@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk It came back up when the power came back and then went down 1/2 hour later. No broadband no BTTV no land line since the stupid VoIP "upgrade" and a ropy H+ mobile signal

@bt_uk I have. It says no known issues. I've reset the router multiple times, still slow and less than 10% of the speed I'm PAYING for!
