@bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

@BTCare @rioferdy5 Bloody terrible news. I can't remember the last time I watched it since ITV lost it. I Used to love sitting down with my brother's when we were younger watching it on ITV. Money is ruining the game and nothing can stop it!

Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

@bt_uk The problem is no that Was told I’d be paying 17,99 first 6 months and double after. It hasnt even been a month and you want to charge me 22,99 When I called to complained, was told was because 5£ of a Landline I DID NOT ASKED FOR and was assured it will get waived.

@bt_uk The way you sign people up on contracts is shocking. In this current climate, I was looking for help, NOT just quoting T&C's and termination charges. Then you text me a survey looking to be scored 0-10. Pity there wasn't an option for a minus score !!!

Fibre broadband installed by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. Free “upgrade” from @bt_uk so why not? Now have no landline, signal dropping out constantly yet showing a speed of 76 mbps, what’s that about.? Was 73 and totally reliable on my ancient copper line. 🙄 #engineervisiit

@uk_acmilan Aye, I know what you mean about James, he sometimes grates on me but I was glad to see him speak last night. I said to a friend given that BTSport has Serie A broadcast rights you’d at least think they’d try and promote Serie A some what not have it talked down and trashed.
