I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.
