There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

    @bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

    @bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

    Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

    Never have I experienced such rude, ignorant, lazy staff. Absolute shambles of a company, during a pandemic when people are being made redundant they are the most unsupportive cold hearted company I’ve came across. AVOID at all costs! @bt_uk You should be ashamed of yourself!

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk But how long do you have to wait for the broadband. I am have been told I have to wait over 6 weeks for full fibre and now I have been put back further, I have no broadband, in poor reception area. Lets hope you can issue the new broadband quicker for customers.
