@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk we’ve had problems with the internet since 3:30pm today. Tried reconnecting/resetting. Apparently won’t be fixed until the 8th June. Any work being done around the Salisbury area which might be the cause??

Hi @bt_uk. Any idea how much longer the engineers you never said would be working in our area will take to reinstate the intenet you never warned us would be turned off today please, I'd quite like to do some work. I was told by the engineers 1 hour max this morning. Still off

@andysc @bt_uk I'll start building the tower and put a transmitter on it for you. Not sure if it will reach but sure others along the way can amplify the signal.
