@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk Not impressed either I have work in the morning and will not get paid if I can’t work due toBT. Engineer is coming out tomorrow but not in time for me to be able to work. Very disappointing been with a few internet providers and never had to have an engineer sent out mid contract
