    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    To check a broadband issue on @bt_uk you have to go online. If you then report that your broadband is down they send you online resources, including a YouTube video. Not sure how this works for people with limited access to data

    @bt_uk cityfibre have ripped out BT cabling in #CHELTENHAM in error and now 6 houses have been without internet or telephone access for 75 hours - called to speak to BT and was told unless it was a trip hazard could not help me @CityFibre please advise

    @dom_jeyes @bt_uk I, along with many others (check Twitter), have suffered the same. I got through to them and they are aware of an ongoing incident of incorrect payments being taken. Should apparently be resolved (with money refunded) within 72 hours… likely much sooner.
