@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

I can’t believe @bt_uk are going to take two weeks to fix a problem, leaving me without internet or phone and unable to work!!! The fault coincided with work on the telegraph pole connecting my house but the workman just laughed and told me it couldn’t have been them 😡#BT

@bt_uk @Ofcom Wiseman’s Bridge SA69 - Used to have phone box removed by BT. Area very rural, no working phone signal from any providers had to call 999 for Coastguard and line was that poor they couldn’t understand us and it was the same for the landlines even they don’t work!!

@bt_uk disgusting service! My elderly grandad, who is on oxygen, has been without a phone line since Sunday evening! He has no mobile phone - and we were promised someone would fix it in 24hours. It’s now Weds eve and still not fixed - apparently coming tomorrow.

@bt_uk Hello. some clowns working for @CountyBroadband have cut through some Openreach cables who are now having to attend to fix. How can I get the land line number diverted to a mobile until its fixed please?

@bt_uk Spotting the scams isn't too much of an issue.. its the fact that I get at least one a day. Surely you can track and stop them..
