To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

I have 3 discs one of which says itโs working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk donโt allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
