Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sportsโ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.
