@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk your service has seriously declined over the past 6 months. Every day channels are unavailable for no reason. Recordings stop & start all the time making them not worth watching. I've tried restart process many times. Can you sort this out or should I change provider?

@bt_uk Hi Laura. Sorry, I ended up speaking to an agent on live chat. The issue hasn't been resolved but I've escalated it with a complaint. As you can see from responses in this thread it's a common issue and I don't think BT have worked out the fix.
