@Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

@bt_uk The speed is what is expected, that is ok. I've tried wireless and ethernet and did the same multiple tests over this week, seems to just keep randomly getting spikes every 3-4 seconds no matter what time (even 6am for eg) it's the spike rather than speed that's the issue
