@bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk complaint number pls since the BT app ain’t working. This is a joke I have to wait another 5 days for an engineer to come out and fix the problem when I was told I would get service today, after 5 hours I have nothing

@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

Hey @bt_uk! Gues who didn't receive a call today? Apparently it was rescheduled for tomorrow and no one had the decency to inform me. @joelycett are you still outing poor customer service? 12 days without broadband after I tried to upgrade, got it up to 0mbps. Parsnips, buttered!

@bt_uk as a loyal BT customer for over 50years I am saddened that my 'contract' appears to only apply to me & not BT..? Because of huge price increases everywhere I needed to stop BT Sport,but I would be charged in excess of £100, but BT have just increased the cost mid contract

@bt_uk to call them and they had to cancel and resend to my address. Then 2 engineers turn up and didn't even know they were fitting fibre broadband, then asked of it's been cancelled. Then next minute they didn't ask to open my locked side gate
