@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk We have applied for both with plusnet. We are just waiting for BT technician to switch on a line that already exists. We have been unable to move into new house because can’t work from home. Had to pay extra rent to stay longer at previous home. Please can you help??

@bt_uk “Estimated fix time” within 48 hours. Not much help for the deadlines I have to meet today. I am sure BT billing won’t drop in and out, it is the only consistent part of the awful service I have received from BT since I made the mistake of changing provider.

@bt_uk I am really getting annoyed with your broadband. We sit in the same room as the hub and we lose signal. We have to have Ethernet cables through the house to work and you want an additional £30 a month for ‘complete’ WiFi.

@bt_uk Called for a new broadband package not long ago, waited a month,no one came, rang up just excuses, exact same events occured 2 times within 2 months after.. The final time they just gave all the excuses in a single call..Useless customer service would never recommend to anybody..
