@bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ @bt_uk Trevor are you insane. Nothing on my BT fibre is working. All ring cameras are offline but the router is Blue. I can’t even open your help info without flicking onto 4G - sort it out

  • greg9rovers Greg Wallace (@greg9rovers) reported

@bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ Hi Trevor, there are hundreds, maybe thousands that are having issues. Rebecca texting fix isn't going to solve the problem is it? Why not investigate before responding with your cookie cutter response?

  • ree_bec_kahh_ Rebecca/Roo (@ree_bec_kahh_) reported

@bt_uk It's a DNS issue, about 50 people have tweeted that. If we can figure it out why can't you? (Sorry to be rude but when something isn't working and you straight up say there's no issues people will be angry)

  • NathanC17800024 Nathan Clements (@NathanC17800024) reported

@bt_uk FIX BAD ROUTE TO AWS PLEASE

  • LeeMarkDavies Lee Davies (with an e) (@LeeMarkDavies) reported

Hi @bt_uk Do you have a local Zoom problem at the moment? Absolutely everything is working fine with my WiFi, except I cannot get Zoom on laptop app or web browser, but can if I disconnect WiFi and use data hotspot. Tried rebooting router etc.

@ree_bec_kahh_ @bt_uk Same issue for Playstation network. Bt broadband

  • DiscoDan18 DiscoDan (@DiscoDan18) reported

@bt_uk @greg9rovers Nat type failing on PS5, I've also been having problems with my Xbox stuck on moderate Nat type for the last week or so.

  • PedroDans1 Pedro Dans (@PedroDans1) reported

@damiendavis @bt_uk Adding Google's DNS 8.8.8.8 to your connection seems to workaround the problem.

  • af_tout Amber Tout (@af_tout) reported

@bt_uk @ionCube It's a server-specific issue not a connection issue – I can access many websites (including this one!) – it seems to be specific to certain servers i.e., Zoom.
