    @BTCare why is reception for @btsport so poor on my new bt box? I’m on fibre 100 with you and the Wi-Fi hub is in the same room. This is in SD. Do you purposely make the signal glitchy? Never had a problem with other streaming to the tv.

    @bt_uk especially as I know you’re gonna soon send me some ridiculous price rise rubbish! I’m not paying MORE, for a lesser service! I would rather take my money elsewhere if you think that is gonna be the case!

    @bt_uk @SarahNL66 @bt_uk just stop repeating same old BS about it being heavily advertised when it isn’t. Read the room. The price increases are disgraceful especially given what’s going on with cost of living etc. A price fix literally means a price fix. Disgusting behaviour.

    Honestly so frustrated. Without internet since 2pm. Can't get a 4g mini hub cause I haven't got the package where it includes it. Won't be compensated for loss of service cause only happens when fault on line. FML #bt #sortitout @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Did that already. No reply. Got answer on phone after 22 mins. V helpful lady fixed problem. But that was the only good part of the service. Response on Twitter was poor.

    46 days since my @bt_uk internet went down. In that time I've spent £45.33 on that service, and the #ISS has completed 736 orbits of Earth. I'm now owed £369.60 in compensation. @WeAreOpenreach SSKMD MSO active for 100 days. #stilloffline

    @bt_uk VILE CUSTOMER SERVICE - 88 year old with lifeline and phone has disconnected and we can’t get through to anyone who can fix. Total duty of care failure.
