@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • darren_jackson1 darren jackson (@darren_jackson1) reported

@bt_uk credit where its due reported issue last night and resolved with in 24hours out to the house and a quick repair

  • Xanxus67294671 Xanxus (@Xanxus67294671) reported

@bt_uk If he reopens the complaint removes the goodwill which is justified to be given to me, you just admitted that your still blaming open reach and you will just raise the case for that is it? that is your review? wtf is the point in that? just leave it, this is just getting worse...

  • iandavidson7 Ian D (@iandavidson7) reported

    @steppenjiff @bt_uk You are unstable.

  • Bruce47407842 Bruce (@Bruce47407842) reported

@bt_uk The only thing I hate is this awful take on a game of football. Didn't see this during the rugby. Why's that?

  • Xanxus67294671 Xanxus (@Xanxus67294671) reported

@bt_uk you can read and review the complaint without removing goodwill, clearly i wouldn't be here talking on social media if things were completely resolved. Goodwill is fine with all that has taken place but since you can do the things that before your staff said BT couldn't, do it...

  • NikhilSaglani Nikhil Saglani (@NikhilSaglani) reported

@bt_uk That’s not going to help me use the internet all weekend and for us to work from home on Monday, with all due respect.

  • funeralballx Jordy 🦇 (@funeralballx) reported

Thank you @bt_uk for having one of the worst internet services ever - I am trying to work from home and I am not even getting 1mbps download right now on ethernet cable. Now I won't get paid.

  • Xanxus67294671 Xanxus (@Xanxus67294671) reported

@bt_uk before you offered me any goodwill i asked for this, 1 to speak to a manager, 2 complaint to be escalated and 3 for you to raise the case with open reach yourselves. you couldn't do it then why should i trust you can do it now with how you have been putting it.

  • antonwiltshire Anthony Wiltshire (@antonwiltshire) reported

@bt_uk Come on 1mbps- we’ve asked time and time over to upgrade to better WiFi but how is this possible when you can’t do it- we pay for a service and 1mbps is not a service.

  • gilesshaxted Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk So I have to purchase something extra in order to fix a problem created by a change in service from @bt_uk a change of service I was asked to opt out of if I didn't want. So I did opt out. Only to find you switched it anyway and my line wasn't working.
