@btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

@iain_mac @bluejambo1874 @btsport 100%. They highlight it then turn the volume down when they hear it from the stands. They can't have it both ways

@sherbsvilletv @andyb7274 @bt_uk Sis you manage to get your fibre 900 working? 11 days I've had mine and its still not working, absolutely terrible customer service from BT who tell you what you want to hear then do nothing they have promised. Tonight our fibre 900 has been so slow we couldn't watch Netflix

  • beanvintageuk beanvintage (@beanvintageuk) reported

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Hi I've been waiting for a reward card (which was issued due to an awful customer experience when attempting to join BT) since 25th June. Despite contacting BT and Purecard numerous times, both parties are claiming to have no details.

  • s4ddique Sid (@s4ddique) reported

@bt_uk Said bye to BT after 15 years of service. Speeds inconsistent, disconnections, and failed engineer visits. And they are not the cheapest but the service has been extremely poor. 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼

@bt_uk my grandmas phone and internet is not working. Said can take 48 hours for a time to fix the problem. Can this be escalated as she’s a vulnerable person ? She needs the connection incase anything happens to her as she lives alone

  • MartinDolce Martin Dolce (@MartinDolce) reported

Hi @bt_uk, I've just switched my families mobiles to BT seamlessly, but am a little disappointed to learn that there's no visual voicemail available yet? This isn't exactly new technology, and is available on the EE network, so when will this be introduced?

  • ChrisLeeTM ChrisLee™ (@ChrisLeeTM) reported

Any idea how long our internet will be down, Bodmin Cornwall! @bt_uk We expect the usual disconnect each evening but it’s normally later than this!
