(@baltrouxa) reported@bt_uk my service fell OUT OF THE BLUE this afternoon and the estimate is for the 7th for a fix. i want a discount for the amount of time my service is down bc i had to pay for mobile data. this is a joke i live in central london and you don’t have one emergency engineer???

Loyalty means nothing to them, so it no longer does to me. Ill change every contract every year, if need be. I'm done.
