@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk and @EE are two of the most dishonest companies I ever had to deal with. Agents mis-selling products, lying and then charging clients for services they never wanted. I have been in a mess with these two for two months now. Absolutely mind-blowing!

@bt_uk Not very good renewal deal of £53 when new customers get *3 months broadband free *£32 for the same service Just off the phone to the loyalty line and £53 was the offer.

@bt_uk hi team, do you send customer satisfaction surveys from - 07800 003951? Tried responding after a call but have had no response and worried its a very elaborate scam (note I got the 150 from app so that part seems legit) ...

@bt_uk Is this an actual joke?! As it stands, I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. The biggest internet supplier in the UK cannot fix a line issue in less than 4 days - oh, and after the 4 days we’re not guaranteed to have working internet (3)

@bt_uk Thank you, been told a new hub being sent, but that doesn't help when we have been paying for a service that has hardly worked in the last year!!!! At the time of reporting we were told would recieve compensation and well 18+mths later still nothing!!!!
