  Have been trying to get broadband sorted since we moved over a MONTH ago and between the innumerable errors made by @bt_uk and apparent issues with Openreach's systems I am at my wits end...how do you not inform the provider / the customer if you aren't going to turn up?!!

  @Brainmage @bt_uk Unsolicited advice here, but have you tried logging into the router and changing the "channel" it connects to (from "auto")? Had issues before where my router's channel was the same as the neighbours so they kept interfering with each other (was older tech, mind...)

  @bt_uk absolute joke. Twice now you have been scheduled to fit fibre. Not turned up. No phones sent in advance as advised. Totally useless. Do not sign up with BT Broadband. Its Crap. @MartinSLewis

  @TobyHolleran @bt_uk I believe it's an issue on their end - we have things connected by ethernet cables and they fail as well
