I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk just want to share a positive note. Internet been dropping out since Friday. Major incident in our area. Called BT and got through within 5minutes. Got a mini hub on it way today and received great customer services by Rob. Well don’t BT in these challenging times.

@bt_uk You won't get a penny from them. Younlay for a service. You don't get it. They don't compensate you. Aham.of an offer to give money back. They don't care. Avoid Avoid and Avoid. Advertising standards should investigate this. Read the small print folks and don't ever sign up to BT
