    @bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

    @bt_uk I don't have a BT broadband service as you only offer 11mb in our area, despite there being an exchange with fibre about 500m away!

    @BlondieRodge I changed my broadband supplier to Plusnet in order to get a much cheaper access to BTSport. Owned by BT, Plusnet were £20 cheaper per month than BT themselves.! Only trouble is my 18 months is up on April .
