pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

T 🏴 (@mr_tjc) reported@btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.
-
Ed Thomson (@ThomsonEdwint) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk We are waiting for Open Reach contractors to repair road surfaces after installing 1 service to a neighbouring property 🙈

SG (@ScouseSG) reported@Nunney2584 @bt_uk The absolute epitome of “that’s not my job and I can’t be arsed to actually help” response from BT there.
-
Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@Walesguy2 @bt_uk BT can't fix this. Many customers have had this problem, I'm one of them. They hope you will give up.
-
The Emperor Son (@TheEmperorSon) reportedHay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
-
Kati (@Nunney2584) reported@bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down all day and it's driving me crazy. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.
-
BostonRabbit🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@Boston_Rabbit) reportedSo @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.
-
Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk why do you not notify your customers via text when there’s a fault in the area? All other companies do, water electricity etc so why can’t you. Broadband been down all day & not a word from yourselves to your customers
