Then will leave me with no service whatsoever. It was bt that emailed me back in December to anounce I could now get fiber. I hope who ever calls tommoro is fully autherized to financially fix this.

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments
