Looks like 48 hours of no internet at all, and no support at all from @bt_uk . Fault on their end with booking engineer means they can’t book another engineer to fix the issue they caused last week.

@bt_uk over 3 hours on hold recently to solve a problem that started in September. On hold until I’ve been cut off twice. I just want the home phone I’m paying for to work please!
