@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk so disappointed with BT. My mum was a customer for 60+ yrs! Recently passed away! We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

@bt_uk Was told that my line/b'band was being 'slammed' on 17/10/22 - contacted you, was reassured... happened numerous times. Then got cut off 08/11/22 - been a fight ever since to get it sorted. Feel very much that there is no customer care. No-one contacted me... always me.

Feeling frustrated by @bt_uk today. Another cancelled appointment to fix our line. That makes something like 4 weeks now without functional Internet and 1 without a phone line. I have to walk a mile up a hill to call emergency services if something bad happens.

@bt_uk Your luck accountability is astounding. I have phoned tweeted and emailed regarding my loss of WiFi . Nothing has been done to address the issue for 10 days. The service is unreliable. Luck of communication shows total disregard for your customer. I want an update today please !!

@bt_uk I want my call listened to ! I want someone higher up in BT to take note. Your system do not communicate. Faults are not going through to open reach. No action is being taken. Your poor call handlers have to deal with this it’s not fair for all involved. Sort it out BT

@bt_uk I have a problem with my fibre optic connection, @OpenreachHelp have been out a few times, everytime the wrong engineer has been sent by @bt_uk and they have left without doing anything. On the BT fault tracker, it says the fault has been fixed, when it hasn't. Please help
