@AndrewW52085286 @bt_uk Yeah, it's a nice idea, but not that viable in some areas. We are in a Victorian house, so the signal does not come through the walls. But it fine for a week then just stopped. I am now working hotspotted on my mobile, which is balanced on the windowsill 😮

@AndrewW52085286 @bt_uk Nope, sorry, still not working. Could be an EE network issue, not sure. We called in the end, and they said something about our box being defunct and are sending us some new boxes 🤷 I suspect it might not work until the broadband is connected 😭

@bt_uk Hi no but my partner was there and she knew where it was supposed to be located. The engineer gave her a poor excuse as to why it couldn’t be done just so he could do a quick installation and leave. The property is ground floor with a straight line to where I wanted my router

@bt_uk Hello, I've had a message to ask me to book an engineer (legitimate) however I don't have any issues with my broadband and I don't think I need one? Unless you're coming to install the fibre to the house
