@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk Now on day 7 with no internet service from @bt_uk. I was meant to receive a call between 1pm and 3pm today but it didn't happen. So, I have just cancelled my contract with BT and the Customer Service person I spoke to didn't even seem bothered.

@bt_uk hi, my mum wanted to cancel her broadband and keep her phone... She called to do this, then recieved an email telling her phone and broadband would be cancelled and now she can't make or receive calls.

@bt_uk Do you have people cold calling about supposed Internet issues in the S12 area. There is a man knocking on doors with an EE branded hi-vis vest on, but couldn't give me any details when I asked about the issues.
