To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.

It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

I have paid an extra £13 for 4g of data which has run out within 2 hours. Customer team are understanding each time but it is not being RESOLVED :(
