Hi @bt_uk our phone lines are down yet again, the 3rd time in as many weeks and 1-4 days to fix… this is our busiest time of year and we are missing lots of potential business which is costing us dearly

@T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

Now 8 days without office telephone lines and broadband. @btbusinesscare Had engineer appointments every day this week, one turns up yesterday and it's still down. Now had someone from India phone to make another appointment. What a way to treat customers. Get it fixed.
