How internet connections are this shocking in this day and age is crazy @bt_uk internet keeps dropping out and the download speed shocking! Time to invest and provide the service we pay for

@bt_uk Not really, you have decided not to bother getting my parents up and running with a connection in their new home, despite them having no mobile signal and my Dad just out of hospital. You then don't return their call and now I'm being pushed from pillar to post.

@cowrin @btsport It should not be legal to fail to provide an entirely web based way to cancel (without human interaction) a service you were able to sign up for in that way

@bt_uk I was on the phone to the homemovers team for the past hour. They said there is nothing they can do then went to try something else before cutting me off! No-one has called back so will need help from @Ofcom to resolve, leaving my parents stranded in the meantime
