@bt_uk @rob_sims1982 BT - you are shocking! Moved away from you nearby 3 years ago and it was the best decision. Now got high speed broadband and no issues. Which is good as I am home working. Gone are the days of BTs connection regularly dropping and the company doing NOTHING!!

@TomDGreen @btsport Before I'd even turned the TV on I got a message from (neutral) mate, who said "who ******** is this woman on BT sport". Whilst watching it, my wife, who isn't a football fan commented a number of times that "this woman is awful". Jacqui O defending a woman on comms- shocker!

@bt_uk Customer service is truly horrific! Got rid after my speed kept dropping below 8Mbps, I was paying for 70 odd! Wouldn't go back with BT even if they promised me I'd grow a 10inch ****, and gave Jessica Rabbit to stick it in.
