@bt_uk Of course it didnt! The TV box isn't that good! Had to illegally stream it & even that the quality was poor because BT Broadband in the house is slightly worse than when we had Virgin Media

@bt_uk No landline since last Fri, intermittent broadband, meant to be fixed Weds 2nd. Every time I speak to call centre staff, different info given. Still no fix. How do I work from home??!

@bt_uk second appointment no show so far but tech experts. One was due on 28th to connect. Box is now not working spent hour online been without tv since. Time to say #goodbye hello sky?
