@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@bt_uk I’ve been waiting for BT/Openreach to connect my Full fibre for 4 months. Today they sent another engineer to do work on my house that was done on 14th October, he unsurprisingly said there was nothing he could do and passed the problem on. Don’t use BT if you have a choice!!!

@bt_uk my elderly disabled & self-isolating aunt has no internet & phone for 3 wks.Has a payg mob & yesterday was on hold for an hour b4 being cut off. She can’t top up W/o internet.Workmen have said the problem is outside but dug up the road in wrong place. She is desperate!!!

@bt_uk Turns out it was you throttling my net, it calmed down after 10pm. Hardly fair that you're cutting your customers with the slowest internet's speeds in half. I pay £30 for an already substandard service, why are you now crushing my speeds so badly at peak times?
