@bt_uk It's not something that can be fixed though. It's just the only connection you can offer me. Brand new apartment, moved away from the countryside to a town and I have slower Internet. Haven't had Internet this slow in over 10 years. What do you propose I do?

@bt_uk Switched to your provider. Equipment never arrived -now I have no internet. Called customer service’s twice. Both times on hold for 20 minutes after speaking to someone then disconnected TWICE Shockingly bad service ....Unprofessional.

@bt_uk Engineer never showed up for an install today, and now I've been waiting an hour and 10 minutes on the phone to find out why. Absolutely unacceptable, I've no idea what I'm meant to do now.

@KatHerridge @bt_uk Definitely a timing issue, the hub wasn’t sent out until Thursday and now it’s still stuck in Yorkshire DC.. and I work from home and need the blinking internet! And now a night of ‘normal’ telly 😭🤞crossed for us both 🥲
