Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!
-
Katerina (@Katerinaaah) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk It was a copper line, changed to digital voice. We have been told categorically that the number cannot be transferred. Are you sure you can help with this?
-
Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk Thanks I guess only time will tell with that. Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.
