  @bt_uk Very disappointed trying to get better BT deal today. Family has been with BT (British Telecom) since 1950's & never changed to another provider. Loyalty seems to count for nothing these days. Can old phones be used with fibre as safety back up in power cuts @MartinSLewis

  I've been trying to cancel my @bt_uk account for almost a month now and have spent three hours on the phone and live chat. Despite being told the account is cancelled twice I'm still being told to call you to confirm. This is not acceptable.

  @virginmedia @bt_uk Not cool... Those with a BT landline can't ring some Virgin landline customers. There's a glitch somewhere. Virgin I'm sorry but I think you have the worst tech support. I also heard that one of your team asked a friend of the family for bank details. :(

  @btsport @bt_uk is the worst television service I’ve ever had. BT sport disappeared from the tv! Can’t get through to them and nothing works properly. On our 3rd set box now.

  @bt_uk I've wasted so much time contacting @bt_uk and stayed in all today waiting for a delivery to be told it will now be by 3.00pm tomorrow. Another day wasted. I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving. I regard that as a con.
