Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

@bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

@bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so don’t have account details to hand...

@bt_uk Landline Fault reported (took ages) Engineer came out and “fixed’ it. Tested after he left, fault still there Called him immediately. He said he would return later to fix it> He didn’t. Calls not answered. from him or BT Now going through endless process again. Dreadful.

Awful service continues from @bt_uk @BTGroup. Mum is coming to the end of 4 weeks without broadband or landline. Multiple deadlines have been missed for fixing the fault. If it were up to me, she would be with a new provider by now.

Wow @BTCare what an awful company you are my services were suppose to go live on the 29/11 we are now the 8/12 and still no one will help me go live I have lost £100 a day not being able to work and I'm told all I'll get back for this is a pathetic £5 a day
