@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk It used to be global cooling back in the 70's-80's, then they realisedtheir BS wasn't adding up so they started to call it global warming in the 90's-00's. Now the lying scum have opted for "climate change" because they can never be wrong because the climate will always change.

@bt_uk you are clearly not dementia friendly. I can not seem to get my dad connected. He has dementia & needs connectivity for his kit to help him manage. He has been a BT customer since you were formed. He is a paying customer but you do not seem to be able to connect him. Help!
