@bt_uk I note that BT are still taking multiple payments from my account and others, no communication from BT about this? I took me an hour to contact your customer services this morning to be told that you are aware of the issue, obviously not yet resolved.

@bt_uk But I've been through my account with your customer "care" team, who were appalling. You just need to get the message out to your staff and via social about the unbelievable mess your company has made, when money is tight for so many at the moment too

@bt_uk - I’m in with your chat service and have been for 30 minutes and am yet to be transferred to an actual helpful person. Truly appalling. I tried calling, but can’t reach you there either. Diabolical customer service!
