@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@mike_privett @bt_uk The problem is how the Broadband gets to the property. The last bit for us is fibre, but much of it is old copper cable, hence the appalling service (considering we live on the edge of a large town).

@bt_uk No idea why these companies allow replies to adverts because everytime the response is those with an axe to grind. I mean no one ever will say look been a BT customer for so many years now, everything is fine. The size of BT there must be thousands upon thousands

@marcjon9 @bt_uk I’ve had the same issue - promised a call back last Monday between 9 and 10am to discuss a complaint. I’m still waiting for it. But in meantime they’ve closed my complaint without any resolution. I spent 1h 20 reopening it today, & they’ve now closed it again after doing nothing!

@MikeyR20 @btsport @espnplayer I think the late EPL and Serie A games pretty much mean Sky/BT are never going to relinquish their deathgrips. Using BT as an example because they would be a sensible company to court to buy the rights, fwiw

BT Sport really need to be investigated ! I can’t remember the last time one of their games didn’t have some sort of technical issue. Usually it’s the audio broken and out of sync, today it’s a frozen picture, and now no commentary or graphics. @btsport @btsportfootball
