@iain_mac @bluejambo1874 @btsport 100%. They highlight it then turn the volume down when they hear it from the stands. They can't have it both ways

@bt_uk Utter ridiculous service. Charged £369 in error on 23/7. I called on the same day and was told it would be refunded in 7 days. It was not. Rang again on 2/8. I was told it would refunded by today. It was not. I rang again today and the same 7 day false promise. TERRIBLE!

@bt_uk Hi I have wifi calling enabled but it's so poor I keep dropping out. I'm sitting right beside the router (new router) and I'm on a FTTP connection. Does something on my BT account need to be activated so wifi calling works?

@bt_uk To be honest I’m considering moving to @ZenInternetHelp the 300mb package I’m currently on costs less with them and is guaranteed not to go up in price. The CPI+3.9% isn’t good as you *never* increase the base cost for new customers, if anything it goes down, like it did today!

Can anyone explain why likes of @bt_uk R not able to automatically detect failure to deliver promised broadband speed? #BTBroadband #BT Apparently it’s all up to customers to realise their promised speed is crap & contact #BT. We send men to the moon but this can’t be a thing!

Jai Sullivan (@jaisullivan) reported
@bt_uk Hi, FTTP was installed early this morning, I'm still waiting for it to be activated. Not great given I am working from home. Is there anything you can do to speed this up please? An hour loss of service is acceptable when changing products, but not all day.

@bt_uk just spent ages banging head against a brick wall with chat service . So frustrating dealing with BT. In Feb I lost the will to live trying to get a 2nd Line. And Gave up Now I’m dealing with appalling broadband speeds. Promised 20Mbps Upload but stuck on 0.71Mbps

Keyan Milanian (@keybo83) reported
@bt_uk My connection is continuing to drop (again right now) and did on the *same day* your engineer visited two weeks ago but apparently I'm not entitled to compensation. So I'm paying for a service I'm not actually getting.

Cypher (@c1phermatrix) reported
@bt_uk All sorted thanks - called them direct on my lunch-hour. Resolved issue and saved on my bill. :)

Adrian Farrell 💫 (@AdrianFarrellAT) reported
@bt_uk I don't have a landline and my service provider, Utility Warehouse, effectively leases the Internet connection from BT. But BT isn't keeping their customer UW informed, which means I can't be kept up to date.

@bt_uk A form with 28 days response time isn’t good enough. A full cab is an infrastructure problem, not one that I should be penalised for. Is there an escalation contact at open reach who can solve this?
