    I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

    @Duckeenie @bt_uk yea my dads in bd21 hes had it for 3 weeks, Internet is shocking 10mbps downloads his channels pixelate. Ruined the boxing for us as a family last night, had 3 engineers, 1 didn't turn up they refuse to admit there's a issue in the area. My brother same lives on same street too

    @bt_uk please for the love of god stop cutting my internet out. Engineer home visit a month ago no issues found, not a single thing has changed since but now multiple drops daily. I cannot be arsed to spend 45 minutes on call for the same ****** outcome - “dunno what’s up soz”
