@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@Michael_Lacy1 @bt_uk I theoretically left BT for their sister company Plusnet, the deal was a worldie, 4 days into my notice period I had a friendly Geordie on the phone who not only beat it but sorted a number of things out from £63.49 (incl BT Sport and ****) down to £33.99

@jeremyway @btsport @SkySports Doesn’t have to mirror, but fundamentally has to be a change to get round that kick off time issues. DTC offers a broadcast solution of sorts but early ko times don’t matter if you can’t actually access the stadium at that time because a lower level men’s team has a home game
