    @BTGroup @bt_uk Is anyone else having a complete nightmare with BT? A week has gone by and they haven’t fixed my problem, fobbing me off and yet still taking my money! And I can’t leave as I’m in contract although they’re in breach of it #BTshambles

    @bt_uk Hi, I've got an issue with my BT TV box, it keeps losing broadband signal but every other device in the house is fine, we've recently had new mini connectors so the problem can't be those, please advise, many thanks.

    Gobsmacked @btsport last night @mrjakehumphrey, calling 2000/01 season one of the best title defences of PL era. It was United's worst under Fergie, ending it by knocking off completely - 4 defeats in 6. Then again, after 25 games United had 59pts +41 & were 15pts clear #MUFC

    @bt_uk Please help!! I urgently need to setup my internet for a house move next week but I can't call your customer service without entering in 'the number that you're calling about'. I can't place the order because its not letting me proceed without setting up a landline.

    @bt_uk worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. How have I been told 3 times in a row someone will either be turning up at my house/I’ll be getting a phonecall and nobody turns up/rings. What a joke, literal years of my life wasted trying to sort my internet out.

    @bt_uk Thanks Dee. I have done so, but the problem has been identified as an issue with the exchange in Bridgeton, Glasgow. We just really need to get online properly, whether that's using a dongle or whatever other means. I have done what you requested though.
