@bt_uk I've spoken previously about Internet cutting out and such but had no joy, though given this extensive area outage I would hope in the least for some form of compensation. I would be glad to pass details on if you need them.

@bt_uk Customer service has been totally non-existent and I’ve to chase all the time. I explained I can’t take calls - as network so bad - and asked for email this am re: arrival time. Have better things to be doing with my time.

@bt_uk Can't create a BT ID, you guys up to something? E00075: Bad Request (400) - was returned by a downstream system. User Reference is REF20220219-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Got a timeframe to fix this? (A 502 is better returned to the client here btw 🤓 )
