    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    @bt_uk Long story. My account was incorrectly cancelled, BT acknowledged the error and set up a new one, no o/s balance. Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)

    @bt_uk was horrendous. The resolutions to my complaint offered by manager on the phone were frankly insulting. The only reason I had the complaint closed was due to being so frustrated with my experience that I couldn’t continue- manager also refused to allow me to speak to (c.)

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk Have spent two days trying to contact you about a home move order that apparently has problems that need resolving through a fault at your end. When I finally get through I just get transferred to another department and put back on hold. Dreadful customer service!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk I would if I felt I wasn’t just going to be wasting my time. Terrible service! Returned to bt after being with another provider for several years due to a previous complaint, it’s clear to me that things were as bad as when I left. I don’t think I’ll back a third time.

    @bt_uk when I signed up to your service, I never signed up to receive calls from scammers. I receive these calls on a daily basis. Do something, pls. I won't pay extra for excluding junk calls from my landline.

    @bt_uk I've been having multiple issues with my broadband recently - it now seems that my setup is randomly dropping the connection I have set up via my WholeHome discs and some of the discs randomly disappeared from the app! Any advice?

    @bt_uk So BT doesn’t compensate on a Sunday for no service so does that mean I don’t have to pay line rental on a Sunday???
