@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk interesting that although I raised a complaint regarding a data breach, being told I’ll receive a call back in 48 hrs, I receive an email stating the case has been closed. Disappointing and woeful service.

@BreezeRachel I had similar issues last year when I tried to join @bt_uk I submitted the order online, had all the dates confirmed and router sent out... Only for the @WeAreOpenreach tech not to turn up to do their bit... As the "systems didn't speak to each other"!...
