Clemfandango 🏴🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ (@intergeri) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Bobfryer5 @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk He scored on the rebound. If he hadn't you'd all be talking about his **** penalty. My word, you idiots are thick.
-
Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland@bt_uk I don’t want the equipment removed, I want your customers service removed from it so I can have my service installed rather than having to have hardware pointlessly replaced. Your customer has emigrated, the service is no longer used.
-
LAYC (@LAYC2015) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk please help small charity who has no telephone landline and don’t understand why there’s a fault? On hold to very expensive customer service line!
-
Clemfandango 🏴🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ (@intergeri) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@knackersakki @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk So I've had replies saying he got lots of critisism and others saying he got none as all that mattered was that he scored. How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.
-
Moira Johnstone (@celticghirlmo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk You need to cut down on the adverts it’s ridiculous you should be ashamed charging for a channel of nothing but adverts 🤬🤬🤬

-
Keith Duncan (@Keithduncan47) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk Thanks Lesley. Unfortunately the issue has been going on for over 10 years now. It’s quite frankly gone beyond a joke. To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.
-
Colin Norman Wright (@TheCocoAnarchy) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandHey folks. Just to let you know that the following number, 02039665726 is poising as BT (@bt_uk) but it is a cold call scam. Hang up, block & report.
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, ScotlandHello @bt_uk broadband goodbye @virginmedia. BT fibre being installed today! Finally virgin media have got some competition in the area. I can see everyone in the area switching in the coming months due to the poor service you’ve provided everyone in Currie.
-
Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandDo I even want to know how much our goverment is funding these works that @bt_uk are claiming for upgrading the network.
-
Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!
-
Julia Palmer (@jules878) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandEdinburgh calling! Is @bt_uk Internet down?

Sam Chapman (@SamChapman76) reported@bt_uk why are you charging me 90 quid a month when new customers can get same service for 24.99 this is unacceptable and you know it is as well. My bad for not shopping around I will be now.
-
Ste (@stepho2k1) reported@bt_uk why is your sales team pushing an elderly person with parkinsons to sign up for a new service. I will be calling tonight to sort this. Not happy
-
Ann Beck (@ann_beck) reported@BTCare been told there is no possible resolution to a system error in YOUR company so I either pay nearly double what you quoted or leave. CEO must be proud. Customer care at its worst #donotbuy #Complaints #BTscams
-
Emma (@88ejackson88) reported@bt_uk I cannot use the service checker, as I said I can barely get any 4 or 5g and am using what little I have to tweet. I have messaged the helpline but is this just going straight through to AI and how long until I get replies?
-
𝙲𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚡𝚎𝚛 (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.
-
gary tordoff (@chinleyman) reported@bt_uk over 24hrs since your bot asked me to text ASSIST to get more help. Absolutely nothing from you.
-
RaeRubyRae (@RaeRubyRaeK) reported@bt_uk Now I can’t log into the website either without giving you my mobile number? What about someone who doesn’t have a mobile number? You’re actively discriminating against people who might not be fully digital. @Ofcom stop allowing BT to pull this crap!
-
Tashtheblade (@TashTheBlade) reported@bt_uk has an appointment for full fibre booked months Given 8 till 1 slot ,guy turned up at 12 .35 No problem with lad who came, neat and tidy but he's got to box in footpath to find remaining ports all dead. Guy needed to sort is too busy today and will come tomorrow.Poor
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported@bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.
