    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80โ€™s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think youโ€™ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, Iโ€™ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    Hello @bt_uk I have been without internet and landline use since Friday 11 February. This has been reported and being treated as an MSO. However despite speaking with various operatives and informing them of such, no one else on the area is experiencing problems.

    Bit the bullet and switched from sky broadband and TV to @bt_uk for better service arranged weeks ago no switch on yesterday called today and told have to cancel and re-order will take at least a week now left with 3 kids in half term no WiFi and no TV - help!

    @bt_uk But a ยฃ11 monthly price hike is more than a 10% increase! Iโ€™ve been very loyal to BT for 10+ years but after a series of appalling customer service blunders this is very definitely the last straw.

    @bt_uk sent a DM to openreach and completely ignored, new property ,BT hub 2 under stairs in cupboard no signal in kitchen and very poor in bedroom above, onto BT for 40 mins yesterday did some remote stuff no change, forums suggest this is a bad router , ยฃ50 a month!!!

    50 days since @bt_uk internet stopped working. 2500% of the 2 working day fix time, as a result I'm owed ยฃ403.20 in compensation. Now up to 6 resolution dates missed. @WeAreOpenreach SSKMD MSO ongoing for 104 days. #stilloffline

    @btsport Please fix your media player. You can't watch full screen without great big play and 10s icons in the middle of the screen. It just never goes away even if you don't move the mouse.
