@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk Unfortunately the only customer service updates are from a bot and the estimated service fix day/time has passed. Appalling customer service. Please register this as a complaint as there is nowhere else via your website to actually register one , which goes against regulation.

how nice a extra £13 price hike this month i have to find courtesy of @bt_uk at least sort your website out so i can pay it rather than havin to suffer the phone bot all i get is 3 little coloured ***** bouncing up and down, to be fair might be my laptop def need a new one
