@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

@bt_uk Openreach know nothing about fibre to our village, and again another issue is that BT blame Openreach and Openreach pass it back to BT. So getting absolutely nowhere.

@michael91510009 @bt_uk Which basically means they were throttling my speeds and refusing to admit to it. Took it to an ombudsman and they were basically useless. Didn’t look at any of my evidence and then got loads of info wrong and just told me it was irrelevant because I didn’t lose full service

@bt_uk There’s zero connection, on the off chance there happens to be any connection it doesn’t work, doesn’t load anything, continuously drops in and out. Been happening pretty much since it was installed and when checking if there’s a problem in the area it says nothings wrong.

@bt_uk for some reason my internet is lagging terrible when I am trying game on my pc I am using a wired connection. This is becoming unacceptable especially considering the amount I pay for internet
