@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

So speaking with @bt_uk and the woman said that I must be too close to a bus stop thats why my speed is poo, 1 the router is at the back of house and nearest bus stop is 10mins away never heard so much **** in my life
