@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@martfin @bt_uk You can get cheaper, company I’m with are offering 900Mbps for £49 and 500Mbps for £35. Another company who offer their own network on their own fibre are offering 1gb for £35

@bt_uk OK BT, I have BT TV. I saved 'Masked And Anonymous' as a favorite on my BT box from iPlayer .It now says it has Expired, but guess what, I went to iPlayer and I am watching it NOW. So guess what! You're So Full Of ****! #HaveANiceDay

@bt_uk Right where you left off. Pathetic service with even more unreliable customer service. Fibre installed *only* in 6 months and now leaving your customers without service for days without offering a valid solution.🥴

@bt_uk I posted the equipment you asked me to return back on the 1st March unfortunately Royal Mail Track and Trace says its still at the post office I sent it back to you from. The websites's not working properly so I can't contact BT through that.

@bt_uk my internet is down and the service status is saying it’ll fixed either today or tomorrow but I did the HELP thing coz it took a while for the status service to update and that’s saying 2nd April. I live in E17 can you confirm you lot are actually looking at it?
