    @BTCare Sadly not. Furthermore courtesy of the engineer I've found out that I'm not connected to fibre broadband but exchange only copper wire. Having had fibre for the 2 plus years I presume I'll be due a refund for the service I've never had? #BT #PhoneWoes

    @SkyUK You are quite correct. @BTCare customer service was shockingly quite indifferent to the problem. Just spent a further 35 minutes of my life conversing with a vacuous assistant only to get no further forward. The end of landline communication is not far away... #ShoddyBT

    @BTCare The problem yesterday was that I couldn't access BT Sport using my YouView box. Today has brought some fresh issues. Are you suggesting that when my internet/phone service is restored that my BTSport will work?

    @BTCare Thanks for the reply this doesn’t open a webchat or anything and says I need to call to discuss the complaint is this right ? I have just been on the phone to be told they can’t help and another team has to contact me but I always get the same text message which isn’t any help

    @btbusinesscare BT slammed my business line, then cut it off. Admitted responsibility, but refused to help. Told me to contact my provider - who was no longer my provider because the line had been slammed by BT. 12 days without a business phone, BT couldn't care less about the damage to business

    @btbusinesscare Different story when BT are the reason for the fault. You slammed my business line, then cut it off. Refused to help, saying that I wasn't a customer. Told me to contact my provider, who couldn't do anything because you had snatched me away, and I was no longer their customer.
