@bt_uk why aren’t you letting customers pause BT sports like sky have. I was told I could cancel but would have to pay out the contract. Your not providing the service we signed up for so why are you still taking our money. Come on BT do the right thing! And answer our question!

@bt_uk Disappointing service again from BT. Nothing but hassle from the start and terrible coverage from router. 21 days since complaint email has been sent which has gone unanswered. Called today and found very unhelpful and only interested in selling further products. Avoid.

Brilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

@bt_uk ....this is one that is part of my Now TV account rather than through BT-is optional (ie) you can dip in/out. Last question then: when registering my new BT TV details, can I opt out of having BT TV 'absorb' my Now TV account and stay with Now TV as their customer & paying them?

@bt_uk I did. Spoke to a lovely man who re contracted me but after I realised I’d lost 4k subscription. Price already increased and get 4k back would’ve cost more again so had to cancel all changes
