Don’t know wether to laugh or cry at the fact I have no WiFi until the lockdown is over and I get very little signal in my house. Meanwhile ALL my uni work and actual work is online. Cheers @bt_uk

@bt_uk No but it appears to be a common theme. Its on your end....told you guys already I'm just going to cancel my subscription and get IPTV like rest of the country as im no longer getting the reliability im paying for.

Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

@bt_uk Telephone by BT. Internet by small business provider over a managed Cisco router. Something has disturbed the internal wiring but BT stuff all working OK. Off to fix it with all the test gear, fittings and cable now. Thank you. Together we fixed it. But Openreach broke it. :)

Funny how @bt_uk HomeHub 5 has a setting to switch off WiFi Radio which only stops broadcasting your SSID and keeps broadcasting their own BT Wifi/FON SSID. What the actual f*ck? Using any third party router causes connection drops and slows down connection by 3mbps. #bthomehub

@bt_uk i bought the whole home wifi mini which claims to support upto 867mbps download speeds whereas mine doesn't go above 150mbps, my broadband supports 350mbps. What is going on?
