@btsport yours has to be one of the worst Sport streaming apps out there! I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!

@bt_uk so disappointed with BT. My mum was a customer for 60+ yrs! Recently passed away! We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

@StuRowls @bt_uk Hello, have you got local Wi-Fi available in order to check if you’re on iOS 16.1.2? This might give you the options you’re looking for or even better, fix the issue and you’re having when it tries to connect and then goes back to no service.

@bt_uk Finally after 18 days without broadband or telephone service my parents are now reconnected. HOWEVER we were told by 2 different customer service people that they would receive automatic compensation we have now been told this is not the case!! 1/2

@bt_uk “Further help” ?! I’m in need of an internet service that works. I now have work meetings and client appointments that I have to cancel. I am unable to work for FOUR days. That’s going to have a huge impact. And I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving !

@bt_uk I’m furious, spent 1 hour on the phone today ,after feeling I’ve been pushed into a package which I wasn’t given the full information. I opened a complaint, within hours I’ve been told the complaint been closed? I’ve had no contact from yourselves to discuss an outcome .
