    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

    @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me ยฃ26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

    @bt_uk Hi BT. I'm eligible for BT Home Essentials, but I'm not a BT or EE customer. I need to apply online as I can't use the phone due to a disability. I can't find an online application for new customers. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks. @Ofcom
