Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

No investigation, no communication. Useless.

Two weeks this has been going on, and you can't even provide the service my parents have bought, let alone deal with problems created by yourselves. Bad service!
