    The sound for the manchester utd match on BT Sport 2HD live is terrible, the crowd is louder than the commentary, mind you @RobbieSavage8 is one of them so it's not all bad!! @btsportfootball @btsport

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

    @bt_uk There isn’t that’s the problem... everytime the track order says update on such a date it then just says delayed. Really is disgraceful.

    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @bt_uk when you run your own business and you have been left with no internet, no phone lines, numerous calls to BT for 2 FULL WEEKS, plus advisors hanging up rudely on you, you now say it’s going to be March before we might see any resolution??? Shocking service! Help???

    @bt_uk #philipjanssen how is this price increase justified. To appease you shareholders because it is definitely not in the consumer interest. Be ready for a mighty explosion of grief from consumers, after 10years my speed have never increased. I have nothing to justify this

    Hey @bt_uk I tried to use the message service on the app, it asked for my landline number but I have a broadband only service without a landline. I need to talk to someone over messages. When I signed up with you was told you would cancel my sky account for me. It hasn’t happened

    @bt_uk nothing like BT cancelling your internet when you never asked for that to happen, serious breach of GDPR and no prioritisation from them to get you reconnected. Really not good enough when you work from home and need the internet
