They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

Nothing but hassle from the start and terrible coverage from router. 21 days since complaint email has been sent which has gone unanswered. Called today and found very unhelpful and only interested in selling further products. Avoid.

GT (@topboylfc) reported@bt_uk Ethernet cable! I am playing online multiplayer and I haven’t lost connection once! Even playing on my #Ipad the signal is sound I haven’t had any lagging or anything so what else could cause it do ya know?
