Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Sad but our poor service from @BT_uk & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

@bt_uk taking money from a customer 3 days earlier than the direct debit…that’s classy. Saying hard luck, we will launch an enquiry but not giving money back, even classier. DO NOT go with BT broadband. Can’t wait until contract is up. Poor service when people are struggling.

Ring @bt_uk to cancel a product - no answer after 30 mins. Select the option to add to my deal and they answer inside 45 secs! Tell them I want to cancel something from my contract and theres a £94 cancellation fee BUT I can add to my contract no problem - absolute mercenaries!

@bt_uk The smart baby monitor that I purchased form you is not working. The camera wont connect to the portable monitor so we used the app instead and now that is showing errors... "an ssl error has occured and a secure connection cannot be made" How can I get this fixed? Thanks
