Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere
