    @ScotlandSky @btsport both tv outlets now becoming obsolete in Scotland St Johnstone tv charging bears £17:50 to watch and listen to the worst reported home match of the year now st mirren on weds doing the same 2 major outlets I pay for doing **** all

    @bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

    @XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

    @bt_uk Sometimes it seems to sleep for 5 or 25 mins then comes back... other times all devices seem to react the same as if internet speed is being throttled and all devices (inc the internet tv get glitchy & pixilated/slow/sound & picture out of sync. 3/3

    @bt_uk Hi, you were to cancel the contract as per conversation with one of your employees at the door. On the phone and I quote with your colleague “we’ve ****** up, without sugar coating it”. You’ve offered a 6 month refund so why would they go to sky?

    @bt_uk Our Phone Service is BT - Its not a wall socket - I'm not sure what its called, its Free hand - Sky Engineer, who installed Sky - added this line in. This was a Few years ago.

    @bt_uk I would strongly advise anyone buying Fibre to not bother unless you buy the upgraded package. Does not work. Told by engineer I need two discs minimum to get a signal in my 3 bed semi!

    @bt_uk accountGB16446492 / complaint vol013-706744630791. Ongoing complaint about poor service and terrible WiFi signal since April 2022! Now new acute issue no WiFi . As an nhs home working clinician how much more do @bt_uk want to hinder patient care. Past 12 hr no WiFi ! HELP

    @bt_uk @EE Go with business broadband via EE... Useless customer service! No internet two months in and problem after problem... Shambles! Go on @EE why you bothering to offer BT business broadband?

    @BTCare Been waiting for 5 hours and looks like your engineer not turning up. Your staff won’t speak to me due to “data protection” (ie my husband and not me was stupid enough to place an order with you)

    @bt_uk No, had replacement hub abt yr ago I think. Last 3 or 4 mth seem to have lot of little glitchy mins & then it would be OK for while but the last month & bit have found restarting hub has cleared connection issues- or sometimes just soft device disconnect from hub & reconnect wifi

    @bt_uk An update, the PON light flashed green for 1.5 hours, then reconnected to the network. I cancelled the booked engineer appointment. If fibre cable was damaged the FON would be flashing red, PON flashing green meant exchange connection was good, but service was deactivated there
