    @bt_uk Disappointing service again from BT. Nothing but hassle from the start and terrible coverage from router. 21 days since complaint email has been sent which has gone unanswered. Called today and found very unhelpful and only interested in selling further products. Avoid.

    @stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

    @bt_uk you were supposed to send out an 4g mobile hub but got an email saying it has not been sent! I have not had internet now for nearly a week please help!!

    @bt_uk No the issue wasn’t resolved. I answered the call within a few seconds but they hung up right away and made no attempt to call again. If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

    @btsport why do you cut out all promotion content, even for @WWENetwork, with your annoying logo and music. No need for it and disturbs the flow of the programme.

    @MakeDigitalWork @virginmedia I feel your pain! They provide such a poor service, with poor equipment and poor support. Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

    @btbusinesscare I’ve been trying to cancel an order for two weeks now. Can’t get through to anyone, no live chat available. Log in details not correct etc and unable to email in to you. Refused delivery of items. Please can someone contact me as a matter of urgency. Thanks.

    @bt_uk absolute shambles of a service. Sat on hold for 29mins to then be cut off because your call hours are from 8am-9pm. I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

    Have been trying to get broadband sorted since we moved over a MONTH ago and between the innumerable errors made by @bt_uk and apparent issues with Openreach's systems I am at my wits end...how do you not inform the provider / the customer if you aren't going to turn up?!!

    Three days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.

    @BT_UK My parents been without WiFi for 3 days. They were told it was billing issue despite paying and having proof. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

    @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call back about my complaint. I was supposed to receive a call back from an operator about my WiFi and I’ve had neither. I’ve spent 3 hours this past week on the phone for no outcome. Could you request I have a call back please?

    Well the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)

    @bt_uk @bt_uk. I have phoned the number. I’ve got it on speed dial. You constantly lie saying you will fix the line but you do nothing. You really are appallingly bad. No care for elderly customers without broadband. Formal complaint coming. Not that you give a darn. Appalling.

    @bt_uk If it's not installed at the 3rd attempt we are going to the ombudsman. BT and Openreach cannot communicate with each other and neither can tell the customer what is happening...or worse, what is NOT happening!
