    @bt_uk our Internet and landline have been down since Tues due to a felled tree. 2 engineers have come out but we are no further ahead. We have next to no mobile signal and I have vulnerable family members I need to support. Please help when will it be fixed?

    @paullewismoney @bt_uk The answer @paullewismoney is when this person is moved off the PSTN & onto their communication providers VoIP service is to get a battery backup unit or mobile phone. Communication providers are offering these to their customers that are vulnerable as per regulatory requirements
