Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments
