They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.

There was nothing further they could/would do.
