Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

No investigation, no communication. Useless.

I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and Iโll use someone else.
