    @btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I canโ€™t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

    @btsport I keep having issues with my brother sport app, itโ€™s saying Iโ€™ve too many streams! Iโ€™m the only 1 who uses it!!

    Iโ€™m currently charged ยฃ20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sportsโ€™ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @bt_uk I canโ€™t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Iโ€™m physically disabled and itโ€™s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโ€™d never joined BT.

    @bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.

    @bt_uk We are not wasting 25 -30 minutes on the phone to speak to an advisor, you have our number on the complaint, but you dont bother calling us, we are talking to a new supplier if you dont want our business after 40 years with you then fine !!

    @bt_uk absolutely disgraceful customer service yet again from your company-not the agents fault just a dreadful system designed not to engage with paying customers leaving a 93 year old with Alzheimerโ€™s with no means of communication.
