We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles.
