@bt_uk @SkyUK Unbelievably bad experience with Sky this morning and error with BT. BT engineer visited and has accidentally cut us off. No number to call them. And Sky our main provider says unable to escalate have to wait until Saturday for routine visit. Well I work from home!

@StumpyGoblin @bt_uk yeah, this is why I don't have bt anymore, had them for about 5 years and switched last year cause the amount of outages and just overall bad service I received wasn't worth staying with them.

@LeedsInjustice @bt_uk If there's any question as to the behaviour being serious enough to amount to an abuse of the public's trust then there's plenty to help meet the threshold from what goes on regularly in Professional Standards and Legal Services of which the DCC is also the portfolio holder.

@bt_uk So what are BT going to do to help? Or are they going to keep ripping off customers, potentially costing lives in a power cut meaning they can’t use their digital voice landline to call emergency services?
