@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I pay over £80 a month for sky sports, bt sports and internet.. can’t watch any football because the 3pm games aren’t televised.. what ******** am I paying for!! Day light robbery.. subscription cancelled!! @SkySports @btsport

This lady reading out the full time scores is bloody awful. She’s clueless. She said Sheff Wed beat Plymouth despite the graphic clearly saying it’s a latest score. And she doesn’t read the home/away teams in the correct order. Come on @btsport get it sorted. @btsportscore

@bt_uk Have now got a reply after you have incorrectly taken £369 from my elderly, disabled mother’s bank account and will not refund it for 7 days. Nothing you can do! A dreadful way to treat your customers.
