Mike Rose (@RaveofRavendale) reported@SimoRoth @bt_uk I didn't include it here, but they also slapped an extra £150 on the first bill saying it was for "installation costs". When I questioned it they said "there were issues with installing the line so we had to charge you more" and I said "no there wasn't?" and they said "oh ok sry"

Darren Hayward (@Hatward) reported@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk I went through a similar issue with 3. I spent months trying to resolve it with them with no luck. Eventually took it to the Ombudsman and it was sorted in two weeks.

Jason Hughes (@DrBaldo) reported@bt_uk Yesterday line went dead (no dial tone), raised fault and it's back. I missed important meetings (no BB) and it was stressful as estimated fix was 3-4 days! I have Halo but no mention of 4G hub from you. Am I meant to have one on standby or do you courier for each fault?
