    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk The router seems to reboot randomly. Used to happen once a week or so, now 3 or 4 times a day. Very inconvenient in online meetings & gaming. Affects all connected devices (logically) so is the router, or maybe a drop in signal causing the router to reboot.
