@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk Options are £20 extra on our bill or a £100 disc??? Why should we have to pay extra for a poor service you are offering us. Bad service, even worse customer service. If only we’d gone with another supplier.

@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

@bt_uk hi I am a new customer, smart hub 2 connected, was supposed to be activated on Tuesday but still no internet 😕 tried all trouble shooting and certain it’s connect correctly but at a point where I need it urgently as due to work from home next few days

@bt_uk Hi Clare. I’m not sure what our plan is but we were guaranteed 100mbps. A man was sent out on Sunday who was here for all of 5 minutes and was no help at all. Then had the delight of speaking to the rudest woman on the phone today.
