Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineβs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnβt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes π₯΄ Give me strength!
