@Spotify why did i just get a @btsport advert during a podcast? Thought i was paying a premium for "ad free" service?

  • Niceandforks Nick Constantine (@Niceandforks) reported

@bt_uk your customer service is shocking. 5x i have called to ask why you are taking money out of my bank for someone elses services. 5x i have been cut off or promised something you dont then do. Please resolve my issue im fed up of spending hours at a time trying on the phone.

  • 34SeigeRhinos Euan Henderson (@34SeigeRhinos) reported

@_Paulsicle @PleasantKenobi @bt_uk I suspect that it is dependent on where you are and how often you have issues with the Infrastructure. I had to deal with them about 4 time over the 7 years and it was totally fine if a little expensive. I've heard from other people that they can be a pain.

  • PleasantKenobi PleasantKenobi (@PleasantKenobi) reported

@bt_uk New address is connected, a week early. This doesnt change the effects its having right now on my job (and my wife's - a mistake like this when everyone is working from home is bad) 4G mini hub is here - but I can't stream off of this (a literal part of my job) among other issues

  • exdure ryan (@exdure) reported

@bt_uk no fix, smart hub starts by staying solid green for a minute or so, then flashes pink/purple then flashes a steady orange ???

  • GlynisKEvans Glynis K Evans (@GlynisKEvans) reported

@dle54 @bt_uk Not a British Institution for years. BT palmed it off to India and it took two hours to get through to a human on the phone. That’s why I left them. Customer for years.

  • ms_sgc MsSGC (@ms_sgc) reported

1 hour and 22 minutes of my arrival slot to go. Nail biting stuff to see if @bt_uk fail to turn up to install my internet for the 5th time since December 4th...

  • GeneticallyMod5 Genetically Modified (@GeneticallyMod5) reported

@omitbdf @BTCare Have had the same issue with BT last week and got the same response.

  • alcalton Alistair Calton (@alcalton) reported

@bt_uk how can I register a problem with my ultra slow broadband without waiting on hold for forty minutes?

  • rocketjohn rocketjohn (@rocketjohn) reported

@PleasantKenobi @bt_uk Apologies if this isn’t useful but for a professional broadband service I can recommend @aaisp - lower ratios of customer to bandwidth to ensure you always get what you pay for. You also don’t have to pay for a voice service if you don’t need it.
