Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it.
