@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk Hi. Just been on the phone to you for 45 minutes when out of nowhere ‘There has been an error’ and the line is cut. Peoples’ livelihoods are dependent on you activating internet quickly and you can’t even answer your phone lines and the online chat service doesn’t work...

@bt_uk I have and to be honest I have no confidence in the people I spoke with today in knowing the full extent on my issues, I had spoke with a Nathan part of the connections team and was due to call me but hasn’t so far, I need one single person to work on this
