@bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@EpsomMental No wonder you are stressed out with BT. This is a disgraceful way to be treated. I ended up leaving BT after about a decade of being a loyal customer. Towards the end they did little to keep me as a customer, @bt_uk , @Ofcom.

@bt_uk Shambles of a process. Initially contacted BT to cancel my services, then went ahead & booked new supplier only to be told BT had put a ‘lock’ on the account and I needed to stop the cancellation & should of just let the new supplier do this. Now I’m paying twice for 3 weeks!

@virginmedia All I want after all these issues I’ve been having is a Wi-Fi booster provided. One I don’t have to pay for like when I was with @bt_uk. After all the things I put up with I’d say this is fair 12 days since I went live and have atrocious customer service and Internet service
