Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk What a bunch of crooks BT are. Sneaking in a above inflation increase . Luckily I do not use BT but My mother does. I will make sure that she leaves as soon as her contract is up. BT= POOR SERVICE, POOR VALUE.

James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Also. If my contract renewed 2019. That is this year. Not 2014 like first stated. Really seems that bt cant get there numbers correct. As you can see I've been a loyal customer for many many years. Seems like honouring sales pitches doesnt come easy for you guys. Lol

James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Braintree, England@T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

๐๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (@xTerronga) reported from Braintree, England@bt_uk This has been an ongoing issue for a few weeks now, my partners phone keeps switching to mobile data because it keeps dropping out and now she has none left ๐

๐๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (@xTerronga) reported from Braintree, England@bt_uk This came back no issue, but I can confidently say there is an issue
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk No full drops but speed was pitiful last night. So much so that my entertainment was stuttering and buffering. So either your test equipment is faulty or lying to you. If I hadnt had a problem I wouldn't be having this conversation!!
-
Chloe Hipwood (@clowee) reported from Haverhill, EnglandFancy doing anything about shockingly slow broadband speeds in some rural Tier 4 areas? Video chat for elderly residents in these areas during Christmas should be a given not a luck. @bt_uk @virginmedia @SkyUK . #loneliness #tier4 #christmascancelled

BrianDry (@BrianDry) reported from Coggeshall, England@NRManc @bt_uk Crazy isnโt it. Thank god or IT Specialists for internet calling since we donโt get any sort of mobile signal here.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)
-
Stuart Valentine Dodgson (@DodgsonStuart) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England@bt_uk Thank you. Problem solved. That was good customer service.
-
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Welcome to the worst broadband provider in the country . BT WE LIKE TO RIP OUR CUSTOMERS OFF .

Nscale (@nscale) reportedLast month we announced our plans to work with @bt_uk and @nvidia to bring sovereign AI infrastructure to the UK. Deploying up to 14MW of NVIDIA-powered compute across three BT sites, connected by their national network, with all data remaining within the UK. ๐งต
-
Adam Darke (@adarkelimited) reported@bt_uk youโll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.
-
DemonicSuccubus (@MissSatanism) reportedNah @bt_uk youโre having a laugh. They finally turn up nearly 3 hours LATE! Why is it so difficult for you to have HUMANS answer a phone? Stop automating your **** with AI voices and options. Itโs a piss take.
-
Andrew Potts (@ah_potts) reported@bt_uk @cakey12 Broadband gone down, try logging into the app, do the 2 step verification, then select manage my account and it tries to load then goes back to the login screen. (s there a general issue?
-
Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
-
CFD (@TenFourEverton) reported@bt_uk your current email verify service is useless. As soon as you ask for a verify code you then have to come out of the page to get the email and then the page is lost. Whoever designed this brilliant scheme should be fired as they are an idiot. Please change this NOW
-
H (@countrymousie) reported@btbusinesscare It's dropping in and out. I have no mobile signal here so I suspect Starlink is my best bet
-
Gavin Cook (@gjc_cook) reported@bt_uk youโve sent me a returns label to an email address I donโt have access too. I cba to ring so can we sort it on here please. Also, Iโm sure I paid for the equipment when I started the service so why do I have to send it back now?
-
Jane (@Milly1Molly) reported@weatherbraine @bt_uk @Ofcom We went away from BT due to their service. Who in their right mind uses Evri?
