There isn't an issue with the phone lines but the recent wind up here in Edinburgh has the branches bashing of the lines, so it's only a matter of time before the branches snap the wires, hence I'm trying to take preventive measures.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
