@bt_uk shocking service, just held on 45 minutes to discuss why Bt tv isn’t working yet again. Third week in a row, spoke to a lady in Dundee, who hung up on me and hadn’t rung back, when she failed to rectify the fault. Still no Tv.

@bt_uk 1/2 Rang today to ask for an engineer to go around but was told she would be charged. I also asked to speak to someone to complain but was told that I would be told the same. I am unable to help physically as I live 250 miles away. Contacted Ofcom registered a complaint

@bt_uk Hi Dee. No not fixed unfortunately. They closed the lane yesterday for repairs said they would be here again today. But @openreach didn’t show up to fix it, again.
