@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk Avoid bt services if you can as you just be left frustrated and disappointed. The engineer came to fix the slow broadband speeds only to leave me with no broadband access for 3 days. Hate BT and it’s dire services. Customer services keep hanging up on our calls

@bt_uk broadband and its Customer service is the worst! After constant faults in the line, broadband speeds either slow or non existent and on top of it the customer service is absolutely useless. Can’t wait to change providers to someone more reliable.
