    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk can you tell me why you are still sending emails saying my bill is ready and I’ve cancelled my direct debit when I closed my account with you 3 months ago? For a communications company your own is terrible.

    @btsport can you send a tweet out regarding what's happening with our Bill's for the next few month as there will be no live sport on. Sky have already let everyone know they can cancel sports for a few months.

    @bt_uk I have a question @bt_uk why have my parents been without broadband since 18 July despite BT saying they are on to it. How will they be compensated for the cost of the service they haven't received, the mobile data charges they have incurred, streaming platforms they can't view

    @bt_uk Are we able to cancel a super fast Fibre 100 installation contract and stick with our std service? We took out a new contract on the 2nd July but no news on installation. BT are now charging us a penalty (over £10 per month extra)for staying with an expired contract?
