    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk There isnโ€™t thatโ€™s the problem... everytime the track order says update on such a date it then just says delayed. Really is disgraceful.

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they donโ€™t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! Theyโ€™ve still been great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    @bt_uk day 5 of no landline or broadband and expected fix date 23 June ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก seriously shocking customer service when I phone to ask what you can do to help me โ€ฆ. Nothing unless I upgrade apparently. How am I supposed to work from home?

    Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesnโ€™t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and wonโ€™t be for a while, yet website says everythingโ€™s up and running! Complaint made.

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.

    @bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating ๐Ÿ˜•

    @bt_uk I canโ€™t resolve โ€˜onlineโ€™ a phone fault. Itโ€™s for my blind 87 year old father who hasnโ€™t got a mobile phone, internet or indeed at the moment a functioning land line. His phone is not the issue. How do I moved forward and actually speak to someone?

    @bt_uk upgraded my elderly relatives (in their 90s)telephone line & now their telephone isn't ringing properly. How exactly is that 'improving' their service? Ironically their phones are BT ones. Spent a few hours talking to customer services (not a free number 2 contact) #POOR
