    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk After a week of attempting to "renew" a long standing service contact (7 days, 8+ hours on the phone and 3 attempts) you tell me it's all sorted. Yesterdays email "We've disconnected all your services". I now have to renew my account again and accept 3+ days of no service!

    @bt_uk Thanks . It’s saying should be sorted by the 9th. But i have to wfh due to a family medical issue. So it really needs sorting and the Wi-Fi hub is useless as there is no signal. Tx
