Sarah Lethbridge (@sarahlethbridge) reported@reelbigdawson @bt_uk I've noticed this phenomenon too - companies should take note - if your social media team can sort out stuff then empower your actual call centres to because all it does it make people increasingly turn to social media to sort out problems, exactly won't you don't want!

Bryan (@brydopants) reported@bt_uk TV signal on BBC 1, BBC 2, STV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 is absolutely atrocious. Picture and sound constantly breaking up. I've tried retuning the box, but still unwatchable. Any idea why? It's only these channels.
