@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk you’re team have cut my Wi-Fi off and transferred to utility warehouse and have had the tenacity to tell me we have to wait until the 18th May to have it reinstated - despite never telling you to cut it off.

@bt_uk Just been told by your support I have to wait until Thursday for an engineer to come and fix an issue causing to go down completely that YOU caused. Not a great look for the most expensive BB supplier in the UK...😡

As ever appalling customer service from @bt_uk @BTCare happy to take your money and put your costs up but when you want to cancel out of contract they make you jump through hoops. 50mins online to an advisor to be told come back another day.
