    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesnโ€™t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and wonโ€™t be for a while, yet website says everythingโ€™s up and running! Complaint made.

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโ€™s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโ€™t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    @bt_uk I don't want to receive the message. I want the number blocked. It doesn't ring on my phone but goes to voicemail and I have to waste time calling it and listening to garbage.

    @bt_uk There isnโ€™t thatโ€™s the problem... everytime the track order says update on such a date it then just says delayed. Really is disgraceful.

    @NRManc @bt_uk Crazy isnโ€™t it. Thank god or IT Specialists for internet calling since we donโ€™t get any sort of mobile signal here.

    @bt_uk absolutely useless - TV is slow in buffering and laptop is slow but do you think I can talk to somebody with a bit of common sense? No. Been told everything is fine but itโ€™s not. I want an engineer out to fix as I need to be able to work from home.

    @bt_uk why do you not notify your customers via text when thereโ€™s a fault in the area? All other companies do, water electricity etc so why canโ€™t you. Broadband been down all day & not a word from yourselves to your customers

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.
