@bt_uk my network speed has been less than 1mb all day despite it usually being 40mb. Is there something wrong with the service in the Hertfordshire area? The BT status page says no current known issues. I texted the help number my landline and it said there was no known account

  • imageplotter Chris 🕷 (@imageplotter) reported

So, @bt_uk unable to communicate internally, claiming to have no contact with @TalkTalk , one of its own businesses and both companies charging the customer for a service provided only once. What does @Ofcom say in these cases?Hilarious inadequacy, shirty customer service. Fail.

@bt_uk To reiterate, I'm looking to renew my SIM only contract (I've been out of the original deal for years) and as I'm planning on upgrading my phone to a 5G handset in December, figured I'd take a look at what SIM only deals you have. I found one that suits but when I sign in to my

@bt_uk Yes but so far you’ve only sorted half the problem. Sincerest good luck to all new BT customers out there… cause you are sure a Sh1t gonna need it, that and a gallon of wine to handle interacting with their call centre. Swimming in treacle!

  • LisaPhelan71 Lisa Phelan (@LisaPhelan71) reported

@bt_uk Don’t do it! You’ll get no hub, & customer service will transfer your call to India. You’ll moan on Twitter, then they’ll finally order replacement hub, only to find they haven’t transferred your land line so nobody can call you. They then can’t rectify that!

  • imageplotter Chris 🕷 (@imageplotter) reported

@dc_photographs @bt_uk @thameswater Yes, I'm just the stupid customer who pays. Contract signed, responsibility is with others.

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

@bt_uk If we switch off our broadband routers for that amount of time, it has to resynch every time you switch it on, so your speed will suffer. And BT broadband speed where I live is so poor that any lower means no streaming.

  • bazmatti Richard (@bazmatti) reported

@bt_uk internet down for whole neighborhood since Thursday 9am, not getting anywhere with support. Can you help?
