    @bt_uk No one has called me since the fault was first reported on 23/4. I’m doing all the phoning/chasing and just getting a load of broken promises from your advisors. My custom does not appear appreciated or valued!

    @bt_uk How do you get someone to fix or investigate an issue with the Open Reach Phone Line or Socket at our flat? We are not BT customers but nobody can give us Internet services at home except Virgin, so we are stuck with them at whatever price they want to charge us :-(

    @bt_uk over a week since ‘activation day’ and still no broadband. Still no reply to the lodged complaint. Reported faults are marked as ‘fixed’. They are not. And today I’ve been billed for a service you are not providing. Unacceptable

    @bt_uk I will stay with Virgin, BT itself before and today's Sky failed to give us service, and nobody has fixed the problem with the line, I am a remote worker my job depends on the internet, utterly useless and unfair that only Virgin can provide a stable and suitable service
