@bt_uk so still nothing from you about our line. Service just gets worse, clearly you have no interest in getting us reconnected! Even TalkTalk can do@it 4 days earlier.

  • saoirse60 Jane davis (@saoirse60) reported

@bt_uk beyond ridiculous. 3 months, about 8 engineer visits, fibre connection I’m still paying a fortune for STILL broken. No one seems to know what’s going on. Then you disconnect the mini hub you provided to help us a bit. What on earth is going on?

  • katiewithani Katie xx (@katiewithani) reported

@bt_uk So what about uni students. We get 2 mb/s where we live, no idea what happened to the 10mb/s for every customer!!! We have been told it will cost US £30-40,000 for us to get better internet 😡

  • zakbrownz Zak 💚 (@zakbrownz) reported

@btsportfootball your UHD channel the lighting is so poor? In the Wolves vs Southampton game #btsport

  • Jackalpantz Jackalpants (@Jackalpantz) reported

@JCaIdwell @btsport I have the same problem. I think someone has knocked your HDMI cable @btsport ! Someone should be checking the feed perhaps?

  • mookie_moomin Narky Nurse 💙 (@mookie_moomin) reported from Peterborough, England

...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

  • twallerz Twall (@twallerz) reported

@bt_uk got a bit of weird letter from you asking for me to apply for a grant to help pay for internet infrastructure... What next? My electricity company asking me to help pay for the pylons? #brokenmarket

  • TristanManetta Tristan Manetta 😇 (@TristanManetta) reported

@bt_uk @PeterHarrimanDJ I've got the same issue, but through a Chromecast. Definitely not an issue with tech.

  • ScottHammy87 Scotty Hammy (@ScottHammy87) reported

@btsport commentators massively negatively overboard on Salisu. The lad hasn’t played for 8 months and is doing just fine. But they’re so critical of him. Equally #saintsfc fans over critical of Redmond. He’s working hard for the team here. Give him a break and support the team

  • ablogslife1205 A Blogs Life (@ablogslife1205) reported

@bt_uk Yes! We are having issues all the time. We want an engineer to the house to sort this. You advertise wifi to every room or money back. We don't get this service. Now when we ask about leaving we are told we have to pay £250 ! Why? We are not getting what we pay for.
