Sad but our poor service from @BT_uk & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

@T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

@bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

@StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

@tonyhorrocks @andysc @bt_uk It used to auto cancel every couple of years too. Similarly with the dance the Royal mail used to make you go through to opt out of their junk mail deliveries. Not sure if they still do that or not.

@btbusinesscare Eventually got in touch but not sure the account issues have been resolved despite my colleague being promised back in July. We need 3 names on the account to be able@to contact you. You keep deleting them so we then can’t report faults.

when I signed up for my new BT fibre contract I was assured I would never pay more than a new customer. BT are now offering 3 months free broadband to new customers. I have asked for 3 months free and BT have refused. Shame on you @bt_uk why can't you honour your agreement
