There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Stopped the problem, until subsequent times they did temp repairs & again left cover off afterwards...Different engineer each time; no history of fault ever passed on 🙄 Worst firm in Europe

They kept omitting to put manhole cover back after temp repairs, so every time it rained ...Then also eventually found cable rubbing against trees nearer to home
