@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk I dont know what to say anymore your broadband is *** your ads are full of **** “brilliant connection in every room” my *** i legit can be in the same room as the ******* router and still have nothing load despite being home alone i bet theres a thousand other with this bs

@MC40649014 @bt_uk We moved on the 8th feb, advised BT on the 29th jan, they couldn't do anything until 18th feb, phone line fitted but still waiting for broadband which is crap as I'm working from home, previous occupier had bt phone and broadband so no reason for a hold up All I say is good luck.

@bt_uk should have had bt broadband installed this afternoon but got a text telling me it’s now not until 15/3 not great customer service when I’ve taken the afternoon off!!! Any ideas or help??

@bt_uk what is going on with the Internet! No access again today. 3 days outage last week and offline all day today! Using mobile data. I have spent 2.5days on phone to you and had Engineer visit! Nothing wrong my end so please resolve ASAP
