@bt_uk BT promised they would add no cancellation charge to my account as they had been completely unable to give me functioning internet!! Despite four home visits by the technicians! Finally managed to cancel and I have been hit with a £200 cancellation charge?!? Terrible by BT!!!

@bt_uk Managed to get one today as only just realised I could do this as a BT customer, thank you! Also still looking for an Xbox series x will I still be able to get a voucher for that or was it a choice between ps5 or Xbox?

@bt_uk That 4G 'backup' service 'just in case', well EVERY customer MUST have to rely on that. If your service was any good, then you would not need the 'backup' 4G. That is the reality. I am not grateful to have it. I should not need it.
