  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Only issue is that the new xbox console streaming requires a minimum of 4.8mbs upload speed. I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Welcome to the worst broadband provider in the country . BT WE LIKE TO RIP OUR CUSTOMERS OFF .

  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk No full drops but speed was pitiful last night. So much so that my entertainment was stuttering and buffering. So either your test equipment is faulty or lying to you. If I hadnt had a problem I wouldn't be having this conversation!!

  • clowee Chloe Hipwood (@clowee) reported from Haverhill, England

Fancy doing anything about shockingly slow broadband speeds in some rural Tier 4 areas? Video chat for elderly residents in these areas during Christmas should be a given not a luck. @bt_uk @virginmedia @SkyUK . #loneliness #tier4 #christmascancelled

  • dangmcguinness DANYE WEST (@dangmcguinness) reported from Mildenhall, England

I wish @btsport would stop moaning about the quality of football and just commentate on it. Let me make my own mind up on how good the game is rather that you telling me that it’s shit by 3 different commentators.. all I’ve heard since the 15th minute. #UCLFinal2019 #UCLfinal

  • Woollers Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk You know, I hate to be so critical when you yourself are trying to be kind. It's just I've had such a bad experience of being a BT customer in the last year. I'll DM you details.

  • Woollers Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk I just stopped phoning for help because the help is worthless, just like the product.

  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Doesnt help in the slightest.

  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk In fact. I'm sure your adverts state that its GUARANTEED never to happen!!

  • 231064mc Michael Crowther (@231064mc) reported from Combs, England

@oinking @btsport It's bad enough to try and cancel my holiday in June Dave, I can't get through ... BUT I got a email stating the final £250 is due Wednesday and payment will be automatically deducted from my account 👍🏻😜

  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Also. If my contract renewed 2019. That is this year. Not 2014 like first stated. Really seems that bt cant get there numbers correct. As you can see I've been a loyal customer for many many years. Seems like honouring sales pitches doesnt come easy for you guys. Lol

  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk hey there. Have spoken before to yourselves about my poor upload speeds and you say you cant do anything. But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

  • Woollers Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk Keep getting told next version fixes it. It never does.

  • LauKParker Lau (@LauKParker) reported from Thetford, England

@bt_uk No idea how you can justify more price increases right now. Having seen my most recent bill you've lost us as customers. I'll find better service for lower cost. Ridiculous to hike the prices when so many of us are struggling financially. Been a customer since 2006 ...

#UCLFinal2019 #TOTLIV

  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)

  • TheWobblyGamer The Wobbly Gamer 👁️🎮 (@TheWobblyGamer) reported from Mildenhall, England

@bt_uk Don't worry about it I've solved the problem myslef, and I've been told I can't change the account name even though I've paid for it for 6 years, I don't live with my sister who originally organised it and I always change my package without any issue but hey ho!!!

  • Woollers Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk What a bunch of crooks BT are. Sneaking in a above inflation increase . Luckily I do not use BT but My mother does. I will make sure that she leaves as soon as her contract is up. BT= POOR SERVICE, POOR VALUE.

  • Darkestfrost James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk hi there. Have recently renewed my contract with you. Why is my bt sport package still being charged at the out of contract price of £29.99? Its supposed to come down to £16

@bt_uk your guy on live chat told me that the internet was slow ‘cause i needed to upgrade. i upgraded and guess what? still the same.

  • LuSchmoo Lu (@LuSchmoo) reported

@AndyGibson33 @bt_uk @AmazonHelp would probably be able to help you further as this sounds like it’s isolated to the Alexa rather than the Wi-Fi network.

  • katefalkingham Kate (@katefalkingham) reported

@bt_uk same person also tries to tell me I will never be without Wi-fi, despite my parents & sister both being without Wi-fi for extended periods of time with you doing the bare minimum to fix with no urgency. She then back tracked. Annoying moment 3.

  • helga140465 Helen Grant (@helga140465) reported

@BTCare oh my goodness! So after an engineer visit it’s still awful! Thanks!

  • robjtweets Rob Jane (@robjtweets) reported

@Hyperoptic absolutely pointless. Service not working. Sat on hold 50 mins listening to music trying to resolve. You people know it’s 2021, right? And this shouldn’t happen anymore..! Why on earth didn’t I just go with @BTCare @BTGroup

  • EdGoodenough Ed_goodenough (@EdGoodenough) reported

@bt_uk Any chance of a game pass code or something while I’m waiting for my issue to be sorted out? Very unhappy kids not being able to play their games :(

  • ByRobDavies Rob Davies (@ByRobDavies) reported

@bt_uk Hi, you've sent me a minihub while I'm waiting for a home move installation. Tried to set it up but it tells me "no sim". There is a sim (which I haven't touched) and the hub is fully charged. Please help!

  • david_fink David Fink (@david_fink) reported

@bt_uk how do I actually speak to somebody? My broadband is down, with no solution offered by your various bots. Thanks!
