@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk why is it taking 8 days to reconnect phone and broadband in the IP19 area? We have no 4G signal indoors so are having to go outside to make calls. Why call it guaranteed broadband it’s ridiculous?

@bt_uk is there ever a time when your call centre isn’t “extremely busy” and the wait is less than 30 minutes!! I’d probably look at employing more people before you lose more customers due to your service
