    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @defiaye @bt_uk My mum had problems with her BT broadband. They fobbed her off for a week so I went to hers with my laptop to run tests and rule out her equipment, called them, explained I'd tested everything in the home and it was at their end. They fixed it within 24hrs.
