  • stephgreeenx Steph (@stephgreeenx) reported

@bt_uk Was told a temporary wire service would take a week to instal, it should be a seamless service having moved over from Sky, granted a transition would be needed for fibre optic (FO) but we need stable internet like with Sky until you can do FO

  • chinleyman gary tordoff (@chinleyman) reported

@bt_uk Looks like it was a Mac/Safari issue rebooted and all working thanks.

@bt_uk Lizzie, that's where problems began. HomeMove's # listed 0800 085 5264 in their 'Touch base from your new place' leaflet. I called that on 24/5. 5 weeks later, after 247 mins in 14 telecons with 7 BT people, still don't have confirmed contract. Lovely people. Rubbish systems.

  • l0atheasone Michael (@l0atheasone) reported

@bt_uk Sorry I’ve only got the £25 a month BT sport subscription and the website says payment will be taken around the 19th of each month, is it possible to change this or do I have to cancel my account and restart it on the 25th. The only thing is the money has been taken today

  • Ces129tw ces (@Ces129tw) reported

@btsportrugby Austin Healey talking garbage! Why do BTsport sport pick numptys to pundit

  • ThisIsNuka_ Nuka (@ThisIsNuka_) reported

@bt_uk why DO your 4G mini hubs randomly disconnect from everything once every 20 - 30 minutes? I've got two, and both behave just as bad as each other. They just cannot stay consistently connected.
