    @bt_uk To get it done. Fed up of inaction, excuses, missed appointments etc. Fed up if talking to people who can't get it done. It's 2022, it's ridiculous. BT are very busy promoting themselves but can't install my broadband. Apparently BT customer service likes to talk to customers

    @bt_uk we are using your full fibre 500 broadband, is there anyway we can boost out wi fi cause outside the the room where the router is, cause the signal is rubbish can just about one device at a time, we were told that you use multiple devices. My missus has to use her hotspot.
