As usual, #btcare couldn’t give a **** about loss of earnings, no phone line, no broadband, children not being able to do homework. On top of the fact I’m a single disabled person with no mobile service in order for my children to call an ambulance if I have a seizure….

@LFC thought we going to make stand against scum bag #btsport & refuse to play Sat 12.30 if we play any game on a Wed or any Euro game away on a Tues? Deliberate schedule for 31 Aug Newcastle then the derby, when EFC get extra 24 hours rest! BT Sport desperate for us to fail.

@bt_uk So I was mis sold the product then? In my dashboard, and when I renewed, it says I should be getting peak speeds of 70mbps, which is just not true? If this is the case I will require some kind of reparation to be made as the service I purchased is not the service that I was given

@bt_uk have arbitrarily cancelled my broadband order three times now, without notice. We have been without proper broadband for six weeks. They try help but their automated systems cannot be overridden. Their communication with open reach is just broken.
