@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk @swainson09 Just had a lazy engineer call and say he isn’t coming because the whole area is down and won’t be fixed until 30/9. You’re website reports no such faults. 😡

@virginmedia Today I have been told that installation will take 2 more months! This is just insane customer service- I am trying bring it forward by a few days and you are trying to delay it by months! Phew!! Hope @bt_uk can help?

@bt_uk What the actual flying **** is happening to the service in my area? Are you having Instalcom yanking on cabinets degraded “unsettled” copper cables feeding homes? Oh, yeah, that’s something else. Have your engineers actually say it’s beyond their knowledge instead of lying
