    @bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says itโ€™s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

    @BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldnโ€™t help and now Iโ€™ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

    broadband dropping out every 10 mins. been thru all troubleshooting. no local issues.called "helpline" been cut off 3 times before speaking to anyone! @bt_uk dreadful service.need wifi for work,which i now can't do!

    @BTCare Help. Iโ€™ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. Itโ€™s an absolute nightmare. Itโ€™s like impossible to cancel.

    @bt_uk seeing as your saying I do not have an account does that mean I can cancel my direct debt and not make anymore payments for my services? Because itโ€™s not very good trying to access account to make changes and been told no account yet your happy taking ยฃ70 a month out bank

    @btbusinesscare Once again I find myself wasting valuable time trying to sort an issue. Your advisers won't talk to me because they say my account name is wrong - it isn't I'm looking at a bill! I want to take all our lines services somewhere else!!!!

    @bt_uk This is not acceptable. You told me to phone you regarding my issue. I tried last night and again this morning on 5 or 6 occasions. I canโ€™t spend the whole day trying to get through. Put more people on the line.

    @btbusinesscare we have had such a poor service with BT, when you ring up to cancel they donโ€™t let you go pass there indian call centre. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
