@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@DavidHarperTV @bt_uk It’s painful to be an existing customer with any of the providers. After my dad died I was trying to sort his account with talktalk, now that was agony. They eventually sorted it on on here. Unbelievable. I feel your pain

@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk You’re right. But saying “acceptable or not, that’s how it is, accept it” isn’t likely to lead to any improvement in customer service. It would be interesting to learn whether you - or anyone else at BT - regards it as acceptable.

@bt_uk how can one if your advisors tell me over the phone that there is no fault when heart can’t even be bothered to check, they just want to make me pay more for for a faster signal, is possible to speak to a person on the phone who will help and listen to me?

@bt_uk not happy. Ment to have internet access last Tuesday but still waiting for BT openreach to fix the pole but apparently you can't get into an unlocked back garden! And still waiting as they don't know when they will be coming out!. Not impressed.
