Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.

Despite it being a similar fault rectified by openreach in the past somewhere down the track, was told nothing BT could do & suggested I try a different b/b provider!! Only after making a massive fuss I now have an open reach appt on Mon
