    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesnโ€™t work when Iโ€™m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. Iโ€™ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    @CisoDiagonal @bt_uk until i just cancel the other once ive moved & tell them ive not left bc theyre still BT, so wont be paying any cancelation fee- bc they hadnt created an online account for an online customer who has no desire to send hours on phone calls with "understand your frustration" BS ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. Iโ€™ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.

    @btbusinesscare we are a small business in Edinburgh. Our phone line and internet has been down since the 6th of October. The fault has been reported numerous times but alas to no avail. It seems BT is not interested in our loss of business. The Garage Edinburgh.

    @bt_uk Your detection system says everything is ok, clearly it is not. Means Iโ€™m going to have to speak to your normally incompetent tech support since my open reach box was accidentally wired up to neighbours when development built. Literally had enough.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve told your complaint handlers Iโ€™m not spending one more minute of my time talking to anyone from BT. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and Iโ€™ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from ยฃ125 to over ยฃ500. Why? BT has no answer.
