@bt_uk hey; our broadband has been out since 11am and was to be fixed by 1900 today...current update is Monday at 2315...what's the issue as this is needed for work etc..

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@btsport Woke up early to watch the UFC on demand, tried TV App, PS5 App, Phone App, website on laptop. None of them worked. In the process had every fight result spoiled. Just a complete disaster - so so so so bad.
