    @btsport Thank you for ceasing screen mirroring from April. Even now there is so much lag when watching the matches on the screen (mirrored from phone with the fastest WiFi) @Apple did the same by slowing down phones. Well done, you have lost another customer. #FACup #ShameOnYou

    @bt_uk Hello BT. I’ve just got fibre with you. Engineer came yesterday all ok but my router hasn’t arrived and Royal Mail tracking don’t show it anywhere other than not having been delivered. I rescheduled it for yesterday but it didn’t arrive. Can you help, please? TY.
