So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

@bt_uk Aled We booked this 5 days of #BTWifi as a stop gap measure as we have just moved. My wife tried using her work laptop and again she kept losing the signal. In the end she used her work's smart phone to set up her own hotspot which was more reliable #BTPOOR

@bt_uk are people working for you going round door knocking ? claim to work for BT . They had high viz grey tops with Bt and EE logo on as well as ‘money expert. They claimed people are reporting internet issues in the area and also wanted to know who we get internet from.

2. So I decided to cancel my @bt_uk contract and move to another provider offering full fibre in my area. I was already out f my 24 month contract and on a rolling plan. The call to cancel my contract was made on 29th July (after 2pm).
