@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk So Monday 6.13 pm nothing from my BT Case worker since Wednesday last week ring you tomorrow he said now Monday it has gone to highest level of complaints so no update for me the customer who has been waiting 5 months 2 weeks for internet the whole road has internet not me

@bt_uk An engineer said one of the issues was a box in the village that needs replacing but it’s not a priority for @WeAreOpenreach. One of the faults we later experienced was in this very box. Do you feed back or is this just an answering Twitter account?

@bt_uk So, 09.00pm has come and gone. No phone call to rearrange the engineer appointment. Still no explanation. This will be a very short BT contract indeed- only 5days. Such poor service and customer care.

@bt_uk No other issues and on the console when I do the test I hit about 118mbs and around the same on xbox but xbox shows I lose about 1/2% packet loss
