Dreadful service :(

However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

Stephen (@SteveJC92) reported@bt_uk Ordered a broadband package on Thursday, never recieved a confirmation. Last night was texted by the order management team saying they'd cancelled it due to an error. I called this morning to check the status, and was told I needed to re-order, which I did over the phone.
