@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Hello @bt_uk would it be possible to train your engineers to be more aware of birds nesting in roofs when they do work please? You replaced a wire at our neighbour’s house and now swifts are having trouble getting to their nesthole as the new wire blocks the way to it. Thanks
