@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk Had THE MOST AWFUL installation of broadband we've EVER experienced. Engineer damaged our sound system, damaged house by drilling straight through middle of house brick, cables hanging out as he'd left tools at home, left his mess inside & outside. End result no services!

@bt_uk hi please can you update status for my area with the issue at Moortown exchange in Leeds? When I check my landline it says no issues in my area so I keep having to go in to lengthy chat to get an update and my fault keeps getting closed

@bt_uk Where the heck is Openreach? We have a broken connection and can’t use newly installed broadband. I am severely disabled and need internet to send reports from my CPAP machine, that makes me breathe at night. Please connect us!!

@bt_uk 2/2 Also told you used to provide a collection service. but in the last few days (since transfer to EE) you’ve changed your contracts (can you even do this unilaterally?) so I have to take it in store. A 38 mile and two hour round trip… and collect - another 2 hours.

@bt_uk 2 weeks without a phone and she was told that she only be a priority if she had a Life Connect facility. As it happens I had brought her one, but can't fix it until her phone line is fixed. If she falls or has an accident....
