@janbarber34 @bt_uk We’ve been with them for several years and ours goes off when it rains or snows turns out the exchange box keeps fludding they said it’s not there problem lol and I have complete Wi-fi and I’ve never received a refund. @bt_uk It would help if your engineer showed up in the allocated time slot. This is not a hardware problem, it seems like the connection was terminated. Can you please make an effort to fix this properly rather than giving me the runaround
