  @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

  @bt_uk It was during the call, I kept being put on hold for a long time, still have not confirmed a new appointment even though the guy on the phone told me he would call me back. Due to the delay I am not on my new broadband contract and am paying more money. Really is poor service.

  @bt_uk So I get yet another reply with yet another fix time, this time saying you’re still waiting an engineer to investigate? BT have already told me engineers were on site fixing it, that was fixed, that it would be fixed within 48 hours 4 days ago….

  @bt_uk Thanks problem is they have been looking at this since 14th and people have been looking at it but they keep changing the date was meant to be today now said no idea

  @mudcakesandwine @bt_uk I even had a text last week saying it had been fixed. Customer service insisted it had been fixed and I just needed to reset my hub. Then 2 minutes later told me it’d be another 4 days. Really doesn’t fill me with confidence that it’s in hand 😬
