Brilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

@bt_uk Our BT Broadband went down on Wednesday morning after the storm. Told no engineer to fix until 1st September! BT that’s appalling. After decades with BT we will be changing supplier!

Our last website was closed by @bt_uk when they stopped providing this free but outdated facility for community groups. They never sent us a promised download of our old website too. So we’re now going to set up a website with a new community website provider so watch this space.
