    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    @BTCare Yes, that they are sending a new router and it will arrive Monday. Internet went down overnight on Wednesday. I have BT the benefit of the doubt yesterday rang today and new router being sent out leaving me with no internet for 5 days. It’s just issue after issue after issue.

    @BTCare I don't use BT mail on my phone so cannot access that as I can't remember my log in details. I had a text from Ravi on Wed but nothing since then apart from a call saying my phone line was working now. But my phone never stopped working.

    @BTCare But as I have said. I spoke to someone on the live chat before placing the order. I told them that I couldn’t pay the upfront cost then they suggested adding onto my next bill then paying it with the reward card. I never would have signed up if I would have known! How’s that fair

    @BTCare Yes I have applied. I am a new customer and was told rather than pay for he upfront cost straight away I could choose option to pay on next bill but then could pay that off with reward card! Now first bill has come no reward card! Was not told it would take that long!!

    @BTCare I was told that my reward card would help to pay the one off fee for installation on my first bill. My first bill is now £84.99 and reward card still not here and bill is due on 1st July 2018. I can’t pay it if I haven’t got that card which I was told I would have!!!!!

If they move it to Wembley now, they ruin an introduction for a new audience just like in Tampere or Stockholm. Speedway not growing cause of this.

    @bt_uk Please avoid BT. While the broadband is actually reliable, the customer service is NOT. I was mis-sold a product, had 4 months arbitrarily added to my contract and when I tried to leave, the cancellation staff tried to bully/coerce me into staying.

    @bt_uk Been a customer for over 3 years but told I would need to pay £234 to cancel my contract. All because I clicked on an email in June to keep a discount going on BT Sport add-on. Appalling level of entrapment, I don’t want your service anymore but can’t afford to leave!
