Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.

BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming
