@bt_uk It’s funny to see the BT “Pixelated Paula” advert on TV after being told by customer service that because I’ve a discount on my package, “it’s not worth their while” sending me out any discs to improve my Wi-Fi.

@bt_uk you are supposed to have upgraded us to faster board and today, yet this afternoon the speed has been up and down all over the place, your website says the order is complete but I could not even make a zoom call this afternoon, it worked fine yesterday before

@bt_uk Slow broadband speeds very often (lowest being 13mbps) and being charged £13 a month over the advertised price on their site.. Cant even give the courtesy of dealing with a complaint...
