Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

James (@rando__) reported from Eight Ash Green, EnglandSo back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didnโt happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere
