@bt_uk Do what you say you’re gonna do would be a start. Still waiting on an engineer to fix our broadband who was scheduled between 1-6pm today and was a no show. Just using up my 4G data to tweet this. I’ve paid top up last month because of the lack of broadband in our house.

  • Milesy199 Martin Miles (@Milesy199) reported

  • GrestyTim TimGresty (@GrestyTim) reported

@bt_uk @CK_Chainz Hi there. BT's broadband support is appalling. As per BT's HomeMove leaflet, on 24 May I called 0800 085 5264. A month later, after 14 telecalls with 7 BT people and 247 mins, still don't have confirmed contract. Lovely people. Rubbish systems. Check my tweets.

  • jonnylonglegs1 Jon (@jonnylonglegs1) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for the update, as I suggested on Friday, updates via text, email, phone call Twitter etc would be much more efficient, helpful and better for your customer relations than the current nothingness !
