As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

I think live sport on any streaming service like YouTube would be the same, but not watching an old video of something or other on the same channel. Its a daft system.
