  Hey @bt_uk I’m having issues getting through to someone on the FTTP line. I’ve tried calling 150 and 151 options 1221 and keeps telling me that the centre is closed to try between M-F 8-8. Can you help? I’ve changed onto a fibre 900 line but my speeds are same or lower than 500!
