sign up to a 24 month contract then in a year I decide to move home and the now area doesn't support Full Fibre Broadband, what happens then? *thanks in advance

    @bt_uk I have spoken to someone, again after being in a queue for nearly an hour, but I honestly don't have any faith in the assurances that the problem is now sorted, because I'm told that every time I phone, and yet it - so far - hasn't been.
