    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk Dear BT - I am a loyal customer of many years. my credit profile has been destroyed by a default over a bill that occurred when switching to EE from Bt direct over a miscommunication and your team are refusing to help me. I am going to lose my house. Please intervene 💗😭

    @BTCare Yes, that they are sending a new router and it will arrive Monday. Internet went down overnight on Wednesday. I have BT the benefit of the doubt yesterday rang today and new router being sent out leaving me with no internet for 5 days. It’s just issue after issue after issue.

    @BTCare I don't use BT mail on my phone so cannot access that as I can't remember my log in details. I had a text from Ravi on Wed but nothing since then apart from a call saying my phone line was working now. But my phone never stopped working.

    @revPACman @BTCare I had the same for months. My son eventually did something and it works better now. It’s something to do with older technology. I just never knew when internet would come back. It seemed to help if I switched my mobile off though!

    @BTCare Why on earth is our broadband situation still not sorted out? It’s the worst it’s ever been. We got a text saying ‘we haven’t found a network problem’. Then tell me why nothing is loading at all!!! I work from home most days - I need broadband. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @BTCare No not last week have had it a few months. But I'm on my 3rd smart hub already. As I'm sure t you are aware there is a problem where the hub refuses dns and gets caught in reboot loop. I have dropped 4 times in 2 weeks so far. :(

    @bt_uk terrible customer service. Still no broadband to my elderly parents even after being promised it would be back on within 3 hrs. 20hrs later nothing and no explanation. Disgusting way to treat your customers.

    @BTCare full of broken promises. Elderly parents still left with no broadband disputes being promised it would be back up and running within 3 hr. Almost 20hr later still nothing and no communication as promised. Is this how you treat your customers. It obviously is 👎🏻

    hey @bt_uk is #btmobile having data problems today in London, I'm not getting 3 or 4G in a place I always get it (office) , it's just "connecting" and on "E" .
