    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk day 5 of no landline or broadband and expected fix date 23 June ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก seriously shocking customer service when I phone to ask what you can do to help me โ€ฆ. Nothing unless I upgrade apparently. How am I supposed to work from home?

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk I don't want to receive the message. I want the number blocked. It doesn't ring on my phone but goes to voicemail and I have to waste time calling it and listening to garbage.

    @bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, Iโ€™ve been told keoghs are โ€˜not entertainingโ€™ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but itโ€™s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk itโ€™s gone bad again. 11 mbps. Iโ€™m paying ยฃ52 a month for a service that isnโ€™t holding up and itโ€™s extremely distressing. Iโ€™ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isnโ€™t the case. Please look into this.

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!
