    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk But the connection team are not helping. They are blaming OpenReach for not bringing forward the date of the transfer from the 12th. OpenReach are saying that BT need to contact them by chat to do this. Please help.

    @bt_uk I can, but will it help? Between us, we have rung and emailed many many times, been promised call backs and dates to fix and none of this has happened.

    Trying to Upgrade my @BTCare broadband, but their system is down and they can't find my address. Just perfect for a high tech communications company. :(

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    Ive not had my @bt_uk broadband properly since Thursday. With no estimated fix time/date, I am unsure if the streams will happen this week. Please bare with me whilst I try and get it sorted and apologises for lack of being in streams 😔

    @bt_uk @OmbudServices FINALLY!!!! Account cancelled, goodwill payment offered. (I will donate it to charity) but why does it take a twitter rant to resolve this stuff? A call to CUSTOMER SERVICES should suffice. Alannah wherever you are, YOU ARE WONDERFUL!! BT, you....not so much!!

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??
