    @bt_uk @John_McKee Did you manage to sort it out as I’m having the same problem. Well my hybrid connect has all blue lights. The signal lights should be white but for reason they are staying blue. I’ve got no where with BT either.

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Is there a way to use a micro filter to create an Ethernet connection even though we’re on a fibre connection and the router is plugged into the open reach modem? My wife’s intermittent zoom calls is causing an issue.

    @wired2thebrink @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yip all good and well if you have phone signal. Plus bt help desk is 8am -9 pm. And these faults keep happening after 9.

    @bt_uk I have a solution if nothing is possible. Hopefully it’ll all get solved as it’s a huge faff.

    @bt_uk is by far the worst Internet provider....upload/download speeds are less than 1mb but won't fix it because "were too far from the mains".... 👎🏼👎🏼

    @bt_uk Thx James. The BT bot says its found a potential problem and can try and restart the connection...my router has "no service" but i'll see what it does
