    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    @bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    @LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

    @bt_uk appalling service. Over 8 weeks wait so far for broadband installation. 4 engineers have turned up unannounced to take the same pictures for a new telegraph pole. Useless mini hub with zero range. Numerous complaints no call back VOL013-706759004707

    @bt_uk (cont) I have requested to speak to a senior manager 6 times and have been promised a call back but to no avail. This is the worst customer service I have received - even the customer service team have admitted it is inadequate. 4 weeks without wifi. Sort it out!!!

    @bt_uk your internet was fantastic for the first month but now we have not paid the extra to get the fastest one you do. It’s now a disgrace can’t even watch Amazon without it buffering constantly. One unhappy customer

    @oncebenny @BTCare @EE Mate, I thought they handled my leaving well a few years ago, if I recall. But I have to give up my current provider on a house move, and gave them first crack. It was beyond horrible.

    @bt_uk @Richard66629722 When I looked at upgrading my bt broadband package I was offered the same package but £10 more a month with a no cut in service guarantee.That should be standard anyway.
