    @bt_uk No not slow speeds but on occasions at 02:30-04:00 it’s like something is being updated as the blue router light for a short moment and flashes before reconnecting. Wondering if it’s an update being done on your end? Thanks

    @btsport I purchased wrestle mania last night to watch on Sky. Clearly I wasnt going to stay up all night. Now I can’t access it or watch it anywhere else. It’s ridiculous?! Can you please help?

    @bt_uk.... 8 days with no interner down and still no resolution in sight. Well over 12 hours spent on the phone trying to get it sorted. Endless promises of engineers and expert call backs... None of which have materlialised. Every time im call im told a different storey.

    @bt_uk Going to cancel my £100 per month account tomorrow. Can see why people are leaving BT. Why should I do all the work. Replied to text and tried to raise online

    @bt_uk They’ll send a text but then charge you. Shameful. I notified them yesterday about loss of service, but they replied this morning saying it’s fixed. It isn’t. Their digital/chatbot/made-up responses are shocking. Try finding someone to speak to! No chance. 3rd time in a year!

    @bt_uk This is ridiculous. It’s hard to log into Wi-Fi when broadband isn’t working and your site/details are so hard to find. I’ve raised this issue already but will NOT put acct details on here. Do u really expect me to, chatbot?
