@bt_uk We have indeed and the soonest offer was the end of August after first starting this process in July. This is not practical when WFH - other providers have said they can sort this week but loathe to pay £75 cancellation for @bt_uk’s poor service and incompetency

@EE I've been trying to sort out @btsport through you since Monday! I've spoken to you on 4 different occasions and keep being told I'll be given a call within 24 hours. So far absolutely nothing, despite being told on the phone it's an easy fix! I need it for tomorrow!

@bt_uk Prior to the 5th of August (the email telling me you're terminating my service) the last email I got from bt was on Christmas eve. I have not received a phone call from you at all. Never got a warning letter either but you're happy to send a letter telling me your disconnecting

@btbusinesscare just signed up for a new business contract with you and you’ve cut us off no broadband phones or business today and can’t get through to faults keep getting cut of in the queue appalling service for business need to cancel contract after 38 yrs a loyal customer!
