    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think youโ€™ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, Iโ€™ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk I don't want to receive the message. I want the number blocked. It doesn't ring on my phone but goes to voicemail and I have to waste time calling it and listening to garbage.

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80โ€™s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    I think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time itโ€™s full of people that donโ€™t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and Iโ€™m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly

    @bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

    @Steve__Paxton When I call my bank @firstdirect a person answers the phone. A person that wants to help me. They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk โ€ฆ. Or Thames water. FML!!!

    @bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve now been without broadband for 23 days, thanks to your incompetence. Iโ€™ve had phone call after call assuring me youโ€™ll fix it, texts and emails to say Iโ€™m live, yet NOTHING! Sort it out! This is down to YOU! Useless company. ๐Ÿคฌ
