    @XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

    @bt_uk broadband price is being raised from £42 to £48. Extortionate! It’s just me and my partner in a one bedroom flat, we don’t even use a landline. Stuck in a contract and no help from customer service. Will not be renewing in the future

    @bt_uk I have never experienced duplicate charges from any other company with whom I have a direct debit. Thank you for your automated message but that isn’t good enough. Why has this happened and WHEN will this be refunded?

    So @bt_uk want to charge me £60 for the same internet that I currently pay £42 for and now seem affronted when I cancel because I can get a better package for £30.. great business model that, well done.
