@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

@bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

@bt_uk any decent companies out want to take bt off my hands the service you get from them is an absolute disgrace. They cannot get anything right even something as simple as changing a direct debit. You get spoke to like a dog by some advisors and the overall service is poor
