Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

-
Mark (@MarkMcC1905) reportedUpgrade to fibre @bt_uk @BTCare advised … what they failed to mention is the amount of god damn wires now visible in my kitchen

Dean Turnbull (@DeanTurnbull01) reported@BTCare can I escape out of my contract for breach of contract on your part as there is far too many issues? Half way through a film with the kids this time, normally just as I’m about to watch a football match on @btsport
-
Teresa Bull🐈 🐮 (@teribull72) reported@bt_uk you promised my elderly mum a free mini hub on the 19th December and it still hasn't arrived. HELP! She hasn't had any broadband since the 18th. Engineer booked for the 3rd Jan for a new hub which we had to sign up for... we are not impressed right now!
-
Pippa Tuke (@pemt01) reported@bt_uk I have checked and there are not any reported issues, in my area. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I work from home and supposed to be working tomorrow. I need by BT Halo to be fixed TODAY or at least speak to someone. Will I get any compensation for not having broadband???
-
julie smith (@juliesm75049629) reported@bt_uk This really is unacceptable. Look back at the complete catalogue of faults/tweets/non attendance of engineers. My mum is on record as a vulnerable customer. You’ve had to reimburse her twice. Totally unacceptable - please escalate NOT waiting until 03/01
-
Mike Bealing (@Sillytees) reported@bt_uk Presumably he wanted to dash home and watch the football. 2nd engineer came in this morning, looked at the hub and left. Is it too late to cancel? Even Virgin Media were better than this.
-
Stefano Hesse (@Sottorete) reported@bt_uk "Some" departments? You mean like customer retention, billing, broadband deals and, even, cancellations? Who's left? I just need a phone number with a human being on the other side, thanks
-
Mike Bealing (@Sillytees) reported@bt_uk No, I haven't done that. 1st Ive heard of it. I've had several chats with the ironically named 'customer service' team and no-one's mentioned that. She has had two engineers in. First one set up the hub and told her she'd have to 'put it in herself' (she's 92).

Tigershout (@Tigershout2) reported@bt_uk we have been charged £30 for not returning a broken disc. At no point where we EVER told we would be charged for not returning a disc. Considering we had to pay to return it as well, we thought better to recycle it. We demand a refund!
