I cannot believe the shocking decline of customer service from @bt_uk Nearly a year of having their "super fast fibre" and its been slower and more unstable than the copper wiring. Add the ineptitude of the @WeAreOpenreach engineers, I can see why people use mobile broadband.

@bt_uk Please take note @bt_uk the moment @virginmedia Is available where I live I will be terminating my contract and moving to Virgin. I have never dealt with a company as bad as BT when it comes to moving house. Diabolical service by your engineers. I hope everyone avoids BT!

Doesn’t sit well that companies like @bt_uk & @EE increase prices with CPI (the bigger number out of RPI vs CPI) then put ANOTHER 3.9% on to “upgrade their service” shouldn’t that be factored into the price you pay anyway?

No phone calls ,,, no texts ,, no wattapp,,, no twitter ,,,, not allowed to look at phone Friday !!!! All thanks to BT/ BTSPORT !!!!! . After 3 years and 1 month of pure crap (bt) 9 mini connectors even there new wireless hub and still they could not deliver MotoGP to my house !
