@bt_uk I am in need of a 3rd Wi-fi disc to solve a Wi-fi connection problem. Have logged this as a fault on 21 Feb and have a VOL ref. Can anyone check if this is being processed please?

@bt_uk but there were works being carried out by @AffinityWater outside around the time connection issues began. I also understand that @OpenreachHelp changed the telecommunications pole that links to our properties around this time too

@bt_uk I'm with BT and every single time my house phone rings my internet cuts out. When we are home schooling a poorly child with hospital telephone calls and zoom lessons it has been a real problem. Unfortunately I've had endless engineer visits and new equipment but still an issue.

@bt_uk It was resolved thanks - but my previous point stands. I don't see point of a BT status page that had no updates to the fault bar the initial confirmation of the outage - forcing end users to chase individually isn't good use of time.

@bt_uk Yes but we see the whirling circle of doom regular and computer errors saying ‘poor connection’ and then ten minutes later ‘your connection has been restored’. Happy to wait the 10 (now 8 days) but finding this difficult. #workingfromhome
