10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

@bt_uk I am NOT a happy customer. 3rd Dec received FTTH b/band and digital voice. Landline would not receive calls. Since then been without working landline. Multiple calls later, a number porting problem. Now notified expect digital voice to start 14th JAN!!! UNACCEPTABLE.

@bt_uk We have 3 flats awaiting installation. The new engineer had 6 jobs to complete before coming to us. Our appointment was 8 until 1pm. So he was never going to get to us. My fiancé was on the phone all day trying to reschedule. Disappointed in lack of communication from enginneer

@bt_uk Hi Bt Social Media, someone from your team just called me and asked if I wanted put through to the cancellation team as they could put me through. Unfortunately the reliability of the cancellation team seems to be as bad as your broadband Wi-fi they hung up after taking the call

@bt_uk had engineer out today to fit fibre to premises but can't get cable fully through conduit and said they need to lift part of driveway dig down, clear blockage to get cable through. Does driveway not get affected? What is timeframes? all this from a sales upgrade call 🙈
