@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

@bt_uk I raised a complaint re spam emails and it has now been closed with the issue still live. The email letting me know this ended up in this spam folder!!!! The only way I can contact you re this is by phone or writing. Can you please give me an email address?

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

@bt_uk Thanks Catherine, I think it's mainly the inferior @YouViewSupport platform that's the main issue. There are many people that have had similar failed recordings and who've asked to have the option of manually scheduling a recording. My previous BT Youview box did the same too.

Well @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness your service is utterly appalling. You have now twice internally cancelled an order to convert a personal line over to a business contract despite assurances it was a straight forward process. Over a month without broadband on the line now 😡
