Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โI promise I work on behalf of BTโ. I said I can promise Iโm the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, itโs dangerous and itโs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโs unforgivable to do this in this manner.
