@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@waivethesale @BTCare Hahahahahahahahahahaa! This is the quality of service that led me to quit BT and move to EE for home broadband. *Much* cheaper and better value, and better service. Oddly, owned by the same company. Maybe they could learn something?

@jimallthetime OK for @bt_uk to change the name on the account I need to open a new account and request a working service take over. This then equates to me being allocated a new phone number and a request to port the old one over to it, which shouldn't take more that 24 hrs
