    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @CWUnews Uninterrupted service for 23 months. BT and Openreach staff go on strike and today I’m unable to work as my Broadband has gone down. Coincidence? Luckily I’m within 35 days of contract end so order made with new fibre to property provider and I’ll be leaving @bt_uk

    Sat in an online que for @bt_uk as Internet is down again...third time this month. Whilst I appreciate the mini hub, getting through to get this activated and having to use it this often is getting silly.

    @bt_uk is there ever a time when your call centre isn’t “extremely busy” and the wait is less than 30 minutes!! I’d probably look at employing more people before you lose more customers due to your service
