Email from @bt_uk saying sorry you're leaving us. I am not moving! Call BT. They cancel it. They flag my account. Say someone must have put in my address by mistake. BT claim all sorted now. Yet same thing exact thing happens next day. And the next. Please stop this madness!!!

@bt_uk I had everything cancelled& ready to leave u due to the service or lack of.This was after 1.5hrs of call yesterday&even a call back from 'a manager' re my complaint. I received a call this morning from Joe in the Enniskillen team. 12mins 38 secs and I'm happy to stay.

The only solution @bt_uk have is to call them every day and cancel the move until the other party gives up. But I'm welcome to contact @Ofcom !

@FreeCheIsFinest @SkySports @btsport Both are as bad as each other. Champions of Europe - the least we should have got is Monday Night Football FFS. Only country/top league where the money comes first.

@bt_uk BT care about their customers and REALLY know how to retain them! Still in contract with BT = Moving House = BT Charging us £330 because we want to transfer to Sky as they are cheaper! We will leave as soon as we can and NEVER return to BT. 😡

@bt_uk Hello, re: the above an engineer this morning has identified a broken cable in the building, he will raise a request for someone else fix the cable but may take some time. Wondering if possible for bt to arrange delivery of something like a temporary 4g / mini hub in interim?
