    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didnโ€™t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

    @bt_uk you broke the internet end of Feb! Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - Iโ€™ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!

    @bt_uk Itโ€™s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - heโ€™s over ยฃ800 in credit yet heโ€™s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about ยฃ90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

    @bt_uk please, please when will Openreach fix the cable damage that has affected residents in Grange Estate, Church Crookham! Weโ€™ve had no landline or internet for a week now! Residents are phoning their suppliers, but are having no updates! This is getting beyond silly!!!!

    @bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill ยฃ75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is ยฃ52 when offering NEW customers ยฃ29. 40 years a customer and they donโ€™t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun

    @bt_uk Issues with โ€œcustomer serviceโ€ You sent a renewal, the price is too high I want to cancel (give notice) 2 HOURS on a chat only to be told Iโ€™m too early for notice?? Why isnโ€™t this being brought to my attention when I stated the cancellation date? Very frustrated ๐Ÿ˜ค

    What a totally negative experience calling @bt_uk has been. Iโ€™ve been trying to cancel an order for a month without success. 12 calls, endlessly on hold listening to appalling music. NO ONE seems able or willing to revert the order. Complaint ref number C10003089417 @Ofcom
