@bt_uk Hi. No. I’m a paid customer through BT sports. Point being, worked fine until I got a new tv with built in chrome cast and now your app doesn’t find it. So if there’s no fix for this, it’ll be pointless continuing my subscription.

@bt_uk Oh, I meant internet problems. Since I’m only a tenant, I don’t know the landline number. The wi-fi signal works fine so I assumed it could be a general issue?
