@bt_uk I have had a similiar problem. I have lost access to critical information on both my talk21 accounts. When I contacted BT the adviser was not helpful and could not resolve my issue yesterday even after 45 minutes on the phone. kindly advise urgently

@bt_uk Internet came back on Tuesday . Landline still doesn’t work. Was booked for engineer to come round yesterday between 1 and 6 to resolve. They never turned up. 👍
