    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    Has anyone else in #EX5 got a problem with internet connection or BT outage at the moment. Currently speaking to @bt_uk about lack of connection for second week running, saw @OpenreachHelp had van out on main road, is it a local issue or closer to home? Please get it fixed!

    @bt_uk one week with no wifi and 10 calls later, was told that an engineer would come to fix today between 1-6pm and didn’t appear. No follow up and can’t get through and no call back being given despite texting Advisor many a time…

    @EE Eventually, but missed most of the first half. I pay extra for big screen access so I don’t have to watch it on my phone! @btsport are aware of the problem and have failed to fix despite the PS5 being a year old!
