    @bt_uk what is going on with my broadband service? Been wiv u guys for years. Never a problem like this. Since Oct constant broadband going down. 2 engineer visits outside the home and once again tonight IT’S DOWN! No reflection in bill either. Considering a change 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.

    @bt_uk No idea how you can justify more price increases right now. Having seen my most recent bill you've lost us as customers. I'll find better service for lower cost. Ridiculous to hike the prices when so many of us are struggling financially. Been a customer since 2006 ...

    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    When you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

    @bt_uk so glad I wasted my entire day, the guy on the phone didn’t really care and offered max of £25 back. My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

    @bt_uk now into a third day without broadband and the estimated fix is getting further and further away. Absolutely ridiculous. Any danger of a fix?

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

    @btcare you fail on yesterday’s install, then bombard me with urgent messages to contact you. I do, and 7 calls later and over 3 hours on call (being cut off by you after 30 mins), I’m losing the will. When I placed the order you were amazingly attentive and quick. Funny that

    @bt_uk There was a broadband problem in that the speed was well below 10mbps download. By the time you responded to the tweet it was back to normal. I don’t know what is happening but this is becoming a regular happening!

    Ok @bt_uk so I was supposed to hear from a manager regarding my ‘very urgent’ complaint within 24-48 hours. I haven’t heard anything and now been sent a bag to return my box!! How can I cancel a service i never had, 83 days after I first ordered it!! This is now ridiculous!! 😡👎🏻

    @btbusinesscare The broadband 🐌 in postcode BN22 7AU is not working properly. This is everyday, all day, for several days now. The same several times before for the past months. Slower than a 🐌. Impossible to work! FIX, please. Second city I'm complaining from for same problem.🤔

    Had a few calls from 02083378335, saying she was from @bt_uk claiming the Internet was not working properly. A very rude and dismissive person said she would disconnect me. Not even with BT.

    @bt_uk It was changing over from yourselves to Sky, of which we were told no problems would occur. She needs her Careline up & running, but also the phone is vital to her at this time for appointments, with the ongoing situation. Just need it SORTED NOW !
