Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

My garage is right next to the room that has my router in it and I do get signal at one side of the garage just not the other.

Nikki (@WhatsupNikki) reported@bt_uk The free access to your WiFi network whilst we wait is kaka! We can’t watch TV and use a computer/iPad or phone effectively. The hub switches off every half an hour and we have to take it in turns to use. It’s half term and my children are stuck indoors with no working WiFi.
