@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

I have been on the phone to @bt_uk for nearly 4 hours trying to sort my elderly grandparents phoneline. Service has been absolutely horrendous. Very disappointed. They are about to leave 86 year olds without a landline as everyone seems to be blaming each other. Do better @bt_uk

@bt_uk Another let down….was supposed to get a call from BT Customer Retention or Customer Service at 7:30pm to discuss our no show Openreach visit yesterday……yep you guess it. No phone call. Thanks BT. Another black mark.
