@bt_uk - after a month of truly dismal service from a number of your call centre agents, the amazing LILLY was able to sort my issue! At one point I was told my elderly/unwell Uncle's service would be cut off within days. Never the case but cause undue stress. THANK YOU LILLY.

@btsport unacceptable. I just purchased a monthly pass for £29.99 and when I go to set it up on my tv I get a message on my phone that this service is not available. As I said unacceptable

@bt_uk. Absolutely fed up with the stinking service I keep getting. Through twice on the phone, put on hold and then cut off! If you can’t be arsed to deal with complaints….. give a reasonable service! Going to look elsewhere.
