@bt_uk And despite all your assurances and promises 2 weeks ago I don’t have a working telephone line, a working broadband hub or Wi-fi. You can’t even keep your word on the promise that you would call me this morning to fix the issue!

OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

@bt_uk @PaulLewis_Money If you are approached by BT to move to digital voice I would strongly advise you to reject it until BT and Openreach get their act in order. My elderly relative had his service broken on 18 Jan and it is still not resolved. Feel free to retweet.

@bt_uk so disappointed. Was excited to be getting full fibre installed today but 10 hours after the engineer leaving post install still no wifi working. Not exactly what’s expected based on all the run up to the install. Pretty poor

Worst interaction so far with @bt_uk since trying to get my mum's account sorted after my father died. 1 hour 20 mins on the phone, spoke to 4 people, 5th order placed, still no working landline, still not sure what package she's on, paid £20 deposit, then got cut off. Argh
