    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I hope u don’t treat others the way u treated me. I would like 2 know what action you are taking + reassurance u won’t do this to anyone else

    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

    @bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

    Why is it 2021/almost a year since a good proportion of the population started working from home and broadband companies like @skytv cannot liaise with @bt_uk re. engineer visits to sort your broken ("split line") broadband. Sick of calling for an update and not getting any.

    Usual shambles @bt_uk. Remote reset of hub **** up cuts us all off but apparently that’s not a loss of service. New hub might be here Thursday. Who knows? No Wi-fi for kids’ schooling till then but apparently that’s also not an issue. Hard to believe but they get worse

    @bt_uk My Wi-Fi is at a constant 100MB every time I do a speed test but since getting fibre nothing streams without buffering I contacted support she was very helpful but still have poor Wi-Fi

    @bt_uk I have asked twice via the chat and was told last month i didn’t have to do anything else. Last time i tried to contact BT by phone I waited 20’ and had spoken to no one before I rang up. You are trying to bill me for a service that is terminated.
