We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
