@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@skytv @btsport sky stream is a pile of rubbish, £19.99 for the boxing and it crashes before the last round and won’t play. Nothing but problems with this since it arrived, be getting boxed up and returned

Good work @btsport and @BTSportBoxing !!! Charge £20 for PPV and cut out before the start of the last round in the main fight!! 4 and half hour programme… so at 2300 just cuts out with last round still to fight 👏🏻👏🏻 well done. How do I get a refund?? Joke.
