    @bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    If @bt_uk tries to insist your router is broken (when actually the network is down) DO NOT accept their new router unless you enjoy your tv stream constantly buffering….

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    @DandG_Global because of you I'm now in arrears with @bt_uk who are charging me 53.99 an month for board band and BT tv box we never plugged in....@GMB start looking at what you have 2 large organisation hit me twice in a month.....im fuming
