10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

@btsport Love how the BT Sports pundits, talking up the match. As if it's Real Madrid vs PSG. Real Madrid vs Chelsea, level. It really isn't. Terrible defending. No good passages, of great possession, controlled football. Just an end to end slapstick show.
-
Darren Feldman

In general, officials in matches decide too many games with poor decisions. Especially as they now have VAR to help! We can’t continue with a system where sometimes VAR gets to decide and other times they refer to the ref. Zero consistency #btsport #skysports

If that’s a penalty for Arsenal then the foul on Elanga should have been. Same old issue with refereeing (and commentary @btsport ) - no consistency #ARSMUN
