    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk Hiya, we ended up calling BT again and got some answers. Turns out there is an external problem which is due to be fixed this week. Thank you for your help :)

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they donโ€™t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! Theyโ€™ve still been great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโ€™s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโ€™t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @leedvnprt @bt_uk BT are aware of the issues, they just don't know what the problem is, so they can't fix it at the moment. Haven't been able to use My BT or access BT or EE wi-fi hotspots due e while now.

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    @bt_uk Terrible service from BT. - No broadband service for 4 days - Broadband speed was less than 10Mbps since I moved in - Not been able to get compensation for either issue

    @bt_uk you broke the internet end of Feb! Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - Iโ€™ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!

    Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a ยฃ32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me ยฃ52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again
