@bt_uk I want to cancel an engineer appointment for tomorrow, but I’ve been told that it can’t be cancelled because it’s been allocated to an engineer. Is it seriously not possible for a telecommunications company to get in touch with said engineer and save him a wasted trip?

@bt_uk Each time they just say "Yeah your line can only get 20 MB, and it occasionally reaches that so we are hitting the quota" but I 100% used to get 50/15 as I upload to Youtube/Twitch all the time so can tell when its slow

@bt_uk help I’ve got the blame for mums computer not connecting to the wi-fi it seems to boot her computer off when I watch something on iplayer or live tv and now she can’t get online I can’t explain to her what’s gone wrong any ideas?

@bt_uk There’s zero connection, on the off chance there happens to be any connection it doesn’t work, doesn’t load anything, continuously drops in and out. Been happening pretty much since it was installed and when checking if there’s a problem in the area it says nothings wrong.

@BTCare well it’s sad to say I’ve resorted to this. So nice I’m not getting answers to my emails I have to tweet in hope of a response. My telephone line was moved over to digital voice on 26th April and I’ve not had a line since! I’m also getting problems with my internet.
