@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@NortonSupport ... not being well I'm needing to lie down and get up every time this happens. It's not an issue with pop ups on my pc. It's an issue with Norton. I hope @bt_uk change provider or fix this as looking online lots of people have exact same complaint.

@bt_uk Thanks - but the largest internet provider in the UK -bad 🥲🥲! Aaron Toor is dealing with this in executive resolutions and can only get a reply openreach every 24hrs to respond - with no explanation or plan - 3 adults working from home and a school children @OpenreachHelp help

@bt_uk Yes, my partner trying to find out how much would cost as we moving together and we don’t want to pay for two broadbands. Unfortunately customer service is not helpful at all.

So it turns out that @bt_uk are utterly stupid. Send out a survery asking how my BT service is, and then only ask about BT Broadband (which I don't and would never use). Furthermore, they STILL (after being told repeatedly) haven't corrected the spelling of my name. Incompetence.

@bt_uk no Internet in some of Ct1 area of Canterbury since last night. Told it's an outage but no update on how long the fix. Come on we need broadband to work from home!

@bt_uk .No internet since 23rd Feb, 1st engineer out 5th March and couldn't fix, 2nd engineer ment to come out today 9th March(no show). Called up and found out he wasn't even booked,shocking when i recieved 3 messages today saying that engineer richard will see you soon

@bt_uk how do I make a complaint about the state of the installation your “engineers” left at my house when installing my fibre broadband? An answer would be nice as your website is less than useful in this regard.
