    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk day 5 of no landline or broadband and expected fix date 23 June ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก seriously shocking customer service when I phone to ask what you can do to help me โ€ฆ. Nothing unless I upgrade apparently. How am I supposed to work from home?

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโ€™s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโ€™t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @BTCare @bt_uk @EE tv. Iโ€™ve checked all the help questions , Iโ€™ve turned off the tv box. No apps are working. Canโ€™t load BBC iplayer etc. So annoying. I donโ€™t want to reboot

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldnโ€™t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an ยฃ5 a month. Then increased to ยฃ10 then ยฃ30. Been streaming it since
