OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

It’s disgusting how @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp treat people I’ve waited over 3 months to have a line fitted to my house took the day off work today to have it fitted and they don’t turn up and don’t even tell you there not coming.

Just arrived in Lisbon, Portugal & my phone with @bt_uk #BTmobile BT mobile can’t pick up a local network. No roaming possible. No data, no calls or texts, nothing. How **** is that? The website says roam like home, they having a laugh. Bugger!

And is if that wasn't bad enough, all the time that I'm trying to cancel my broadband, the service agent kept trying to upsell me on my phone package to get even more money out of me. Maybe @BTCare could have used the extra money on some customer service training for their staff

@bt_uk I am moving house and wish to take take my fibre connection with me. I know fibre is available but BT staff keep saying computer says no. My new address is known as 3 separate addresses. This is the problem. No-one will look into why this is, 5 phone calls and getting no-where.😡

Not @bt_uk charging me triple the amount for years, crediting my account after I complain about it then having the audacity to tell me I owe them money. My internet is still absolutely dogshit btw, even after I upgraded and had an engineer come to my house to fix it. Wankers

@bt_uk Hi Catherine, no that didn’t help. The lists of countries were you can’t make calls or use data don’t include Portugal but they should. I’m here & there is no service at all. I’m using the hotel WiFi to communicate. The minute I go outside the phone is effectively dead.

@bt_uk I do and thats what I mean there are hundreds of them. So if your system can pick them up as spam from my settings why can't to pick them up coming into your network in the first place?
