@bt_uk Issue is not with the suppliers. Was speaking to an engineer today and they had everything ready to go and repaired since the 7th of May. Also why am I receiving overdue bills for an account that was cancelled and never even used. This was already settled over a phonecall.

@maidmentj @OpenreachHelp Not sure if @bt_uk have an app like sky. But when sky drops you can instantly report the fault through app, I have issue when windy. Test it low winds it's fine but high winds it fails. I'm literally would pull on my wire next test they do to simulate wind but that's naughty ;)

@bt_uk ever since we were convinced to switch from EE to BT - our broadband has been terrible. Drops out and then doesn’t come back for ages. Restarting smart hub over and over. Is it bad hardware or something your end? 5 years on EE with not a single issue please help

@OpenreachHelp so today your engineer decided to just not bother turning up to the fibre install appointment FOR THE SECOND TIME. With zero explanation. OpenReach is disgracefully difficult to get hold of. BT can't help us, we have now been waiting 7 WEEKS for internet. @bt_uk
