@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@BTCare Just lost a new customer for #BTTV by not booking aerial appointment and not saying it was renewing the contract for landline and broadband properly. Useless company but they could be so good if they tried.

@bt_uk No it doesn’t. It was installed specifically for the festival but has not been extended for the local community, meanwhile we’re on the end of a very slow and poor broadband connection.
