@KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

@bt_uk I am now heading into my 3rd week with no router. 1st one never showed up and was told yesterday I would have a 2nd one sent out and would arrive today. Still no router. I am not paying my bill for a service I cannot use. I work from home and this is making it hard for me.

@bt_uk So on hold for 22 minutes to an 0800 number and no answer for 3rd day. Think I’ll just cancel the direct debit and chuck the router in the bin
