Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

The issue is you werenโt able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what Iโm saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.
