@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

The only issue with watching #AUSvIND on @btsport is that some of the graphics e.g tables etc are not shown, so you don't know what the commentators are on about Going to have to switch to @FoxCricket

@bt_uk We were going to switch to BT but we got a better deal elsewhere so we cancelled the order we placed the same day, less than 2 hours later, even though we never used the service it still shows as an account we opened then closed on my credit report? How do I get this fixed
