namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Why are you so aggravatingly poor at communicating and dealing with people who are made to use your services? Not choose, made.
-
Mark (@Walesguy2) reported@RSh234 @bt_uk @bt_uk are shockingly bad.

GerryC๐๐พ (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk please, please when will Openreach fix the cable damage that has affected residents in Grange Estate, Church Crookham! Weโve had no landline or internet for a week now! Residents are phoning their suppliers, but are having no updates! This is getting beyond silly!!!!
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
Cribby Youngs (@CribbyYoungs) reported@bt_uk Would it be courteous to advise a customer & resident of planned work installation outside of home......? No letters or planning leaflet in area..
-
mungo's mouthpiece (@MungoMouthpiece) reported@bt_uk Never mind my 'feelings', what about the threats & illegality? 'Reaching out' to a team that can only parrot the official narrative won't help. It's the ones at the top that need to have their dictatorial mentality reined in. I reiterate; it's ILLEGAL!
-
Stewart James (@stewmj81) reported@bt_uk There is no point they are useless, no help whatsoever.
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I donโt really want to raise a complaint. Itโs basic looking after people and thatโs what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk your CEO is a ******. he should be checking that customer service works at least once a week himself personally to stay on top of it. its easily fixed. he needs firing asap. gross negligence and probably misconduct for leading it here
-
Claire๐น (@sundaygirl851) reported@bt_uk Well so far when speaking to people he's just been fobbed off with 'well it should be happening as we speak so he feels like people aren't actually really trying to help him so he's reluctant to ring again snd is now stuck between 2 phones....
