@bt_uk It says no faults but the SMS service says there is no service associated with the number we are given. The internet outage websites seem to say issues in DE21 so it's not clear

@denkmit I agree entirely. I am a BTSport subscriber and have to go searching around on BTSport Extra channels to find the MotoE coverage. It’s an unacceptable position for the main broadcaster to treat the series this way.

@bt_uk Does that go for broadband too please? I've had an engineer and a new router and the Wi-Fi is awful! I paid more for BT and it's awful again!

@bt_uk The engineer found no fault and said the issue was the router it discs. I received a new router but the WiFi still lags and doesn't reach all rooms. Had loads of issues initially, been working ok for months but since July it's driven us bonkers.
