  @SkyUK I'm happy I left. @SkyUK took 2 years to fix a line fault? I wouldn't say that was award winning. I now pay a little extra to @bt_uk and receive a fantastic service. It never goes below the speeds I pay for, and it works!

  @bt_uk Another display of Bt incompetence.. waiting for over 4 months for my Neighbour to get a connection from my land. 4 appointments booked by them to come out and do connection 4 no shows. Really poor show and they still have to do it...pathetic.

  Mental that the Arsenal Everton game isn't on TV in the UK tomorrow. @SkySportsPL @btsport and Amazon are doing such a poor job. Away in australia last week I was sat in a bar with every 3pm kick off on the tvs around me. Sort it out @premierleague

  @bt_uk Another engineer turned up today trying to sort my fault that makes 12 now in under 12 months STILL couldn't fix the fault tried blaming the wifi box strange as its brand new another one is coming friday maybe 13 will be my lucky number

  @bt_uk Would you like an easier question, it's quite simple, are you increasing what you pay your suppliers by the same % that you are increasing charges to customers a simple yes or no will help me to decide whether to stay with you or to cancel my contract
