@bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @dysartes @bt_uk Yup! The issue is nuts. we moved during the pandemic in 2020. We had a delay in our move date but they cut us off (& the owners of the new house) anyway. So I rang up and threw toys at them.. but In order to get back connected (via 4g) so I could work, they needed a 2nd acc. 1/2

@bt_uk we have signed up for super fast WiFi! The engineer has come out today fitted all the cables then realised we haven’t got the hub and said it’s ok you’ll have you’re old WiFi. FF 2 hrs guess what “ NO WIFI “ No engineers available over weekend disgusting service !!!!!!!!!!
