@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@Mas79K @andNickMullins @btsport I know that, and it is better than not seeing the game at all. You can't use the app if you subscribe through Sky, so they take your money but don't give you the full benefits, I knew that before I subscribed through sky so not a complaint after the fact.

@bt_uk Nick. I did manage to get through but the issue I have is that I’m unable to do my job without the internet and I’m being quoted an install date of 18 March. My livelihood will be seriously damaged if I don’t get the internet switched on. There’s fibre to the premises.

@bt_uk NEVER USE BT BROADBAND you need to sort my account. You cancelled my account rather than my late mother's and you haven't sorted mine to be reconnected, been on phone for 4 hours and nobody has sorted it. Needs sorting today SHOCKING SERVICE

After 65 days and who knows how many hours spent on the phone with various providers WE HAVE BROADBAND AGAIN. Thanks to @bt_uk for finally getting us back online. Absolutely no thanks at all to @Plusnet who caused the problem and weren’t able to fix it.

@bt_uk Finally our Broadband was up and running for the best part of a Month, only for another Engineer to come back out this Week to try and set up the landline and decided to CANCEL OUR ACCOUNT!? And now you cannot confirm when we will have our Broadband back?!?!...
