@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk Was looking forward to using my new fibre power Halo 2 tonight. Fitted but not working due to a fibre problem. Why did the old router get taken out before this was checked? Reported already and looks like no Netflix etc until after Xmas. Make sure I don’t have to chase the compo.

@bt_uk Yes and that does not fix it. it will happen with any device on the network. It specifically was a problem today with a win10 laptop that was brought back on site. But other devices/phones etc have done the same before. WPA2 auth works fine and it fails somewhere after this. 1/2

@bt_uk Got BT mobile, usually no problem sending texts but yesterday I tried to send one and it said Cannot send by BT error 0. Why is that? And can it be sorted?

It just gets worse, more changes to contracts, without asking. @bt_uk & @ee is a company we would not recommend you use as they aren’t bothered about how they treat their customers, regardless of how much they cost you, shocking customer service.

@bt_uk I have raised a complaint and I am aware that you have little or no power to put it right. Not sure I would believe you anyway. I will be cancelling by account when it ends in a few weeks after I0 years. Even though it is the best coverage your staffs lies sicken me.

@bt_uk i'm seeing a repeatable problem with the smart hub 2 where after a certain amount of days it will not allow devices to reconnect to the wifi. rebooting the hub fixes it every time, is there some way to actually file a bug report as i can't be the only one this effects
