  • jimburbs James Burberry (@jimburbs) reported from Coventry, England

@BTCare Webmail down again - tried on two PC’s and three internet search engines. Any reason for this? Receiving them fine, just cannot send.

  • starr3126 Gareth Starr (@starr3126) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

  • tails101 Mark Taylor (@tails101) reported from Sheffield, England

@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

  • TotalOfficeBook Helen Parton (@TotalOfficeBook) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk Malc in your Stockport contact centre repair dept just put the phone down on me re: repairing my elderly parents landline.

  • kurtistime1985 Kurtis Simon (@kurtistime1985) reported from Camberwell, England

@btsport can you stop talking but players who don’t make it a **** PL teams. If Newcastle had decent players anyone would score goals. NO ONE CARES!!!

  • Dhammadinna Dhammadinna (@Dhammadinna) reported from Poplar, England

@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!
