Hi @bt_uk our phone lines are down yet again, the 3rd time in as many weeks and 1-4 days to fix… this is our busiest time of year and we are missing lots of potential business which is costing us dearly

@T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

@Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

@StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

Here is some “great” customer service - literally in the middle of a call from my mum to report a bereavement @bt_uk cut her off. 72 hours later trying to call them but they aren’t talking calls as they are “taking time out.” Super.

@iamsmarta @bt_uk I had this problem when I moved into our current place. As it was a new-build, the address existed in some systems but not others apparently. Mine is a FTTP line and I had to wait for the Openreach engineers to register the modem & address before ordering.

@bt_uk I've had such a bad experience, with bt. Regarding my orders and aerials and a lady on the phone refusing to give me the head office complaints number. Shambles of a company. I've been with bt for 9 months and 9 months of hell. I will be taking this further

@bt_uk Reported a fault on our landline on 16 May. Have had a couple of engineer visits but no fix yet. Every day your 'track faults' page promises 'we aim to fix this by the end of [tomorrow]'. With no mobile coverage indoors, we need this line failure repaired.
