I have no working box, I have to wait until next Wednesday for the aerials, 10 days after my service was supposed to start, and can't add entertainment to watch on BT and Now TV app cause your IT system won't allow it

The customer service are shockingly bad..biggest mistake in my life, opting for BT to provide service

We had two orders on our account due to BT's **** up, which means your terrible IT system cannot add an additional package
