    @bt_uk I don't want to receive the message. I want the number blocked. It doesn't ring on my phone but goes to voicemail and I have to waste time calling it and listening to garbage.

    @KarimaAfc @bt_uk My router keeps going orange and its driving us nuts. The only consistent thing about BT broadband is that its been consistently **** since we got it

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they donโ€™t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! Theyโ€™ve still been great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @bt_uk Hiya, we ended up calling BT again and got some answers. Turns out there is an external problem which is due to be fixed this week. Thank you for your help :)

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk Sometimes recently on my Xbox I have some issues, the weird thing is Iโ€™ve played on the same server on the pc game for a long time and never had an issue, these issues seem to have been since my line was put onto didgital phone

    @bt_uk Hi. Day 3 with no internet & Iโ€™m concerned as I WFH. Internet access is an essential especially in these pandemic times. @MariaMillerUK @Keir_Starmer it needs to be treated as an essential service. Loss of access needs to be a high priority fix.

    @bt_uk Is there a way to make a formal complaint to the supplier? It's insane that they are allowed to just shut us off with no notice, costing you money and costing us our connection (in a neighbourhood with *terrible* 4G signal).
