    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @bt_uk Thanks I will put in a complaint about the cooling off period being sent to the wrong person as it’s not the billing account and my husband may be let in from the garden at some point! He will never make this mistake again. The dog house is very cold at this time of year!

    @bt_uk James there is no point we don’t have the cables down here to provide faster broadband and we are paying for fibre broadband. I am fuming my husband was sold a 36 month contract and now we are stuck because the confirmation email was sent to my daughter so I couldn’t cancel!

    So I sent @BTCare feedback on how terrible their service is... They apparently understood this as "my fault has been fixed and I'm happy!!!!" 🙄

    @bt_uk No the issue wasn’t resolved. I answered the call within a few seconds but they hung up right away and made no attempt to call again. If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

    So, I contact @btbusinesscare about the fact the cancellation of my web hosting has not been done. What do they do? They cancel my @Office365 account, an account I specifically asked them NOT to cancel... 😠😠😠😠

    @bt_uk 7th day in a row now with my broadband going off for hours! Groundhog Day! 2 years now of intermittent poor service. Glad I’m paying for 8mb and getting 3mb for 7 hours as day
