@bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk I have done that's how I know it's an openreach problem. they've tested the line and found the issue. it's all openreach causing the problem not sky. no warnings or anything 2 full days now. not good enough

@bt_uk @btsport My WiFi is down ,my ring doorbell and ring security cameras are offline I have them due to a neighbour and his friends causing trouble . I got laughed at by customer services for explaining , I have them for my safety and protection, they made death threats how’s that funny!

@bt_uk when i hit the upgrade button is says they can not do this online i need to call, i did the other day and was told that there was an issue and to try again later in the week, and for my address it says i can have 900mb, but my account only offers 300mb ?? .
