To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?
