@bt_uk customer service is a total joke. My parents have had no service since 18th Feb and despite countless calls to the fault team and a guarantee that issue would be fixed today. Nothing. Fuming is an understatement.

Spoke to tech team who ordered a new router. 10mins after the call ended everything came back to life. So I called to cancel the order. Was told that’s not possible I need to post the router back. Is that true? @BTCare

@bt_uk why nobody in your Customer Service can’t provide correct details about cancellation fees and even afraid to introduce themself? James from Bradford ? This is how you train your staff ? Clearly at your websites states that you taking your costs and VAT etc

Hello @bt_uk I'm trying to organise a PAC code however my call was eventually disconnected following a long period on hold. I'm unable to request the code via MyBT for an unknown reason, could you please advise on the best route to fix this?
