@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

@bt_uk The stress caused by this is completely unnecessary. We have had not had any written communication to apologise for what's happened except on here where I've had to chase you. My husband has called several times. Due to poor signal in our village our calls have been cut off.

@bt_uk Finally after 18 days without broadband or telephone service my parents are now reconnected. HOWEVER we were told by 2 different customer service people that they would receive automatic compensation we have now been told this is not the case!! 1/2

@bt_uk We are having to wait around for BT to contact us when I will repeat again, this is not our fault, BT caused this issue. We should not have to wait to hear from BT. They should be actively trying to resolve the problem AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

@bt_uk The 14th is not acceptable. This problem is all of BT's own doing. We clearly told BT our line was not to be cancelled. You cancelled our line when you installed our neighbour's line. We have been without Internet ever since due to BT!!!
