    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk Will do thanks, but almost invariably, the tests say nothing wrong because the test isn’t run in the minutes when the service is absent. Intermittent fault. For 20 years. Community FTTP is due but still awaiting latest update from Openreach. Covid causing so many problems.

    @bt_uk No. It happens whenever one of the local footy team are playing. The speeds do go up and down quite drastically and even freeze temporarily. I have conducted speed tests to confirm this. I'm out of contract next month so I shall hopefully get better performance when I change 👍

    @bt_uk your broadband is horrendous. Every single night between 11 and 12pm the internet completely drops out, inconsistent speeds all throughout the day with random drop outs & no fibre availability for months and months so have to deal with awful download & upload speeds!

    Why do they put so many adverts for WWE in the middle of @WWEUK matches when UK channels don't have as many ad breaks as American channels? It doesn't show on American TV just the Network! It's like they have to condition us to accept ad breaks in the match. @btsport

    @bt_uk I have spoke with them already about 4 times this week to try and get this sorted. However I’m not getting anyway. All I need is someone to install in my house and connect into the green box then I can work from home. However apparently on the system is saying we have no network

    @bt_uk No Nick I have not been offered any help at all. The only info from you was a generic email saying!something like “oops your repair is going to take a little longer than we said”. Other than that I have had to ring customer services

    @bt_uk (Bet if we were a business it would have been sorted as soon as the complaint was registered) there are 5 adults in the house all using the broadband imagine how frustrating that can get at 35mbps with 2 or 3 watching streaming, 2 on consoles either trying to play or dload...
