Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@bt_uk Sorry the link sent by Michaela did nothing to solve my problem and was contempt by yourselves in not reading my complaint! My line box prior to DV service had wires/ service connections inside it ( undertaken by BT) which cannot be used in the DV service- no Jack plug!

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk Ill admit I've never really.looked into bezos so I don't know how he got his start. Inheritance and investment are legitimate form of wealth. Same with loans as long as you can pay them back. If someone puts that towards building a business they deserve the money they get from it

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk Which as we know is a double edged sword. Personally I think block and report do enough for most people. I think word filters are actively harmful. Content filters absolutely should be around, the issue is social media doesn't have the manpower to do that reliably.
