@bt_uk I raised a complaint re spam emails and it has now been closed with the issue still live. The email letting me know this ended up in this spam folder!!!! The only way I can contact you re this is by phone or writing. Can you please give me an email address?

@bt_uk Our BT Broadband went down on Wednesday morning after the storm. Told no engineer to fix until 1st September! BT that’s appalling. After decades with BT we will be changing supplier!

@btsport I get that when @CollegeGameDay brakes to show footage from the Masters it’s an issue because of rights but to just start the programme again after an hour is ridiculous. Doesn’t really justify the recent price rises 😤

@bt_uk No the issue wasn’t resolved. I answered the call within a few seconds but they hung up right away and made no attempt to call again. If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

They're also saying Ofcom would say the same. @bt_uk have called me today to say that they don't even know if they can supply me with broadband again. An actual Internet Service Provider. @bt_uk Spoke to the BT service desk today and I'm told it's being reviewed on Monday. I have meetings all day Monday and need to be online. I was assured this would be up and running on 17th November when I ordered on 17th October
