@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk ordered full fibre 900 on the 5th Dec. Engineer booked for 26th Jan. booked the day off work only for no one to show or even contact me. 2 days later I finally get through to customer care only to be told the engineer hasn’t updated their notes for today?? Not good enough!

@bt_uk Your rural broadband is shocking. For the money I pay, I expect the super fast I was promised. Honestly, carrier pigeon is quicker. Don't bother asking me to text a number again, you never sort it out.
