@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk No I am not, that is an extra £30 a month on top of my current £100 bill. I had bought Whole Home Wifi. But it not working and all you suggested was to get the retailer (who is closed) to exchange it. Disappointing lack of empathy

@bt_uk Tried this and no issues. But when im playing my xbox at night the hub is fine and saying its connected but then the internet drops out. I was also watching netflix on my tv and said there was no connection but the hub was fine. These issues are constant and shouldnt happen.

@bt_uk im having problems with packet loss and high ping especially from 6 pm onwards its been occuring for months now bur recently its started to get even worse consistent 150 ping and often 7% packet loss which is unplayable playing a competitive game. im on ethernet
