@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

People. If @EE try and sell you @bt_uk stay well clear! They sell you what you DONT ask for, get you to cancel old package then palm you off when you want to speak to them because its all wrong. Cant find the call when they know they are guilty of mis-selling. Convenient that

@bt_uk Ran out of patience with BT around a month ago, having been passed from advisor-advisor-advisor for constant ongoing problems, usually caused by incompetent BT staff. No offence to you, but my experience with probably 20 different staff leaves me believing you won't resolve this

@bt_uk I've removed, reinstalled, restarted etc but nothing. It's got to be a server issue at your end. BT email isn't working on my phone or tablet. Gmail is fine on the Samsung app on both.

@bt_uk why aren't @bt_uk complying with the regulation? You say ‘your service provider must reply'....we know you aren't to either me or my husband, we’ve requested our PAC multiple times. Any thoughts @Ofcom ?
