@Mark_Elkington @LeeCotton1 @WWEGP @btsport I get that, but there's a decent size roster there & with enough rotation (which I'm sure there will be) that should help stop things being stale. Plus there's a good chance a few more names will be announced too I see it working. Khan is a savvy man & the elite know what's up

@bt_uk pity anyone who hasnโ€™t got the wherewithal or IT savvy to chase the comedic connections team. Shambolic service and incompressible text messaging service from outreach. I work for the NHS so used to some chaos but these clowns are next level. Over a month of no serviceโ€ฆ

@bt_uk You know, I hate to be so critical when you yourself are trying to be kind. It's just I've had such a bad experience of being a BT customer in the last year. I'll DM you details.

@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

@bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

@bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.

  • SaffyBun
    Karla (@SaffyBun) reported

@bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

  • neil_huntingdon

@bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

@bt_uk just got a text that my phone bill is ready but I still canโ€™t log into my account without giving my phone number. Weโ€™re getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. Iโ€™m not DMing and Iโ€™m not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?

  • kcovophoto
    Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported

@bt_uk Not to mention I now have the inconvenience of having to post back your faulty product from a post office (are there any left in London?) Instead of your engineer just taking it. Why do I as a customer have to work for you?
