Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Just a notification that you failed to turn up again so here’s £8. You constantly fail but won’t let me out of my contract. I think I need to report you!
