@bt_uk Still no internet or response to my previous Tweet. Been down since Friday afternoon. An ad has just been on tv for BT unbreakable internet which is laughable. Why is it taking so long to fix? Is it being fixed remotely or at an exchange near my home?

@bt_uk Enough of your fake concern on twitter for optics. We were over an hour and half on hold for the majority of time being sent to from one staff to the next. We have informed you within the 30days sp stop over charging for a BB speed service you could deliver in the first place.

My @bt_uk Broadband down. Again. Can't use it to work from home. Again. Openreach unavailable until next week. Again. I live 25 miles from Scotland's biggest city. Why is fibre not available? Didn't @theSNP promise it would be Scotland-wide by now? So fed up with this country.
