@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@btsport can you send a tweet out regarding what's happening with our Bill's for the next few month as there will be no live sport on. Sky have already let everyone know they can cancel sports for a few months.

@bt_uk can you tell me why you are still sending emails saying my bill is ready and I’ve cancelled my direct debit when I closed my account with you 3 months ago? For a communications company your own is terrible.

@bt_uk @Portal_Queen Ad never talks about lock down in fact shows people doing video calls more so expect best signal. BT needs to prove how many customers were paid £100 within one week if customer complain ing of poor Wi-Fi. This is most misleading ad. Dobt trust BT
-
HolisterJames
(@Worldcu55617750) reported
@bt_uk @newsjunkieuk A But you have to suffer 30days continuously for poor service. Then we will tell you don't use Wi-Fi on too many devices. Bt fibre is updating next week so you will get better Wi-Fi. Until then no money.
-
HolisterJames
(@Worldcu55617750) reported
@bt_uk Dobt waste my time. I left BT ad they provided stupid answers and blamed either me or BT fibre. Was told I have to have poor service for 30days b4 I get £20 compensation and can only make 4 claims so £80 max per year. How many BT customers were made £100 compensation. ZERO

@bt_uk Sorry but this doesn't really help. The problem is that I am continually having to go into webmail to release my legitimate emails and mark them as safe. I want to switch off BT spam filtering or reduce its sensitivity but I can see no way of doing this.

@bt_uk Hi, I now have Sharon Gibson, Principal Technical Fibre Specialist & High Level Escalations for Chief Engineer for BT looking I to this for me. The tests you guys run from your end do not fix the main issue and never have - hence all the contact I’ve had to make with BT.
