    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. Theyโ€™re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate itโ€™s distressing them!

    Hi @bt_uk our phone lines are down yet again, the 3rd time in as many weeks and 1-4 days to fixโ€ฆ this is our busiest time of year and we are missing lots of potential business which is costing us dearly

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think youโ€™ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, Iโ€™ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    Looks like telephone scammers are using information @bt_uk are openly leaking about their customers to convince those customers that they work for @bt_uk. They use the "Forgotten your login details?" page to get information about the customer's email address.

    Update in the @btbusinesscare sagaโ€ฆfirstly our broadband is back! However, despite an open complaint now running for THREE WEEKS we have still not received a telephone call from a manager, despite regular assurances we will get one. The compensation offer is also a joke!!

    @STEM_Orkney @bt_uk @alanabanana116 The issue is their server is down so anything you do to the app won't make a difference. I rang the helpdesk and they said it would be fixed today so fingers crossed it is.

    @bt_uk No unfortunately, there is no know. Service outage, however, all the SIM cards on my account are having the same problem, calls cutting off after a few seconds of being connected, data going slow and unable to connect.

    @drl @bt_uk Beware theyโ€™ll have you paying ยฃ20 a month more than new customers if youโ€™re lucky enough to get a working service. Mines been off since an engineer came to upgrade me at 8am yesterday morning. Support is horrendous to get hold of
