We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?

After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
