Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

James Sadler (@JSads1983) reported@bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.
