@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

@EE @bt_uk please can someone help? At the minute it looks like I pressured to change my broadband on the promise of a cheaper phone bill and that hasn’t happened. Instead I’m paying more for my broadband and no offers on my phone bill! Poor service.

@bt_uk I was a happy broadband customer for a number of years. I wish I hadn’t moved my mobile as the quality of service from my broadband is not replicated with my cell phone. It used to be good until that mast went active. Why? What are you going to do about it?

@bt_uk HELP NEEDED! I’ve been on the phone for 8hrs+ phoned multiple times over the past few months & can never get anything resolved with your clueless team. I’ve now been told open reach is the issue & we can’t get an account, even though I’m an existing customer?!?!
-
Tim Bentley
(@TheWestgateBear) reported
@bt_uk It’s the mobile signal. Since the new mast went up the BT mobile signal has gone from full 4G around town and at home to 3G and EDGE. Ironic considering the new mast was supposed to pave the way for 5G.
