    Sad but our poor service from  @BT_uk  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk This has been an ongoing issue for a few weeks now, my partners phone keeps switching to mobile data because it keeps dropping out and now she has none left 😑

    @bt_uk I explained all of this to your colleague via text and then voice calls , she very kindly pointed out that there was nothing wrong with the network and essentially I should turn it off then turn it on again . Only spend 1k a year with you so .......

    @susiesooze @bt_uk I have the same email. It gives no info about what channels are going, no info about what happens if you do nothing. Links to taking out a new 24 month contract or cancelling without a fee....it really is very poor, reads as if you dont value your customers

    @bt_uk Award for WORST service!We have been trying unsuccessfully to get fibre into our new home. BT unable to coordinate this. Cut us off. Made promises they didn't deliver.Charged us for service not provided. We need decent broadband for two IT professionals working from home.

    @bt_uk Yes Aled I do. Was promised the issue would be resolved Saturday and it wasn’t. Was then promised it would be resolved yesterday and it wasn’t. I was then promised a call today that didn’t happen, I’m impressed at the sheer level of incompetence!
