@bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so don’t have account details to hand...

@bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

@BTCare @rioferdy5 Bloody terrible news. I can't remember the last time I watched it since ITV lost it. I Used to love sitting down with my brother's when we were younger watching it on ITV. Money is ruining the game and nothing can stop it!

@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

@bt_uk hey 👋, do you guys do a 4G signal booster? I've just moved house and I have breadsticks stronger than the signal I get at home. I've no b/band til 27th as it's the earliest I can get you in so the mini hub is little help, the kids may off me without their YouTube fix :/

@bt_uk If your old get a pay as you go do not get into any contracts once they have your money and details your finished and all help does not exist .pay as you go and no smart meters or internet banking it makes your life hell

@bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

Hey @bt_uk that’s now two days I’ve waited at home for an engineer to help set up a faulty hub, only to have no one show up with no explanation. Booked a third appointment but changing providers is probably a better use of my time. It’s been a week, still no wifi, no explanations

@bt_uk You know I do realise that poles service more than one line🙄 So the engineers who have stated that there is an issue on my line, that are here right now, are wrong says the unqualified remotely located adviser.......smh
