@bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk So I’ve done this but have now gone into standard scripted, non specific algorithms that don’t help. The estimated fix timing expired an hour ago. So…. I’d like a new estimated fox time, and also the cause of the issue please?

@bt_uk Already checked and it states no issue yet still no dialtone from wired phone but VDSL connection is fine

@Plusnet I did that 3 days ago. Was told there was nothing you could see at your end and it's a @btsport issue. Funny cos when I spoke to BT they said it was a @Plusnet issue. Closer inspection BT discovered it was a known serious incident and said they were working on it.

@bt_uk Internet has been playing up for the last hour. Will connect and work fine then will just randomly drop. Light on broadband hub is blue and service checker says no issues
