    @bt_uk so disappointed with BT. My mum was a customer for 60+ yrs! Recently passed away! We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk terrible service, internet down for 2 days, they said an engineer would come out, engineer rang me tells me he will be out Weds 9am never showed up. Awaiting a new router now. At least keep me updated BT. Thinks it's a new provider time.

    @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.

    @bt_uk I have had possibly the worst internet from you over the past 4 years! I pay for 950mb and barely get 130mbps on a good day. Fobbed off every time I speak to customer service. Never again

    @bt_uk Just spoken to your team, who've said I won't be connected for another 8 days. Signing up to BT Full Fibre has been a genuinely awful experience from start to...well, who knows what to. This is unending.

    So I’ve had a BT landline since 1986 and broadband since 2002, but my renewal cost for broadband 900 Mb was £78.99 but after conversation £60.99, although a new customer can get it for £38.99. Ever felt like you are being ripped off.Awful customer service @bt_uk
