Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

@bt_uk We have a new hub coming, today, so will see if that solves things. Support told me that, if it doesn't, there's nothing more they can do. Not sure where that leaves me, having shelled out £200 for Complete Wi-fi discs, though.
