@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@CyberKevinJones @btsport @bt_uk That's cool! BBC showed a football match over VR a few years ago. I watched it using a PSVR headset. You could either watch from a virtual corporate box type thing, or a view from the stands. It was limited by the PSVR low resolution, but was an interesting way to watch it!

@btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

Seriously @bt_uk is the absolute worst! I have never had such bad service. Hours on hold, days of disruption to my work, promises to be called back with no one actually calling and still no Fiber - seriously I might just swap back and bill them for the damage to the house
