@Dan_Simmonite @TheVanaramaNL It's not as if anyone else has ability to produce highlights - except BTSport who confirmed they have no issues with releasing on a sunday after their highlights show on Saturday evening. And @TheVanaramaNL despite being in meetings with us, cant explain why the embargo needed.

Yet another day without a resolution and with a good measure of discrimination being called "Sir" by the attendant. I never changed my title from Ms so no excuses. Apparently the Friday engineer just buggered off and never completed my order. Thank you @bt_uk !

Hi @BTCare my WiFi keeps dropping out probably due to my antique hub. How do I get a new one as my new devices are struggling to connect now. No issue with the line, it’s literally just dropping connections.

@bt_uk @itf I rang BT and spoke to a lad who who marked the hub as returned, told me I could throw it away, he wasn't bothered, then tried to renew my contract under the guise of helping me to avoid a price rise. No apologies. Awful customer service.

@bt_uk hello, how do I cancel bt sport without calling? There’s no option to cancel on “your products”
