Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Your card payment system won't process payments because it never issues the payment request. Two hours of calls over a month and it's still not fixed.
