    @bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

    @bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

    @bt_uk never had trouble with a lined phone these i can not stand i have not had proper working internet since last feb i even paid 100 to get my modem moved as i was advised to do so as was told internet would be better but no its worse sorry but i spend a lot of money a month ?

    @btsport @btsportufc 🤔 £25/£30 a month for this and the app won't let me watch any of the under card. Appreciate the main event was okay, but this isn't usually the service. If I have to wait until later, I might as well cancel and watch it on YouTube.
