@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk We have an issue… it’s shot up to 99+ hours left. My speed tests always come back fine but they’re not reflected on streaming and downloading
