@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk It is being resolved by family. It was a BT issue. You cut the phone connection to an elderly lady with a lifeline device attached to line. The bill was being paid. Your call handler (helpful Tom) had wrong information on his screen. Disappointed but not surprised.

@bt_uk The most horrible uncaring company- I am a single mum to an 8 year old who both have been left without Internet or phone line since 21st December, completely isolated, unable to work from home and my daughter unable to home school now.
