@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk I get that but the point is I reported the fault 29th November and was expecting to cancel my contract on the 29th December if nothing was fixed but because of an error by an advisor I now have to wait til the 16th jan which to be honest isn’t very good

@bt_uk Talked with customer service after 45 mins on hold but couldn't get any time or promise and still haven't got any broadband. It's been 21 days without broadband and 6 days past from the first activation date.

@bt_uk I NEED A CALL BACK! Evertime I can your line i waiT to speak to someone for 30 minutes then to be passed to the connections team a further 30 odd minutes for me to be DISCONNECTED. Disgusted with the customer service. Been trying to resolve this issue for 3 WEEKS! Furious!
