@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

  • thistleboy1

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

  • billsyerman
William Sweeney - Blue Tick pending (@billsyerman) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@kellylongmanutd @btsport “Macca” is just an embarrassment. How he gets paid for his contribution is beyond me. I’ve heard better analysis from drunks down the pub

  • lor51
Lorraine McD (@lor51) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk is there a reason the #BTMail iOS app keeps requesting login details and doesn’t allow for face recognition to be used?

  • sarahtottie
sarah adams (@sarahtottie) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

  • jmgrahit26
James Marshall (@jmgrahit26) reported from Dennistoun, Scotland

@bt_uk When I use my EE mobile signal, the problem disappears. I tried calling 0800 800 150, but I get sent text messages that won't allow me to speak to an advisor

  • donners32
Andrew Donnelly (@donners32) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

  • nofear1st
Kevin Lloyd (@nofear1st) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@btsport Tell Ally McCoist there was never a touch or penalty. He’s too quick to commit. Typical goal mouth predator. Love him though. #Rangers

@chris_sutton73 Now you can clean up some of the crap some of your colleagues on #btsport talk, no naming names but they dont share our love for the hoops 🤣

  • itsMoffat
Aaron 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@itsMoffat) reported from Whitburn, Scotland

Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

  • emmaroo74
Emma Smith (@emmaroo74) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

  • mongrelcelt
    duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported

@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre

  • markymarc1973
    Marc Dyson 🐟🐟🐟 (@markymarc1973) reported

@bt_uk Tremendous work @bt_uk not only have I contacted you on here (and you haven’t even replied or DM’d to my reply), but I also emailed you and got nothing back. So, phone call, twitter feed and email and no comeback from you guys other than to call again. Awful. Goodbye in Oct.

  • clairerendall1
    Claire Rendall (@clairerendall1) reported

@bt_uk I spent 54 minutes on hold trying to get through to you today on behalf of my elderly parents. Unacceptable #fail

  • jonbarnes10
    Jon Barnes (@jonbarnes10) reported

@bt_uk you app, your website and your twitter account is useless. Dont bother having a twitter account if your answer to “my app is not allowing me to make purchases” is to download the app is the epitome of your customer service

  • GillianSmith16
    Gillian Smith (@GillianSmith16) reported

@bt_uk @Beji218888 Your service checker is saying your system is down and your service centres won’t have any more information. This is 2026

  • CrackedRearView
    Mat Oliver (@CrackedRearView) reported

@VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isn’t cheap!

  • JohnKaysCanoe
    Digger (@JohnKaysCanoe) reported

@bt_uk is there a reason why my broadband goes down at 02:15 every single night without fail?

  • Amit72191182463
    Amit (@Amit72191182463) reported

@btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

  • thequestingvole
    Andrew Glover (@thequestingvole) reported

Just cancelled my @bt_uk broadband and TNT sport contracts after a half hour verbal ding **** with one of their team in Belfast questioning my decision making and slagging off my new supplier as 'I've never heard of them'. Stay strong folks.

  • bean0509
    Justine (@bean0509) reported

Customer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.
