    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk Unfortunately the only customer service updates are from a bot and the estimated service fix day/time has passed. Appalling customer service. Please register this as a complaint as there is nowhere else via your website to actually register one , which goes against regulation.

    @bt_uk (1) Hi. My dad died in November and my mum died in February. I notified BT and shut down their BT account. I now have their hardware to return. In a Kafkaesque scenario, BT can't send me a return envelope as I am not a BT customer.

    @bt_uk I've discovered it's going to take another week before an engineer comes out, so that will be nearly a fortnight without service we are paying for thanks to your incompetent openreach engineer.

    @virginmedia Just hung up on your "customer service" department. Without a doubt the worst experience I've had. All I wanted to do was rmove the TV and add a landline. 45 bloody minutes later and the person on the other end did not have a clue! Mother in law now moving to @bt_uk
