Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineβs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnβt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BTβs monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
