@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@BT_UK I think I need an engineer out to fix my WiFi connection. It keeps dropping out all day and I can't get any work done. It connects for a minute or two, then the blue light flashes red. Can we arrange when an engineer can come and fix it for me?

@bt_uk I have however just called & spoken to someone who said it's going to be ANOTHER '48 working hrs' for Openreach to finally cancel their order. This will be over a month since the issue began.

@EE @bt_uk please can someone help? At the minute it looks like I pressured to change my broadband on the promise of a cheaper phone bill and that hasn’t happened. Instead I’m paying more for my broadband and no offers on my phone bill! Poor service.

@bt_uk Eh no, our broadband continues to fluctuate wildly & regularly drops off completely. This means we don’t get the service that we are paying @bt_uk to provide.

@bt_uk Thanks for disconnecting my broadband a week ahead of time and doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Don’t worry about the safety of a disabled child. I’ve exhausted my complaints apparently and you will still do nothing to fix it. Awful company.

Disgraceful service from @bt_uk Through their error they have cut off the landline & internet too early for my elderly parents house move and won’t reconnect them for at least a week. They have no mobile phone signal. What are they to do in an emergency? BT could not care less.
