@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

Appualingly bad service from @bt_uk 2 months in and still no Internet, no TV, and engineers not turning up to booked appointments. 6 days wasted waiting for engineers and people to call who never appeared. Complacency from unhelpful call centre too

@bt_uk Diagnostic came back but because I'm a sky customer I have to contact them? Despite BT owning the infrastructure that they use? Bit mad really isn't it? Especially seeing as the problem happens when the BT engineers doing the work 🤔

Wow, can't believe @GaryLineker just had to announce footage for the CL match a yr ago. A match that should've been postponed due to #Covid a match @btsport demanded go ahead. I'm still sore that such blatant irresponsibility happened as are many others. No apology, terrible.

@MartinSLewis is there an Ofcom type body that deals with @bt_uk with breaching agreements on installing broadband and then changing agreement it can’t be right they are allowed to do this and many people I know have encountered same problem. Days off work no one turns up

@stupotsug @sconny3383 @bt_uk You're right, it shouldn't be left but it's hardly worth a complaint An example about complaining is me, I few months ago something was badly stacked in work I glanced my head I typed an email to the boss then stopped it was weeks before Christmas and someone could've been sacked

@bt_uk complained several times about the poor internet connectivity- often kicked out of Skype calls whilst WFH - whenever you speak to a “technician” - everything seems to “be fine” - please guys do NOT be tied down to these cowboys!

@bt_uk Absolutely amazed how bad you are at your customer services first of all you lie to your customers then lie again than again then when they question why they lied they ignore your direct messages so will have to send it publicly
