    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk any problems near south cambs recently? over 2 days, i think the router has rebooted on its own once every 20mins, which is annoying playing an online game (all of the wires are in properly)

    @bt_uk Who would I speak to about your company investing in my village and putting in another box. Everyone in the village is so tired of this game you play of coming out and rearranging the wires so someone ends up with the bad line.

    @bt_uk im having problems with packet loss and high ping especially from 6 pm onwards its been occuring for months now bur recently its started to get even worse consistent 150 ping and often 7% packet loss

    @bt_uk I'm on smart hub 2 and one of my firesticks keeps connecting to the 2.4ghz network and then struggles to stream. I don't see an option in the hub to seperate the 2.4 & 5ghz networks. Is there anything I can do to force a device to connection to 5ghz?

    Broadband hasn't worked since 6pm yesterday.Just come home. STILL NOT WORKING AGAIN. sick of paying £28 a month for a service I don't get on a dinosaur router! Should be sent a recent up to date router free of charge for all the times I've had no broadband. Sort it out @bt_uk 🤬

    I wonder when @bt_uk spout lies and mistruths do they understand the effect it has on people? I mean if a 40ish man leaves a discussion shaking in rage cos he's repeatedly been lied to and conned what effect does it have on the elderly who have an issue? Or those in poverty? 🤬
