I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

There isn't an issue with the phone lines but the recent wind up here in Edinburgh has the branches bashing of the lines, so it's only a matter of time before the branches snap the wires, hence I'm trying to take preventive measures.

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues.
