    @BTCare Yes, that they are sending a new router and it will arrive Monday. Internet went down overnight on Wednesday. I have BT the benefit of the doubt yesterday rang today and new router being sent out leaving me with no internet for 5 days. It’s just issue after issue after issue.

    @BTCare Why on earth is our broadband situation still not sorted out? It’s the worst it’s ever been. We got a text saying ‘we haven’t found a network problem’. Then tell me why nothing is loading at all!!! I work from home most days - I need broadband. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @BTCare No not last week have had it a few months. But I'm on my 3rd smart hub already. As I'm sure t you are aware there is a problem where the hub refuses dns and gets caught in reboot loop. I have dropped 4 times in 2 weeks so far. :(

    @BTCare Have you got a number that you don’t have to sit on hold? Tried going to the complaints part of the website, even that takes forever to load. Quick to ask to for money, not so quick to offer a service.

    @btsport ‘s @FIAFormulaE cuts off at around 13 mins to go in Practice, and now with like 1 min to go in Practice to go again. Absolutely atrocious lol. Ads with some awful, awful timing. @f1broadcasting

    @STVPaul @btsport 13 weeks we were top and that looks like a fluke, these players bottled it tonight and showed no heart and no fight after losing the 1st goal and going down to 10. Losing 5-0 to Livi for me is unforgivable
