We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

Can’t get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough

Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.
