    So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didnโ€™t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. Leaving my elderly mum without a phoneline and Internet and no way of contacting people then trying to say an engineer resolved the issue today when no one has been out ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk I havenโ€™t been able to access my account or log in on the BT app for days/weeks despite following instructions to change user name etc. the system sucks. Canโ€™t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I canโ€™t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.

    @bt_uk She doesnโ€™t have an account with you. She was going to be a new customer. Seen as you didnโ€™t come to install on the day agreed, and the installation didnโ€™t take place. Surely thereโ€™s no chance of her being billed?

    @bt_uk When are you going to sort out the problems you have. I CANNOT log into my account have not been able to for two days now. What the heck is going on. Awful company, need to get rid of you. Shame really I have internet, phone and 4 mobile phones all going. Had enough๐Ÿ˜ก
