They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

I pay BT for a service and youre happy to leave vulnerable people without a phone line.Disgusting
