@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk Morning. Been trying to sort out my broadband package but was cut off 3 times while going through the automated system (as soon as I select broadband queries)! Info and offers obvs inadequate online. I have to do this every year. How do I get to customer service?! Thx.

@skytv, @btsport is crap! Our WiFi constantly drops out and if 3 or more devices are connected, everything freezes. Fed up. If I switch to you guys, how many devises can we link to the WiFi? We are NHS staff that occasionally work from home so reliable broadband is essential. Ta

@bt_uk we have an broadband outage in the village I live in, we know the fault is at the exchange, approc 30 houses affected, people have registered the fault and we are being sent individual engineers to each house rather than the one who could repair the exchange.

@bt_uk My BT broadband order is 33 days overdue, worse service combined I’ve ever had to endure from BT & Open reach. Completely cut my @SkyUK BB off leaving me with nothing till the 23rd. Not good enough and now unable to work last evening and today and over the weekend.

@bt_uk I wish to cancel my TV subscription this is impossible online and BT insist on calling. However you state: "Our call centres are very busy" I do not wish to distract a BT call centre rep from dealing with a vulnerable customer. Insistence on calling totally unreasonable.
