    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @bt_uk Dear BT - I am a loyal customer of many years. my credit profile has been destroyed by a default over a bill that occurred when switching to EE from Bt direct over a miscommunication and your team are refusing to help me. I am going to lose my house. Please intervene 💗😭

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    The sound for the manchester utd match on BT Sport 2HD live is terrible, the crowd is louder than the commentary, mind you @RobbieSavage8 is one of them so it's not all bad!! @btsportfootball @btsport

    @bt_uk #bt ARE BLACKMAILERS! They make errors, over charge customers, make mistakes when giving refunds and compensation. Then cut you off as they claim there's a debt on the account. Managers never ring back on time. Bt closes complaints without dealing. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!

    @bt_uk (2/2) but we also specifically said that we wanted to keep the landline. And again, when purchasing the package we were told this would be ok, and as it was already a BT landline this wouldn’t be a problem

    It has to be said I am becoming ever so increasingly frustrated with @virginmedia customer service. Do not understand what the customer wants despite being on a call 30+ minutes. Why can’t we have call agents based in U.K.? Profits over service @btsport

    @bt_uk no im a renewing customer you have a fancy page telling me its gone down just over £1 which means for my fibre i pay 69.99 a month but new customers can have the exact same for £49.99, as you can appreciate im currently thinking im off to @EE full fibre 900m £50

    @bt_uk No, not yet. I am waiting for a site survey from @Fastershire to see whether the internet service at my property could be improved (download max. 10mbps, upload 0.1 mbps) by having another method of accessing the web either through mobile or satellite.

    @btbusinesscare I already have someone looking into this. My point is they haven't helped me or offered me any useful help at all to be honest. You call me every day and apologise for your incompetence and blame everything on Openreach. I am at my wits end now hence the somewhat drastic action.
