    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @bt_uk Hiya, we ended up calling BT again and got some answers. Turns out there is an external problem which is due to be fixed this week. Thank you for your help :)

    @bt_uk Oh: hello Eileen. Yes, when rain starts the internet goes down within 60 secs but then comes on again after 5 minutes or so, even if rain continues; it's just the starting of rain that has the effect ! Whenever doing important on-line transactions we often check the sky first !

    @OpenreachHelp Understandable, but it doesnโ€™t help that my service provider @bt_uk doesnโ€™t have a clue whatโ€™s going on, while theyโ€™re flagging the issue is due to Openreach not being able to give a firm update on the issue at hand. Openreach keeps shifting the connection date (1/2)

    @bt_uk So Nan (101 yrs old) been in nursing home since Nov. No contact with fr&fam. Taken you 5mths to sort her phone. Youโ€™ve now cut her off - no outgoing calls allowed. Threatening to take her to court. Sheโ€™s happy with that - hope youโ€™re not. #embarrassing #BT #complaint
