Hey @bt_uk When my Internet goes down and the router's troubleshooting tells me to call a number to try and sort the fault out, it's really not useful if the lines are freaking closed!!! And before any one comments, yes I have tried turning it off and on again ಠ_ಠ

Come on @bt_uk. Fibre ordered in Nov, three partial or aborted attempts to install since, someone finally comes round yesterday to finish install but there is an issue with the work previously done, so another visit needed. Now today we wake up to no internet at all.

@bt_uk I have had no inyrtnet from 1pm yesterday. This is really annoying and in this day in age to be told the issue will be resolved in 5 days’ time is absurd. Why is BT slow in responding to emergencies like these? We are in the pandemic, so everything is done online, yet somehow BT
