Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.
