@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk seems you have removed the customer out of customer service. I had to call for support yesterday evening. The agent opened a complaint and this morning it’s been closed without any update or addressing of the issue. I am so glad my customers don’t such a crap experience

@weareopenreach engineer says @BT_UK prob. BT engineer says Openreach prob. Like proverbial hammer, if it aint a nail, not interested & leave. 3RD engineer visit tomorrow, ZERO confidence in resolution. PLEASE BT send someone to find the problem and fix it - not reboot my router.

@bt_uk after calling up 5 times and spending over 5 hours on the phone, I still do not have functioning TV and broadband. How much more time and effort am I expected to spend sorting this out and why is it acceptable to treat your customers like this?!

@bt_uk internet has been intermittently down in the Beckenham area since Tuesday. Have had no updates from anybody and “fix” time keeps increasing (now Friday 6pm). How is compensation claimed for lost days without internet?
