@RealDMitchell @ObsNewReview This is just ridiculous, no consideration for the elderly and disabled in all of this. Not everyone uses broadband, or mobile phones for this matter @bt_uk and for those that do have mobiles they may be in an area where the signal is poor, or who have pay as you go, no credit.

Just had a shocking customer service experience with @skytv. Only wanted to add @btsport to the TV package for my mother and the rude and hateful individual on the phone is making me concern cancelling the whole service.

@bt_uk why after 6 months of me complaining and you blaming @OpenreachHelp does it transpire they have never had a complaint about my situation? And you say you are doing everything in your power , open reach have never had my complaints highlighted 6 months no service ?.

Come on @btsport I series linked MotoGP to watch the MotoGP races the box has recorded every session except the MotoGP race. Rossi's last race and the stupid box fails to record. Why do I pay for this.

@bt_uk I had to work today and your crappy TV service has failed to record Vale's final race I am really really annoyed I dont know how you can possibly make up for this, totally unacceptable, rubbish, garbage service - please contact me
