    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @btsport can you send a tweet out regarding what's happening with our Bill's for the next few month as there will be no live sport on. Sky have already let everyone know they can cancel sports for a few months.

    @bt_uk I’ve tried dealing with customer service 3 times, now saying can’t speak to Openreach until Friday and if they try before then @BTSopenreach won’t speak to them and if I phone them they’ll just put the phone down on me

    @bt_uk - my installation date being pushed back and these continual mistakes on BT’s part, I’d like to discuss a bill discount moving forward. It’s pretty poor service from what I’ve come to expect from the company, after my years of being with you.

    Great advice from @bt_uk when they totally mess up your order - ask your current provider to extend supply as we don’t know when we can connect you. Already overlapped by a month in case of problems
