my @bt_uk is absolutely crap again I'm paying for 32mbps, today lucky to get 13mbps and getting error messages 'unable to play @NetflixUK , BT Broadband must be the Spectrum rubber keys of the 21st century, you cough or fart it crashes

@bt_uk Apparently you've got problems in the Dudley area at the moment with the Exchange affecting multiple different broadband customers? Any updates or ETA on a fix please?

@btbusinesscare We arepaying for a service that we are not getting. It is mow a week without broadband a quarter of our month. Who do I go for my compensation.

@bt_uk just had fttp fitted today. Was working fine all evening and is now showing a red light. Have reset the ONT but nothing. Any problems known in the cm13 area please.
