@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Thoroughly disgusted with @bt_uk. I was told to place my order to secure a discount & that had 14 days to cancel it all. Now told, less then 48 hours later, that I can't! Then they ask if I want to move my TV to them? WHAT?!

@bt_uk why is there no phone number to contact someone for technical support?? The text service doesn’t work as we were waiting in all day for an engineer to show up during their agreed time but they didn’t show! How do we find out why??? Your customer service is appalling!

@btsport commentator asking "Is that full time?", and he is meant to be in the stadium! Pretty poor between him and Peter Walton. The panel with Rio, Cole and Hargreaves is pretty poor too. If it wasn't a monopoly, no one would pay for @btsport #CHEBVB
