@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@bt_uk I’ve had BT broadband for years, I updated to fibre in October, great service, but I already pay over £50 a month, so don’t expect me to pay another £10 a month for this ! It should be included in the price.

@bt_uk No it’s 11.14pm and I am totally fed up with the way BT treat a loyal customer unable to resolve their own mistakes. I will contact the values team in the morning and ask why. You really need to review your procedures to ensure these issues are resolved at point of contact
