    @btsport when will you sort your app out. Have no issues with any other streaming services except yours. Always buffering and crashing. It’s ridiculous

    @bt_uk is there ever a time when your call centre isn’t “extremely busy” and the wait is less than 30 minutes!! I’d probably look at employing more people before you lose more customers due to your service

    So @btsport take TWO lots of £25 off me and when i ring up - oh we are too busy go away yea real way to treat your customers bunch of freaking clowns. So not only are leeds losing i cant even watch them and get the service i paid for 😡😡

    @bt_uk yea they sure are aren't they i sent you a dm 3 months ago still no answer, now i need to pay you 400 quid for something that i did not want but you shoved it down my throat anyway good job, now keep all your services as i don't want them.

    @bt_uk I got a new router today after I’ve had problems with the old one, but this still hasn’t solved the issue! I’ve been offline for 7 weeks now and I need to it to study my a-levels. Your service is getting really ridiculous now.
