@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@btsport Well did eventually get through to an adviser, but apparently theres no deals to be had. They sounded like they couldn't care less and with my bill going up by £15 a month it made it an easy decision to cancel. Audio commentary will be my friend from now on for their matches!
