@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk Online Fault checker says fault. But can't book appointment as keeps saying test expired. Ok. Try text service. Says have a fault, choose engineer slot. Can't process it. Will call within 30 minutes- 1 hour later... Sort it out please.
