  • Kegmanplays Keg Man Plays (@Kegmanplays) reported from Sproughton, England

@Mark_Elkington @LeeCotton1 @WWEGP @btsport I get that, but there's a decent size roster there & with enough rotation (which I'm sure there will be) that should help stop things being stale. Plus there's a good chance a few more names will be announced too I see it working. Khan is a savvy man & the elite know what's up

  • Liamosully88 Liam O'Sullivan (@Liamosully88) reported from Ipswich District, England

@_JasonPatrick_ @Callum705 @Jackao92 @btsport @bt_uk @btsportfootball I get this too! Had it for about a month now @btsport needs to fix it asap

  • Saszy976 Sara Armstrong (@Saszy976) reported from Great Blakenham, England

@BTCare house move booked with u on 21/9. Advised new phone and broadband up and running 5/10. This day arrives and no service! Contacted bt and the order was cancelled on 2/10 no reason given and no contact made with us. Earliest u now say it can be done 23/10! NOT GOOD ENOUGH

  • LockersAFC Chris Lockwood (@LockersAFC) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

Nigel Spackman making jokes about disabled people on @btsport. Very Poor!

  • GeoffHazlewood Geoff Hazlewood (@GeoffHazlewood) reported from Ipswich District, England

@BTCare Have submitted a complaint via your website so will wait for response to that. Do not have time to spend half the day on hold

  • wizedude_ Paul Boon (@wizedude_) reported from Ipswich District, England

@KeithHuewen @btsportmotogp why do you keep calling @88jorgemartin @Jorge_Navarro9 do you not even know who is racing you idiot. Why @btsport have you I never know, you need to learn to do your job properly. #bringbackjulian you are so bad at #commentating. #terrible

  • chisel2211 Craig (@chisel2211) reported from Bildeston, England

@BTCare So BT, I was told all repairs should've been finished and my service restored by 5pm at the latest by 5pm yesterday. So why is it not and why haven't I been contacted and advised of the situation? #ShoddyCustomerService #BtWoes #BT

  • chisel2211 Craig (@chisel2211) reported from Bildeston, England

@BTCare Sadly not. Furthermore courtesy of the engineer I've found out that I'm not connected to fibre broadband but exchange only copper wire. Having had fibre for the 2 plus years I presume I'll be due a refund for the service I've never had? #BT #PhoneWoes

  • chisel2211 Craig (@chisel2211) reported from Bildeston, England

@SkyUK You are quite correct. @BTCare customer service was shockingly quite indifferent to the problem. Just spent a further 35 minutes of my life conversing with a vacuous assistant only to get no further forward. The end of landline communication is not far away... #ShoddyBT

  • chisel2211 Craig (@chisel2211) reported from Bildeston, England

@BTCare The problem yesterday was that I couldn't access BT Sport using my YouView box. Today has brought some fresh issues. Are you suggesting that when my internet/phone service is restored that my BTSport will work?

  • chisel2211 Craig (@chisel2211) reported from Bildeston, England

@BTCare Not good enough. Time to leave. BT need to act swifter. I pay good money for a service and expect better response than these hardly committed vague promises.

  • wizedude_ Paul Boon (@wizedude_) reported from Ipswich, England

I wish @btsportmotogp had a red button to change commentator as @KeithHuewen is so bad and rude!! #newcommentator #ruxe #shit #germanGP come on #btsport listen to all your viewers. !!!

  • shanicead95 Shanice Defreitas (@shanicead95) reported from Ipswich, England

@BTCare But as I have said. I spoke to someone on the live chat before placing the order. I told them that I couldn’t pay the upfront cost then they suggested adding onto my next bill then paying it with the reward card. I never would have signed up if I would have known! How’s that fair

  • shanicead95 Shanice Defreitas (@shanicead95) reported from Ipswich, England

@BTCare Yes I have applied. I am a new customer and was told rather than pay for he upfront cost straight away I could choose option to pay on next bill but then could pay that off with reward card! Now first bill has come no reward card! Was not told it would take that long!!

  • shanicead95 Shanice Defreitas (@shanicead95) reported from Ipswich, England

@BTCare I was told that my reward card would help to pay the one off fee for installation on my first bill. My first bill is now £84.99 and reward card still not here and bill is due on 1st July 2018. I can’t pay it if I haven’t got that card which I was told I would have!!!!!

Can @bt_uk kindly stop ringing us we dont owe you any money we have rectified it and have made a complaint. It was an old account from an ex manager that left in 2013. It would’ve thought this would’ve been rectified then. We are now with @VodafoneUK who provide a better service

  • Kev_McLoughlin Kevin McLoughlin (@Kev_McLoughlin) reported from West Molesey, England

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

13 weeks since trying to order phone line from @bt_uk, still no sign of one. @WeAreOpenreach and @McCarthyStone blaming each other. Over 20 elderly residents without a phone line. They have until the close of Friday 18th to provide solid answers. @Ofcom complaint looming.
