@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Pretty appalled at @bt_uk response to a line fault. My mum who is 83 and shielding reported line not working last night and BT's response "we can get to you on the 25th Jan". Great, so now she is more isolated than a self isolater. Disgraceful.

@bt_uk - Internet going up and down this morning- more down than up. Mini hub sent out as part of "Halo" previously is now showing "Invalid SIM" and "BT Wifi" is dropping out too. Please help!

@bt_uk 45 mins to get through to BT. Never a straight answer. Inability to fix broadband supply now down since 18/1. How is a community expected to work/teach from home? Beyond useless. And @OpenreachHelp too. Shame on you both.
