    Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesnโ€™t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and wonโ€™t be for a while, yet website says everythingโ€™s up and running! Complaint made.

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโ€™s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโ€™t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    @bt_uk Iโ€™m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โ€œI promise I work on behalf of BTโ€. I said I can promise Iโ€™m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, itโ€™s dangerous and a disgrace and itโ€™s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโ€™s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

    @bt_uk BT says no issue on the network yet our mobiles cannot access our home broadband. So frustrating. So much for hi-speed fibre. Time to move supplier

    @bt_uk you still havenโ€™t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. Weโ€™re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

    outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low
