    Can you please explain why you’re trying to charge my mum for BT sport when there was no games on from March? She rang and cancelled yet you have no record of the phone call and now you’re expecting her to pay for a service which wasn’t even provided? @bt_uk @btsport

    @bt_uk Hi Nick, thanks for getting in touch. Didn’t manage to get through (hour waiting) and online doesn’t let me explain the issue of the damage caused by workers from Scottish Power energy workers. I’d greatly appreciate some help with this issue.

    WHY CANT I GET THROUGH TO AN OPERATOR? I will have to consider cancelling and coming out of my cooling off period - such poor service. I have no internet and literally not able to do anything whilst alone in tier 4 for the holidays. Shame on you @bt_uk #btuk

    @bt_uk very unhappy with your service. Leaving us over a month with no broadband. Joined and missed an appointment on the 7th December due to personal circumstances, spent 2 hrs on the phone Friday to be told it’d be connected ASAP. Now being told jan 25th!

    @bt_uk is there an issue with mobile reception in the Cheltenham area? Signal is very iffy, even when using WiFi calling. I wish the BT Mobile app was still active, reporting the fault was so much easier then (i.e. it was possible to report a fault)
