@bt_uk I’m trying to set up fibre broadband at my new residence but keep getting the “we’re sorry: we can’t take your order at the moment” with a number to call. I was hoping to sort out the order online so I could use topcashback and I’m confused as to what the issue is.

Shocking quality of your products today, stream quality is crap and Internet is slow. My payment for these services however is not, sort it out @PrimeVideo @bt_uk

@IMBEINGALERT @bt_uk I’ve always found with BT that individuals are usually good: but in the system you are just a number, and just a number in a system until it reaches the right persons desk. Give the support a call; if the can’t help they will pass you up or arrange a call back.

@rioferdy5 Really appreciate your honesty in telling it straight on @btsport yesterday. Regardless what team you support, it's clear to see that #WestBrom was robbed a penalty. For Scholes to say otherwise, when Peter Walton said it should've been awarded, shows his clear bias. #MUNWBA

@bt_uk I've come back to BT, good service now re broadband. But AS EVER the email is entirely impossible to use. Why? It was same last time, the worst email experience on the Internet. Impossible also to get help but repeated emails to Gmail urging me to use it or lose it

Glad I paid for the Liverpool match, this after @bt_uk decided to cancel my Sky account with no actual explanation!!!! Off to Sky I reckon

Previous moan saw @bt_uk trying to convince me that, despite all evidence to the contrary, internet speed to my humble abode was good. Now even Amazon prime is telling me I can’t watch the rugby because the internet speed is too slow. What now @bt_uk?

@SkyHelpTeam Have done. On Friday I was told an engineer would be with me on Sat. That didn’t happen. Spent 2 hrs on phone yesterday and was told an engineer would come today, that didn’t happen. Earliest is 26th. Service has been shocking. Look at @bt_uk who can guarantee faster speeds
