    @knackersakki @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk So I've had replies saying he got lots of critisism and others saying he got none as all that mattered was that he scored. How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.

    Have been trying to get broadband sorted since we moved over a MONTH ago and between the innumerable errors made by @bt_uk and apparent issues with Openreach's systems I am at my wits end...how do you not inform the provider / the customer if you aren't going to turn up?!!

    How can teams with no money coming in from gate receipts afford to pay £80 million for a player. Far too much money coming in from @SkySports and @btsport and of course state broadcaster @BBCSport Cancel subscription to all.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

    @bt_uk No, I haven't. Can you provide their details? There isn't an issue with the phone lines but the recent wind up here in Edinburgh has the branches bashing of the lines, so it's only a matter of time before the branches snap the wires, hence I'm trying to take preventive measures.

    @bt_uk I don’t have the login information myself, but my brother does. The package we now have says we are on 5-6mbps. We also know the issue in our area hasn’t been fixed, so I have no idea if that is somehow confusing the system or not.

    @bt_uk I got through after almost 2 hours to be told it would be a further 45 minutes to wait to speak to open reach & then my signal cut out. I just want someone to contact me to tell me why the engineer didn’t arrive & when he will & there’s zero information so far on that.

    @bt_uk What happened when we reconnected, you left us one month without services by moving our reconnection date. With an anaphalactic child we rely on a phone line for emergency services. Poor mobile signal and still no services and nothing back dispite telling you this.
