@virginmedia The fault is the Hub is broken, this is known. How can people wait over a week for a technician when WFH & smart home devices are part of every day life? Instead of posting a new Hub we'll wait a week for a technician to tell us we need a new Hub. Maybe @bt_uk want our business.

@bt_uk Why am I paying for such a dismal service? I wouldn’t be surprised if we have the worst broadband service in the uk, it is that bad .. we are on the end of an archaic overhaul copper line which is approximately 2.5 miles from the exchange in the next village, abysmal .
