@bt_uk absolute shambles of a service. Sat on hold for 29mins to then be cut off because your call hours are from 8am-9pm. I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

  • K_J_Donnelly
Kathryn Donnelly (@K_J_Donnelly) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Absolutely ridiculous @bt_uk that you expect customers to accept not having broadband for 8 days whilst @scotgov ask us to #WFH without any complaint. #EH4 #Stockbridge

  • jules878
Julia Palmer (@jules878) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Hello. Is there a problem with @bt_uk email? I can't access. Very inconvenient. #BTEmail #Down?

@bt_uk In which case I need to report our broadband is down.

@bt_uk So thanks to @bt_uk I owe £ 159.00 to @SSE for the cancelation of my contract. Then will leave me with no service whatsoever. It was bt that emailed me back in December to anounce I could now get fiber. I hope who ever calls tommoro is fully autherized to financially fix this.

  • brian6211
Brian Thomas (@brian6211) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThomasDuecke just thought you should know that I’m experiencing appalling customer service from @bt_uk and despite almost 10 hours complaining, am still no further forward. Can you please help as I’m at my wits end?

  • janey656
Janey (@janey656) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk why aren’t you letting customers pause BT sports like sky have. I was told I could cancel but would have to pay out the contract. Your not providing the service we signed up for so why are you still taking our money. Come on BT do the right thing! And answer our question!

  • intergeri
Clemfandango 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@intergeri) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Bobfryer5 @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk He scored on the rebound. If he hadn't you'd all be talking about his **** penalty. My word, you idiots are thick.

  • celticghirlmo

@bt_uk internet still playing up. Send help !

  • andrew_kemp
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland

@MakeDigitalWork @virginmedia I feel your pain! They provide such a poor service, with poor equipment and poor support. Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

  • intergeri
Clemfandango 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@intergeri) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@GenuineNoob198 @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk Do you know what a question mark is? It means I'm asking you a question not making a statement. FFS and you're calling me stupid??

  • Stegadoris
Steven Grant (@Stegadoris) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk No, I haven't. Can you provide their details? There isn't an issue with the phone lines but the recent wind up here in Edinburgh has the branches bashing of the lines, so it's only a matter of time before the branches snap the wires, hence I'm trying to take preventive measures.

  • karenagalloway
Karen A Galloway (@karenagalloway) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Anyone else having @bt_uk internet issues in edinburgh???

  • DavidTannerTV
David Tanner (@DavidTannerTV) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@MikeyRuddick @btsportfootball @HibernianFC @btsport @sunsetandvine Just read that. To be honest, he’s never a League 1-level player. I move would be good for him. He would to say no to Celtic.

  • stevehillthen
Steve Hill (@stevehillthen) reported from Brightons, Scotland

@btsport can you please cancel my monthly payment (made 20 minutes ago)? I cannot cancel online and you’re not showing the game I wanted to watch (misleading info). Many thanks

  • thekconsultancy
thekastriconsultancy (@thekconsultancy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

appalling attitude from @bt_uk supposed final resolution manager. Stayed for third year with new contract and completely lied to by agents/no calls back as promised and last £100 - not good enough!

  • RTPeat
Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

  • andrew_kemp
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

New @bt_uk #fttp been in for a few days... what have I noticed so far, no drop outs, Wi-fi calling working decent internet speeds and general decent service unlike @virginmedia

@bt_uk Our thoughts are with the people who used BT’s service and found out: •Hidden charges are everywhere. •The app is useless and has no interaction with the company. I’ve messaged you 6 times now with no reply. Scammers

  • Bubbler_Ranx
    Lou Skunt (@Bubbler_Ranx) reported

@bt_uk just got a text that my phone bill is ready but I still can’t log into my account without giving my phone number. We’re getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. I’m not DMing and I’m not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?

  • eventhestarsuk
Even The Stars Music (@eventhestarsuk) reported

@bt_uk hey. Why are you charging me £84 for a package a new customer can now get for £35 and the best price you can offer me is £65 with a 24 month contract? Ripping off long-term customers is a very bad look

  • DanielFactor79
    Daniel Factor (@DanielFactor79) reported

@bt_uk They'd probably get faster internet buried under rubble than the **** slow crap we get from you retarded **** eating ******* *****!

  • jonbarnes10
    Jon Barnes (@jonbarnes10) reported

@bt_uk you app, your website and your twitter account is useless. Dont bother having a twitter account if your answer to “my app is not allowing me to make purchases” is to download the app is the epitome of your customer service

  • RSh234
    Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported

@bt_uk @charl32647 That’s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didn’t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.

  • SaffyBun
    Karla (@SaffyBun) reported

@bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

  • Walesguy2
    Mark (@Walesguy2) reported

@bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? I’ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldn’t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that can’t organise itself?

  • leedvnprt
    lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported

@bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!

  • iMcKenzied
    (((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported

Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.
