@steffsheppard89 @bt_uk £20/m is amazing. No one I know gets that. Is it without phone and slow speed?

  • LucieCrowley Lucie (@LucieCrowley) reported

Would not recommend @bt_uk to anyone!! Moved house on Friday and booked internet for 23rd. Assured it would be sorted considering needed to work from home and today we still have no Internet and can't get it until the 2nd September 😡😡😡 customer service has now hung up too...

  • czoyl Colin (@czoyl) reported

@bt_uk Msg from BT saying the “latest testing shows the line is ok”. I cannot explain the problem because the automated system will only recognise key words! The connections are left open to the elements so when it rains several homes will be affected.

@steffsheppard89 @bt_uk 45Mbps isn't too bad. You've got a really good deal there and would still be good even with the annual inflation rises. Have you looked at the Halo 3 prices? Yikes, they're high for not a lot more than you already get.

  • pecarbrown Peter Carter-Brown (@pecarbrown) reported from Dunstable, England

@bt_uk @bt_uk what happens if your home is in a mobile network dead spot? Still unbreakable then? 🤔

  • jamesboag jamesboag (@jamesboag) reported

@bt_uk Adam Crozier REALLY ! Will we now be prosecuted for using our phones. a leader like Crozier should never be in a position of power ever again #BASTARDS

  • clecky1 clare lees (@clecky1) reported

@bt_uk This is rubbish. I have Apple devices which have an email function which syncs with all email accounts. It works on my computers and devices at home and other workplaces BUT in some places eg any soho house in the world the address is not recognised. This is your issue.

  • apes147 April Dwyer (@apes147) reported

@bt_uk Purple light flashing on Hub2 for over 90 mins now. Checked cables and attempted re-start to no avail. Is network/box the problem? Most infuriating.
