@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk How come people can live stream rocket attacks in the desert or send videos from the amazon yet i cant even open an app and i live in middle england. Its a shame you dont go back to the time when customer service and care were your priority.

@bt_uk Internet down for 45 min & can’t contact anyone,tried self service, says broadband is fine, lies!!! The last 2 years has been so unreliable, despite paying £60 pm. Can’t wait for contract to end to leave, so frustrated and sick of how inconsistent the internet is

There is no way @SkySports HD channel on @BTCare box is in HD. Picture quality is terrible. Nearly as bad as Man Utd defending.
