Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@bt_uk I would if BT could do the job claimed. My fibre should have been active on the 9th Jan. I was told some BS about the routing route of the cables not as expected. Yet I know the fibre line is all set up and connected to the exchange now. . I've waited 7+ years Di I need to cancel
-
Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland
@MakeDigitalWork @virginmedia I feel your pain! They provide such a poor service, with poor equipment and poor support. Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks
-
David Tanner (@DavidTannerTV) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@MikeyRuddick @btsportfootball @HibernianFC @btsport @sunsetandvine Just read that. To be honest, he’s never a League 1-level player. I move would be good for him. He would to say no to Celtic.

Ross (@RossM3110) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland
@tamkelly1980 @btsportfootball @btsport @RangersFC @darrellcurrietv @EuropaLeague Are you at the windup or are you really that stupid

Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
Do I even want to know how much our goverment is funding these works that @bt_uk are claiming for upgrading the network.
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland
All the old @virginmedia equipment has been disconnected and unplugged! It’s been like night and day getting @bt_uk #fttp installed, so far 10 families in my street have moved away from VM... that’s what you get for poor customer service
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality
-
Ashley Louise (@Ashie_Moto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@bt_uk The problem is that We don’t have a landline so we don’t know the number to put in and check. We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.
-
Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@bt_uk So thanks to @bt_uk I owe £ 159.00 to @SSE for the cancelation of my contract. Then will leave me with no service whatsoever. It was bt that emailed me back in December to anounce I could now get fiber. I hope who ever calls tommoro is fully autherized to financially fix this.
-
Darren Fleming 🏴🤓 (@DarrenCBGR) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland
@lukenev13 @SkySports @btsport Aye Amazon has got a shit tone of games, if they have more going forward it's not bad for 7.99 a month
-
Moira Johnstone (@celticghirlmo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@bt_uk You need to cut down on the adverts it’s ridiculous you should be ashamed charging for a channel of nothing but adverts 🤬🤬🤬
-
Fergus (@fergusboden) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
Apparently an electricity problem has blown our area's internet and they might have to dig up the street to fix it. Anyone who knows me knows this is some of the worst news I could receive. (@bt_uk system was utterly clueless too, which was really helpful.)
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
New @bt_uk #fttp been in for a few days... what have I noticed so far, no drop outs, Wi-fi calling working decent internet speeds and general decent service unlike @virginmedia
-
David Tanner (@DavidTannerTV) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@JimDelahunt @ScotsFootyCards @whyimeadie @btsportfootball @Betfred @btsport @spfl @spflnews @FootballThen @SportOnTheBox @FootballInT80s @davstu11 @1968Tv @andycameron1940 Haha! JD, I didn’t ever think about that! Damn. Those blue overalls that Dennis wore were a source of joy for me!
-
Paul Greig (@paulgreig6) reported from East Calder, Scotland
@bt_uk absolute shambles of a service. Sat on hold for 29mins to then be cut off because your call hours are from 8am-9pm. I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!
-
Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@bt_uk Thanks I guess only time will tell with that. Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland
Hello @bt_uk broadband goodbye @virginmedia. BT fibre being installed today! Finally virgin media have got some competition in the area. I can see everyone in the area switching in the coming months due to the poor service you’ve provided everyone in Currie.
-
Gillian Macrosson (@Gillian1971) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@bt_uk Cold calling me at 7.50am on Saturday and 7.40am today to sell me stuff will ensure that I never sign up for your products ever again

Francis (@h82fran) reported
@girl_tinder @bt_uk Not as bad as the bother I’m having trying to get my bag back. Airline can’t help, and both baggage handler and courier who I was told picked it up won’t answer. Work so far understanding but I’m not sure how long their patience will last. Mines already gone
-
Perky by name (@Bilkomark) reported
@girl_tinder @bt_uk The two times in my life when I thought I actually may have a heart attack were caused by @bt_uk! The worst customer service ever. Caused mainly by the split with open reach.
-
steven woodford (@stevenwoodford) reported
@girl_tinder @bt_uk TG this is disgusting customer service and having to pay for a service your not getting is unfathomable there is no accountability is there
-
Rob Padley (@rob_padley) reported
@girl_tinder @bt_uk A similar thing happened to me with Sky. Turns our you're automatically entitled to compensation for each day without service, which takes the edge off but still a nightmare dealing with those fools
-
. (@marrinlr) reported
@btsport Newcastles biggest problem is something money can’t fix - geography.
-
mcstuiain (@mcstuiain) reported
@girl_tinder @bt_uk Cancel the DD?
-
Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported
@bt_uk "85% of BT customers should be in an area with eligible 4G signal strength." love the use of ''should'', like ''up to'', a great get-out. So that's 85% of the 93% of the UK population you claim to cover, = 79% But nothing for people still stuck with sub 5meg adsl
-
The Angry Dwarf 💙 (@AlanB_UK) reported
@bt_uk So to answer my actual question, because you seem determined not to: "Sorry Mr Angrydwarf, we withhold information on the size, scale and geographic spread of any outage, because screw customers"
-
Tired and Weary (@Dddsishahshc) reported
@the_real_iain @btsport Never had a red card at Fulham. Embarrassing knowledge there
-
ixurie (@ixuriee) reported
@bt_uk Would really appreciate if my internet stopped going down randomly while I’m finishing my results for quizzes which have taken over an hour. I then had to wait two hours for it to come back up. I’m underground, the internet is the only thing I can use down here. 🙃
