@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk customer service & support from BT is appalling, I have never experienced anything like it, they cut my original provider off & told me to use data that they would compensate!! Now they won’t!How can they get away with it? I have a bill of £2500 Please avoid this company!!

@btsport I’m struggling to understand why you don’t show Rugby union on sport 2 or 3 and instead force us to watch it on extra in such poor quality. Instead you offer French football on your 2 and non-live cricket on 3? Where is the sense in this?!
