Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

No investigation, no communication. Useless.

Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
