Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.
