@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk 2 weeks on no broadband . Pole taken down on street. Promised to resolve by 8th Nov as per email yet nothing. Paid £40 on top of bill for two weeks worth of online Wi-Fi. Can you 1. Let me know when issue in se6 1pp will be fixed and 2. A replacement dongle if it won’t be fixed.

@bt_uk Have a vulnerable older person. Land Line, no WiFi and due to poor mobile phone coverage no access to a phone. Please contact urgently. Have tried Fault line and it’s all automated. They waited in all day for a repair and no one came.

@bt_uk - you've really excelled yourselves ... switched the village's WiFi off for nearly 4 days, reinstated it ahead of schedule but it's slow, it drops out, it buffers, you can't run speed tests and guess what ... your 'bot' says it's working perfectly! Do you really care? 🤬

absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk £443 taken from our bank account saying we’ve cancelled our contract when we clearly haven’t, was promised compensation last month and we’re still waiting. Very poor.
