    I’m currently charged Β£20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

    @bt_uk Also I have been told today on the phone there is nothing you can do for us. So we have to take the consequence for your misleading information. Absolutely not the kind of customer service I expected as a long term customer.
