    @bt_uk I am fuming!! I had seen this tweet got my code and logged on the queue to get onto the shop at 4:04am I have a screenshot of this and every 30 mins I have a screenshot for evidence I was on the queue I got onto the site for 6:26am after waiting up tired and website doesnt work!

    @bt_uk You sold and installed connectivity in a business before actually having the fibre as ready for service. Cue a month of running 4G and borked phone service.

    @bt_uk That 4G 'backup' service 'just in case', well EVERY customer MUST have to rely on that. If your service was any good, then you would not need the 'backup' 4G. That is the reality. I am not grateful to have it. I should not need it.

    @bt_uk Day 27 since BT trashed my drive instead of laying cable down flowerbed. No accountability. Loose cable. Open duct. BT incapable of dealing with this.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph I have tried to speak with your customer services team several times to understand why the speed is now lower and get this fixed, but I am not getting helped. I have had occasions where service people have hang up on me; I was promised somebody would call back,

    @bt_uk I'm back! So internet started to lose connection. Rang BT. Were meant to ring back about making an appt with an engineer. Didn't. But connection came back for a good few hrs. Now hub is a solid orange & BT website doesn't recognise my login details. Can u tell me what this means?

    @alex123abcd @bt_uk Their app, website & broadband login are all off. Rang 151,left mobile number so could test landline, it rang back within mins, telling me option this, option 1 for update,to tell me they're bloody opening hours!!! @bt_uk are a joke! Still waiting on a refund from last time off!
