    @bt_uk my internet is down, I’m stuck in with 2 kids on lock down, and after nearly 45 minutes on the phone you still have not answered. Absolutely disgusting customer service 😡😡😡😡😡

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

    @realgeedub1979 @bt_uk @keiranatharmony No company can deal with a switch from Virgin. You have to leave first then contact whichever company you want to join and give them the leading day. I wrote to VM in the end when I was leaving as I couldn't get through on the phone, and there's no online option to cancel.

    @virginmedia When will the internet be back up? I have to write my dissertation and need the internet to do it. I'll be looking to move to @bt_uk and @SkyUK. Since we renewed in January the service has gone down hill to being unusable

    24 months with @bt_uk and I chose to switch to @virginmedia. I saved £5 extra every month, but I pay for that £5 in service outages. Never cheat on your broadband 👍

    @realgeedub1979 @bt_uk @keiranatharmony Virgin are having a bad day. BT have them too I switched from BT to Virgin due to downtime (multiple times everyday for 2 weeks) IMO customer service are equally as shocking.
