@bt_uk experiencing the worst customer service this morning. Cancelled contract in Oct, still got billed in November (shouldn’t have). Trying to request a refund, on the phone for an hour, get transferred twice & then call cut off 😡

Worst customer service goes to @bt_uk ... Moved into my first home expecting to have the internet up and running to work. They cancelled the order without telling me, been told 100 things about getting it resolved. Absolutely fuming. Stay clear, they don’t care.

@bt_uk Please help! Logged a no dialtone fault on the 09th November. Now 11th December and no communications regarding rectification. We live in a poor mobile signal area and rely on our landline for emergency contact if needed.

@bt_uk Mobile signal is poor and I work from home - Colehouse Farm, Ashreigney, Chulmleigh Ex18 7NJ 01769 520814 EA36484483 our children’s school cannot reach us if one of them falls ill it is unacceptable to be left in limbo we need it sorted out quickly please

Shout out Adam in the Blackburn @bt_uk centre for acknowledging their system has caused the problem & doing his best to sort it out. Still don’t even know if we’ll have broadband by next week, but it’s not his fault. It’s BT’s system that has caused all this stress & hassle.
