Nothing but hassle from the start and terrible coverage from router. 21 days since complaint email has been sent which has gone unanswered. Called today and found very unhelpful and only interested in selling further products. Avoid.

If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

Getting no joy from calling BT. She doesn’t have a mobile or email address and just getting automated responses. HELP!
