    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk @BTCare recently my broadband bill went up to £75 a month. I’ve never used the landline, but since it was changed to digital and I could get a free handset, I thought I’d get one. Turns out it’s pay as you go. For £75 a month I don’t even get any inclusive minutes? Crazy!

    @bt_uk Switching over from Virgin Media as they were terrible and need a new line to get me connected. Nobody has been in contact with me to confirm any appointment for tomorrow.

    @bt_uk No cos iv been doin this every single day since 28.2.22 and still no landline or broadband incompetent staff, with horrendous answers to the issue

    @bt_uk {PART2} I pay for phone line that i have never used in 17 years except for internet and BT thinks by given me a discount on sports channel THAT IS GOING TO MAKE ME STAY with BT. My bill is just under £100 per month £1000+ a year. Time BT got ride of the phone line rental charge.
