  @DanielZeichner We have been waiting nearly 7 months for internet access at our modular homes, with repeated missed deadlines and broken promises from @bt_uk and @openreachhelp. Result: huge costs for charity, digital exclusion for our residents. Can you help?

  Here we go again ! BT gone down again. @bt_uk I have bt halo with fibre 3 with a promise of connection . I have the mini hub that was given to me last time but who do you contact to get it up and running ??? BT APP doesn’t tell you. Bloody useless ?

  @bt_uk His son is sorting it and he will be thorough. Just wanted people to know what a scummy company you still are. He was the type of man who stayed with the old providers through out, a customer from day one. My wife used to work for BT and saw enough people get fired for slamming

  I'm waiting for a BT engineer to fix my noisy landline. Booked for between 1-6 pm today. Just checked fault history to find 'Engineer Visit Complete' at 1.03pm! Amazing....no engineer called at house to check..... phone line still noisy! Waste of time. @bt_uk

  @bt_uk On top of that, my complaints are closed without ever being resolved. Your customer service chat keeps me on for 1hr but doesn’t add details to the complaint ticket despite saying they would..

  @bt_uk is it possible for an existing customer to upgrade to 100 meg fibre? My only options look to be 500 or 900 which is way more than I need
