    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @krishan_davis Yes, let down by @BTSport the commentary is awful and so biased with 4-5 repeats of dismissals in an over. Thank God for TMS commentary. #Awful

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    Hi @bt_uk, my broadband and landline have just stopped out of the blue. I reported this and your service has checked the line, declaring there is a fault. You texted to say you AIM to fix by midnight on the 9th November! No you need to sort this now in the next 4 hours.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam what do I get for my internet being cut off for 9 days and counting? My neighbours with @bt_uk got sent a free mini hub for theirs being down! Looks like they know how to look after their customers

    @bt_uk why is it taking so long for you to fix the damage your services team have done? I’ve had not internet or phone since the 13th October and all I get is an update to tell me you’ll update me soon? BT are shocking!

    @bt_uk I've managed to connect at work on my phone, but not on any of my devices at home. I have a minihub, but to reiterate, that isn't the product I'm paying for and am no nearer to a resolution than when you disconnected me on 18/10, 2 weeks before my move date.

    @bt_uk As a business customer I am appalled with the customer service we have received from BT for over a year we have not been able to use our handset and have been passed from one csr to another and with no resolution whilst still holding up our end of the contract
