    @bt_uk can you tell me why you are still sending emails saying my bill is ready and I’ve cancelled my direct debit when I closed my account with you 3 months ago? For a communications company your own is terrible.

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @btbusinesscare @bt_uk Well you’d certainly hope so after the third week of trying. Genuine shambles at best with outrageously poor customer service.

Worse is the customer service, promising call backs that never happen. And hours spent ringing them and costs of phone data.

    @bt_uk waited all day for BTOpenreach engineer. After spending two days on phone trying to fix issue was assured engineer would come this am and we’d get a call at 2pm to comfirm sorted. Neither happened. Trying to switch from Sky. Close to changing mind!

    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    .@bt_uk since September my internet at workshop has been faulty/nonexistent. It’s still not working. Absolute awful service. Give me a number to call as the message’AGENT’ thing is useless

    @bt_uk - reported a fault on 08/01/21 and timeline for fixing keeps being pushed back with no updates. I've had to purchase additional data on phone to homee school and husband trying to work from home. Please help

    @travelzoe @bt_uk It relies on a 4G signal from EE so make sure you’ve got it near a window to get as strong signal as possible.

    @bt_uk so just how hard is it to disconnect one house, connect another and send a piece of equipment to the correct address in time? Nobody is asking you to land an Airbus thank goodness! Broadband cut off day before move, equipment sent to wrong address #help
