  • thistleboy1 Michael Kenny (@thistleboy1) reported from Bishopbriggs, Scotland

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@Cal_SFC The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out. Have you considered thinking rather than letting your inner child tweet?

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

  • willmill82 pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • lor51 Lorraine McD (@lor51) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk is there a reason the #BTMail iOS app keeps requesting login details and doesn’t allow for face recognition to be used?

@bt_uk Clare, well Jaden from Kelly communications saved the issue. He advised this should have been fixed by mark back in Oct, is hearing frequently that Openreach not providing a good service. Why should Jaden apologise for poor service from Openreach?

Hi @bt_uk, I was auto-informed today my complaint has been closed, but BT have not informed me of any resolution. I have also been sent a bill for 'termination fee' which I was re-assured I wouldn't. And I still don't have broadband. So why is the complaint closed?

  • ConinaUK 🌸🐰Helen🦄🪷 (@ConinaUK) reported

It's now been 11 days without internet connection to my home. OK we've had Christmas and New Year, but that's still a while for @bt_uk to leave me without a service I'm paying for. Guess I'm going to have to try calling them again. Sigh.

@btbusinesscare I’m afraid the local business team are supposed to be dealing with this so what point is there involving yet another department only to start another merry-go-round. As I replied - The business billing team don’t answer calls, don’t resolve the issues no one takes responsibility
