Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk hi, my elderly disabled housebound mother in law has a fault with her house phone line, been told it can’t be fixed until 3rd of Jan. She is very frail due to a stroke, and prone to falls, so her house phone is only way to alert help. Can anything be done quicker please?
