Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

John McHale (@NTFS001) reported@bt_uk But the connection team are not helping. They are blaming OpenReach for not bringing forward the date of the transfer from the 12th. OpenReach are saying that BT need to contact them by chat to do this. Please help.

Niamh Wimperis (@WimperisDesigns) reported from Hammersmith, England@bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??
