@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

I'm already losing money because I can't work and I'm self employed. My partner can't even WFH now. The @bt_uk Web chat team essentially glossed over the problem, told me what I already knew and passed me on to a manager who said "my colleague has done everything correct".

@bt_uk So Wednesday I phone to cancel BT Sport, as I was now out of contract. I spoke to Katherine, who then gave me a good deal on a 24m contract to change from Fibre 1 Hub to Halo 3. Then yesterday afternoon you disconnected my phone and broadband. What's the score?

@bt_uk has to have some of the worst customer service managers going they claim they will call you back but never do. I have to chase up everything to get anything done and Im still nowhere because your managers can't seem to stick to their word? such poor service. @BTOpenreach1

@bt_uk Hi can I find out why our activation date has been put back at the last minute. We work from home and this is a real problem. No tx or email only found out by logging on to check the status. Not a great start
