Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Iโve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. Iโm moving again and am told I have to pay ยฃ73 early termination! So Iโm done with BT, me
