    @BTCare So BT, I was told all repairs should've been finished and my service restored by 5pm at the latest by 5pm yesterday. So why is it not and why haven't I been contacted and advised of the situation? #ShoddyCustomerService #BtWoes #BT

    @BTCare Sadly not. Furthermore courtesy of the engineer I've found out that I'm not connected to fibre broadband but exchange only copper wire. Having had fibre for the 2 plus years I presume I'll be due a refund for the service I've never had? #BT #PhoneWoes

    @SkyUK You are quite correct. @BTCare customer service was shockingly quite indifferent to the problem. Just spent a further 35 minutes of my life conversing with a vacuous assistant only to get no further forward. The end of landline communication is not far away... #ShoddyBT

    @BTCare Thanks for the reply this doesn’t open a webchat or anything and says I need to call to discuss the complaint is this right ? I have just been on the phone to be told they can’t help and another team has to contact me but I always get the same text message which isn’t any help
