@virginmedia This is literally the worst customer service. I have been hung up on 5 times by your cancellation team over the past hour. This is on top of you constantly pushing back the installation date so @bt_uk sorted us out within 2 days. You are a joke.

@bt_uk Was promised on the 1st July and yet again the promise was broken. Had a call from BT this morning, couldn’t answer the phone so left a message to say they would phone back on Tuesday. This is beyond ridiculous now!

I’ve changed to @bt_uk because sky internet are not providing fibre and the reception on the tv is appalling. Can’t even watch BBC northwest or ITV NW. The signal quality for ITV Wales is 58% and BBC comes up as a fault. No other options to view another region. In Liverpool

The incompetence of @bt_uk purchase premium broadband and end up with sub standard service and intermittent broadband. They cant even get my address correct. Are the other competitors this bad?
