    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says itโ€™s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @bt_uk can you explain why daily on your app I get โ€œ token expired โ€œ! I am constantly having to log in. I read that there is a problem with the app. When will this be rectified ??

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_ukโ€ฆConstant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    @bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

    broadband dropping out every 10 mins. been thru all troubleshooting. no local issues.called "helpline" been cut off 3 times before speaking to anyone! @bt_uk dreadful service.need wifi for work,which i now can't do!

    @BTCare @rioferdy5 Bloody terrible news. I can't remember the last time I watched it since ITV lost it. I Used to love sitting down with my brother's when we were younger watching it on ITV. Money is ruining the game and nothing can stop it!

    Iโ€™ll tell you what, @bt_uk do not muck around, when their internet goes down, it really goes down, 4 or 5 days, no problem for them, they can do that on a regular basis and frequently do๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @BTGroup @bt_uk I have an ongoing complaint since 8th May. Today it was closed with no phone call, no explanation, no contact. The issue is still ongoing and you owe me money. I have reopened complaint but this needs escalating.

    @scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.

    @EEBroadbandUK @Ofcom @bt_uk Cheers for the horrific broadband you supply to my parentโ€™s home. Every time I come back here & try to watch a football match or the Formula 1 it fails. They keep getting engineers out but u never fix it, yet you keep charging them a fortune tune?
