    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldnโ€™t help and now Iโ€™ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

    @bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so donโ€™t have account details to hand...

    @bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

    @Mark_Elkington @LeeCotton1 @WWEGP @btsport I get that, but there's a decent size roster there & with enough rotation (which I'm sure there will be) that should help stop things being stale. Plus there's a good chance a few more names will be announced too I see it working. Khan is a savvy man & the elite know what's up

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

    @bt_uk are absolute *****. After 10 yrs of patchy WiFi weโ€™ve made the move to another provider. 1 week before switch off they have turned off our WiFi . Thanks for nothing, mediocre pricks. I wonโ€™t hold my breath for a refund as I have long experience of your โ€œcustomer serviceโ€

    @bt_uk is this one of your numbers 01438382072. Since deciding to cancel my services with you today this number has called me 5 times. It is harassment. You had your chance to keep me when I called to say I had a better offer elsewhere. Your offer was rubbish and refused.

    @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.
