@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

@bt_uk Sending a DM as we still have no internet. The worst thing is it’s half term for the children, my partner is working from home and on a grey, foggy cold day in February it’s not exactly park weather. All paid for service like Nintendo online, Disney+ & Netflix all all unusable.

Need some help @bt_uk can’t seem to get my phone to connect to the mobile phone network here in Malta 🇲🇹 any suggestions? My plan has Roam like Home and has worked previously when I visited Malta. Having to rely on Wi-Fi.
