@bt_uk can you find out why I've not had any fibre optic since 9am today? It also cut out for 30 mins last night around 11pm and least week Tuesday it was down for 6 hours. It's unaccapetble for the service to be going down at least once a week!

@bt_uk So @BTSopenreach @bt_uk have cancelled our engineer visit twice over the course of the weekend because we are apparenting accessing the min req service. Just to be clear, we currently have no broadband. (1)

@bt_uk what they mean is they want mind control . law upon law upon law , suppression is what it is . How many people do they want in jail for expressing . The jails are now overflowing , UK the worst in Europe

@09Denno @bt_uk @skytv They’re absolutely awful mate. Just thankfully they cancelled with no charge. No admission of their fault or apology. I will never use them again, that’s for sure! Just going to get a good broadband deal I think for the amount we watch TV!

@bt_uk Well we were trying to fix the internet connection, but even though she disconnected, it looks like it’s been fixed now. I did text for another advisor but didn’t get any response.
