Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
