@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

@bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk Thank you very much Sharon K, can someone else please deal with it, we have no BT entertainment channels. She altered the TV package yesterday without telling us, we need these channels back as soon as please. Surely someone else can help out with this query!

@bt_uk It's taken best part of 4 days - and me spending several hours on helpdesk calls - for BT to fail to fix my broadband, which they have themselves deactivated in error. Now told I have to wait another four days for an engineer. Appalling service.

Inept &appalling service & delivery from bt business broadband @btbusinesscare 18 days since order - still no operational broadband. Multiple broken commitments to deliver, hours spent on phone trying to resolve- still 5 days before next promised delivery- damaging my business!
