@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@btbusinesscare Why does my 4g never kick in when your WiFi goes down (which it does on a regular basis I should add) £250 a month for a product that never works. I never lost WiFi with TalkTalk in the 3 years I was with them even though it was a little slow.

.@bt_uk incase you hadn't noticed a LOT of people are still working from home. Don't you think that you should notify customers if you're going to 'upgrade' their line, and mention that that means that they'll be without the internet for several hours?? #WTF

@bt_uk Yes my partner is and I'm using his log in and created a BT Shop login with his details but still couldnt get it to work. I'm guessing they all sold out yesterday.

@ianwtasker @bt_uk It would be remiss of me not to update that BT have kindly agreed to let me keep the PVR after reviewing my length of time with the service. This does now leave the door open for me to happily return back to their service should my finances allow at some point.

@bt_uk for the 3rd time this month my internet is down AGAIN. I work from home and now having to use my personal hot spot again which is costing me a fortune. Fully expect compensation now it’s becoming a joke!!

@bt_uk broadband outage in DH77DD affecting *both* BT and Sky customers. According to Sky (your website doesn’t acknowledge it) since 11:30 last night. What’s going on?
