Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that
