@nsandihelp Have found a solution to the problem. Our @bt_uk line restricts international calls. We unrestricted it, and your call then came through. Why are your calls coming from abroad?

@ring_uk after waiting days to receive my ring doorbell from @bt_uk the thing does not work. Cannot begin to explain how infuriating this is, after spending 10 hours waiting for the battery to charge & now it’s too late to ring support. SO ANNOYING Is this gonna continue?

@bt_uk I have been speaking to someone Nicola and had an engineer out but because I have more than the bt recommend 10 devices connected that's why it's slow a lot of the time now but a month ago and year before was fine

@Sannieholic But unfortunately I can't watch it bc I don't have a way anymore since I don't have btsport anymore and that's I used to watch European football including from Spain, France, Italy and Germany, its sucks 😭

Absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk Wifi and tv installed 4 weeks ago and not once have either worked all day. Two engineers have just not turned up this week. Complaints constantly closed without resolution. When will this be fixed? #BTfail
