@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@mrjakehumphrey Before I say anything. All clubs have SOME fans. But away fans singing (in a a Christmas tune) “feed the scousers” or “sign on, sign on” is pretty grim. Been going on for years. Maybe a bit of coverage on @btsport across any ground might help.

@bt_uk I can’t believe how you treat your clients. I been with you for years for my house and my business paying almost £100 per month , always in time. When the flat above my shop decide to have broadband you just decide to cancel my broadband, charging £600 for early termination fee

@bt_uk i don’t have security camera on , no telephone, no internet on the computers , no internet on the tablets, my business is having trouble because of you unprofessional! Also I have conversations and proofs where you say that it was your fault , that you get wrong … but nothing..

@bt_uk Somehow I don't think by chopping down trees in the Baltic states and burning them instead of coal is going to help much! I thought trees were the answer! The lungs of the earth. Don't they take carbon dioxide and turn it in oxygen and plant material?
