@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk As expected my parents have still no internet or landline after being assured yet again that it was a priority. The online chat service is just sending me round in circles answering the same question and the helpline has referred me to the text service!!

@bt_uk Unfortunately whatever has caused the fault has taken out the BT WiFi hotspot too. I have limited phone signal. How long does it have to be down before you'll supply a 4G alternative?
