Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--
