To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

I have 3 discs one of which says itโs working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

Canโt through on the phone How do I get my bills if I canโt log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. Josh (@Jsm0445) reported@bt_uk i had my bt email account hacked after putting my login details into a spurious email. I regained access to my email by changing the password but I donโt seem to receive emails and emails that say they have been sent donโt get received. How can I rectify this?
