    @BTCare Yes, done all of which the website had asked. Reported it and and it says it will switch on the backup broadband until they fix it but still no working WiFi. Can you confirm Glasgow is having problems? If so I can wait it out but no need to pretend all is well if it's not

    @BTCare That doesn't show any faults but if you check down detector online it shows people in Glasgow and other parts of Britain having a outage...

    @BTCare After 46 mins they answered. Unbelievable service levels. And clearly an on going issue. BT are now known for poor customer service. With so many service providers this needs to addressed before you lose more customers

    @BTCare been a customer for over 30 years. Spent 30 mins last night and 35 mins tonight ringing your customer service number. No response. Just looking so see what deal you can offer to keep me as a customer. I guess you don’t value your customers

    @BTCare You should really train your staff better then. I pointed that out to your customer service advisor and was told that even though it’s a different line there is a joined up database for every address that would inform @virginmedia that you were currently providing service.

    @TRextasyBand @bt_uk @BTCare The problem is that @bt_uk are still using copper wire from the street cabinets to our homes, and until they invest nationally in fibre ,these problems won't go away . It's so unfair on us bill payers.

    @BTCare so is it acceptable that when I sign up to a contract and my go live date has passed by 5 days but I don’t have broadband despite there being no issue with the line, and nobody at BT can tell me what is going on and when I will get the service I am paying for? Appalling.

    @BTCare I have your services currently. I ordered on the 3rd and was live on the 18th. I tried to give you my custom 4 times believe it or not. The issue I have now is what I’m receiving is not what I originally requested BT said they would honour the original deal as wasn’t my fault
